The nail lady was fantastic but i felt confused by the price. I had my nails painted not manicured and that was $30 and my toes painted mostly (some hot water to clean the toes but not a deep massage or anything I don't care for that) for $40. It seemed like I was perhaps a bit overcharged (100% for the hands) but whoever rang me up took the receipt before I could question it further. I am no nail expert so perhaps this is normal pricing. The lady who did my nails was a 10/10 just not sure if the cost was correct. Someone else was at the register. I would go back, but I would want to clarify what painting the nails only costs. From my understanding, it was $20 dollars. I don't want to be charged spa treatment when I am just having my nails painted. read more

We are very disappointed. They advertise their classic pedicure for $30 which includes massage. The massage consisted of oil that was applied to both our legs in less than 10 seconds. I brought it to the manager's attention that we did not receive massage and that he might want to revise his menu to not advertise it as that. He then pulled out his phone and started going through the videos and showed me a camera video of where the woman was in his mind doing massage. He stated that if I wanted a deeper massage to let him know next time. He never acknowledged my honesty and telling him that we did not receive a massage. At this point, I wasn't willing to argue. I was just making a suggestion and he did not take me as being honest about my statement. He was more worried about showing me the video of the lady touching my legs. In all honesty, I don't even remember her touching my legs. that's how little time she spent applying oil. There was no lotion, no fragrance no nothing. read more

They need to have a rule that if you bring your kids in with their tablets or whatever they have to use headphones. This is the 2nd time I've been in here relaxing and ppl bring a kid with their tablet at full volume like everyone else wants to hear their bull...it's so rude and it ruined my experience. If I came in and that was going I'd I'd leave but I'm already here in the middle of my treatment so I'm screwed. SO RUDE. The work they do is nice and the beverages are a very nice touch. read more

I have gone here twice. This time around it was insanely busy, which I understand. But the lady that did my pedicure BUTCHERED my cuticles on my toes, my two middle nails, and then didnt come anywhere close to matching the color I asked for. I asked for the pink attached photo, and got the orange. When I informed her that the color was wrong she told me it would match once the polish was on. It did not. She was a very nice lady, Just like everyone in there always is. But it was a wasted $55 for my nails. I won't be back. read more

Was in Gainesville for work and had an hour to kill before my event so I stopped in to get dip nails done. Sam did a great job! He was personable and my nails look great, the entire process also took less than an hour- no wait! I would definitely come back here. My only complaint was that the towel they had me rest my hands on while he was working on them was clearly very dirty. Otherwise the place was clean and professional. read more

Before I moved from the area, this salon was my "go to" for years. I knew I'd be in town and scheduled an appointment for a mani/ pedi for myself and polish for my granddaughter. I was so looking forward to (and bragged about) the superior service they had always provided. We arrived ahead of time and the appointment was delayed, followed by a rushed pedicure (15 minutes and several basic steps omitted), completed by being forgotten in the pedi chair. I finally walked up to the front desk, was presented with a bill, and informed the manicure was forgotten. After an hour and a half, I had a POORLY finished pedicure and no manicure. My granddaughter did get two coats of polish on her fingers and toes, so that's something. At least that part was correct. read more

The staff was extremely friendly. The massage therapists (both were named Victoria, oddly enough) were better than good, in fact, they were great! I recently moved to the area and thought I'd give them a try on my nails since I've gone for pedicures and liked it. I was assigned to Van. I just wanted a fill and my nails to be left like they were, shape and length. He asked what shape, I told him the same shape they were and explained how i like them. He said almond? I said no, that is pointy and I don't like pointy. I told him 4 times I DO NOT LIKE POINTY. He proceeds to shape my nails pointy and I told him again, I didn't not like pointy. By this time it was too late as to correct it, you would have to cut the points off and would leave me with hardly any length. The guy next to him, Brian, said pretty color, I replied yes, the color is pretty. He said you no like shape, I said no, I've told him 4 times I did not like pointy. To top it off they charged me 50.00 for ugly pointy nails. I will not be back and will tell everyone that asks to not go there. The man who did my pedicure was over-the-top wonderful- he took extra care in painting and filing and double-checking his work. I went there to get my lashes done several times with Kelly. She does a wonderful job. My problem was getting an appointment. When I called, I would tell Jeff what day I needed to come in and he would say she was busy, but he would have Kelly call me. The last appointment I tried to make I waited 3 days, called 2 times and never got a call back. I was losing my lashes and needed refills badly. So, now I am looking for somebody new to do my lashes. After being a loyal customer for over five years going every other week and bringing my mother and daughters with me .... I had my first horrid experience in September 2021 ... the tech Tena (wretched) and not my normal person Victoria .... gave me the worst pedicure i have ever had to endure ... cut me at the quick and then told me it was a hang nail ... a lie ... then i asked for the ultimate and was given a half-ass leg massage, no neck warmer, and she was distracted and rude .... my two year old grand-daughter could have painted my nails better. When i went to pay i told the owner joseph how bad my experience was and could he look at my toe ..he couldnt be bothered .... three days later i am getting anti-botics for the infection from the cut ... when i call to tell joseph .... i was rebuffed rudely and told if i wasnt happy go else where ... How tragic that what could have been a simple fix and acknowlegement .... turned into a screw me attitude .... what happened to customer service ... loyalty ... This owner has none .... I have been here several times. They are very nice, it's always clean but getting a mani & pedi takes twice as long as other places because they do them separately, so one hour for the pedi and then move to the manicure tables for another hour. Today was the first time I was upset be cause the color dip I chose was nothing like the sample. When I mentioned it that the dip she was using was glitter all she said was "Oh yeah?" Then when she was almost finished I could see that it was a bright red glitter polish. I never wear red! I asked to see the sample. They discovered that the glitter and most of the red color had worn off the sample piece. They offered to re-do my nails but I had already been there 2 hours. My dogs were in my car and I could not stay another hour. They didn't offer to do anything else or even give me the option to come back another day and then charged me full price. I have a deep dislike for red nails so I'm very unhappy. read more

Overall rude workers they do an excellent job with their nails and I love the quality of their work. One time this lady asked to many questions about my personal life and was very rude and was not watching what she was working with. She did not listen to me wanting to get my nails trimmed shorter than average. In her language she was saying things that we cannot understand and they were laughing back-and-forth when we left they kept on laughing. I've given this place so many tries in the years it's been open and I am often disappointed. The staff who greet you are never very welcoming and even if you've made an appointment there will be a wait time. This past time that I went in, I was really disappointed with the service. I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait, but ended up waiting 15 min still. And I saw multiple people walking in and out of the employee room with nothing to do. My manicure was fine, but nothing special and I had to pay $40 for it. If you don't mind paying top dollar for average to less than average service then its fine, but for me I'll find another place. I will say that it's always very clean and my manicurists have never been rude to me. So that is a plus! read more

I have gotten 3-4 gift certificates to this place. I have made an appointment every time but still wait behind those who did not make an appointment. I always tell them in detail what I want and ask for the price up front, yet every single time I have gone, when I go to check out, my bill is $25 or more extra than the price they quoted me. I will be paying up front IF I ever go back. This time I took in some rhinestone decals and told them I wanted a manicure and decals put on. It ended up being $30 more than the price I was quoted. I did not add or change anything. Plus they made a mess of my nails. They messed up the polish putting on the decals. Then they globbed on so much clear coat on top, it looks a mess. Another negative is the place is crowded. It's Hard to get around And people are constantly bumping into your chair. They do sculptured nails in same area as everything else so it stinks. I also do not think the tools are new or sterile because they just pull them out of their kit. read more
