I've been going here since 2019 and always forget to review so sorry it's going to be so long…read more First time I went, I went for a color. I used a (fire truck) red box dye and it faded to a nasty rusty color. I feel bad I can't remember her name. She was very informative about what was in box dyes and up front that she didn't think it would lift because of those ingredients. We did a bleach strand test and it indeed did not lift. She was helpful about finding a different color I would like to get and she got it on there. It ended needing another tube than she thought and informed me exactly how much more it would cost. As I was developing, she did a side shave for someone who was waiting and it looked really good. I'm also not very good with strangers so I realky appreciate how friendly she was and for not making conversation awkward. The color looked really good and really good personality convinced me to come back. Second time I went, an older woman cut my hair and I asked for my hair to be to my collar bones, I part my hair to both sides, no layers, no bangs, but not a blunt cut with An undercut (a term I saw everywhere on the internet for the style I was wanting). She then Lectured (not just informed me) that that was NOT the term and went on to explain what an undercut was. She wasn't really nice about it. She also said that she had done a number of these hair styles before and was known for it. She quickly did the long part and it looked great and felt light. She verified as she was cutting if I wanted layers. I said no and she told me along the lines of "good. If you had I would have tried to convince you to not. Layers ruin hair." And she asked if I wanted bangs And I said no and she said about the same. As she was sectioning the top from the bottom that would be shaved she was telling me how she was a Master Stylist sent from Las Vegas to "turn this location around" and then she started shaving with no warning. She went above one ear and not the other and I could feel her pulling hair from the sectioned off part (that she wasn't going to shave). She asked if I wanted her to clean up the hair line and I said yes. she shaved a line but didnt clean up the edges and it wasn't even. I didn't realize this bc I am near sided and took my glasses off for the cut (that's on me) but what I could see looked good. I was passed the point of just wanting to be away from her. I left. I got home and Actually looked at it and the shave wasn't even, not "clean" and I was embarrassed to have the shave. Ended up going to Sports Clips to get it fixed. Next time I went, I was asked if I wanted the same person to do my hair as last time (it's in the computer) and I vehemently said NO. Stylist who helped me was easy to talk to/explain what I wanted and was really quick about trimming. Looked great. Took about 15 minutes once I was in the chair. Last time I went, the Stylist who helped me was very nice and even as a walk-in I got seated immediately. She was blunt with me and told me she had been in a car accident and had slight memory Issues (slight Meaning might ask if I want layers again slight) In case I wanted someone else to do my hair. I decide to let her. I had been growing out my undercut for a bit and wanted my hair all the same length even if it would be a little short. We discussed exactly what I wanted (no bangs, no layers, but not blunt, part to both sides) and she got to cutting. She had my chin pretty much in my chest the entire time she was cutting and she asked me if I wanted layers to which I said no. She asked if I wanted bangs or a taper in the front and I said no. She asked if I wanted layers I said no. It feels fine so far and looks (as far as I can see with no glasses) okay. She was flipping it back and forth to make sure I can part it both ways and then without saying anything tapered the front on one side. She said she usually tapers it for everybody and then did the other side to a length that gave me what could be considered longer bangs. And then told me that she had thrown some layers in my hair to make it lighter And because of the way my head had been positioned the entire time, it was not even and the front was shorter that the back even without the bangs. At that point we were done so I paid and left. wish I could remember her name so that I don't get her again. I don't really blame them for that bc I was given the choice to have a different stylist. The prices are nice so I want to keep going. The people are mainly really friendly and helpful and the location is convenient.

This is not a one off event. I've been there many times over the years. This woman should never be allowed near customers. She makes every interaction absolutely unpleasant and makes snide, sarcastic or digging remarks every chance she can. I've never heard a kind ward from her to customers or her employees. Most of the employees are nice but none of them seem to actually know what products to recommend.
