I am always treated kindly, attended to quickly, and my nails always get compliments from others and last 3+ weeks before showing any signs of wear or tear. The abiance is chill. You can have a complimentary glass of wine if you request it. I usually don't care for what they have on television and think they would do better to just play some calming jazz or something contemporary instead of the tv chatter. The techs are pretty consistent as well. I have maybe had 1 or 2 visits in memory that I wasn't completely comfortable with a tech or felt that the final product didn't meet expectations. I have never stuck with a nail place as long as this though and I don't intend on shopping around as long as I stay living in Sanger. Price point is normal if even a bit cheaper than competitors. Hours are also good and they are open later hours as well which has saved me once or twice as I work long hours too.

As a Black woman with a white husband, I have unfortunately experienced situations at nail salons where I feel I am treated as less of a priority. This happened again here. I was getting both a pedicure and polish, while my husband was getting only a pedicure. Naturally, my service was going to take longer, yet they repeatedly chose to take him first and leave me waiting. What happened during my pedicure was even more concerning. The man doing my pedicure turned his back to me and added some purple powder to my water. My husband ordered the exact same pedicure, but no purple powder was added to his water. I found this difference in treatment very disrespectful and concerning. The pedicure itself was also extremely rough. He cut my cuticles and pushed them back so aggressively that my toes remained painful for 4-5 days afterward. A pedicure should not leave you in pain for nearly a week. Based on my experience, I would NEVER return to this nail salon. The way I was treated, the difference in how my husband and I were handled, and the roughness of the service were completely unacceptable.
