It seemed like I was perhaps a bit overcharged (100% for the hands) but whoever rang me up took the receipt before I could question it further. I am no nail expert so perhaps this is normal pricing. The lady who did my nails was a 10/10 just not sure if the cost was correct. Someone else was at the register. I would go back, but I would want to clarify what painting the nails only costs. From my understanding, it was $20 dollars. I don't want to be charged spa treatment when I am just having my nails painted.

I came back a couple months later and i can't say the same thing again experience was awful John rushed my nails and he had help from another male worker they obviously work different so my nails looked different one hand had very thick nails like bricks the other hand was a little better they both rushed through my nails they didn't even try to file them nicely it was rushed work! I asked why the rush he said because it was late, as more customers kept walking in. It was a race against time the more they did the more money they would get as it was almost closing time! I also got a pedicure my toe is now infected and it hurts so much! They don't sanitize well! Or they use same clippers without washing them first. I was so unhappy i cried when i got home the next day my toes were hurting i looked at them they were red and purple very painful! I do not recommend them! Yes they have good reviews because they have been around a long time and have great customers that keep going back to them, and they know them because they are regulars so they treat them better. Also extremely expensive i payed 180 for 3 pedicures that weren't good had nails polish on toes and my horrible nails. I have gotten three pedicures over the last 6 months--all for special occasions and my birthday. each experience has gotten progressively worse and the service has been worse and worse. I got cut by one of the techs, who told me it was my fault that I couldn't stop bleeding. And that I needed to go to the dr. Not that she blatantly cut the side of my toe and it took forever for my toe to heal. I went back a couple times to show them bc the cut was deep so when I was ready to go again and finally have it fixed. They only did that one toe. Wouldn't have bothered me but it's was a gel pedi-- so the colors didn't match. I waited a while before I went again, about 2 months-- the tech I asked for was weirdly rude from the get go. Previously we had had pleasant interaction outside of the salon so I was genuinely so confused by it. When I asked her to please clean out beside the nail of my toes(not ingrown nails) and to please be gentle as I got cut before she sourly and flatly said yeah i remember I don't why you asked for me. I don't do that. She went and got the other tech -- who cut me again taking out an ingrown nail??! She proceeded to half assed my pedicure, clearly she didn't want to do --I just wanted out and told her I wanted polish and I wanted out-- so yes bet I won't ask for you again or for that matter ever come back. When I walked in and asked for ombré the man literally said "Good luck!", I thought he was joking because ombré is so simple, I thought every salon could do it. I tried to show the man doing my nails the shape I wanted and he flat out said "No, the don't want to see it, I know how to do them" and then completely didn't shape them how I wanted. They cut two of my fingers and left me with jagged nails and color all over my fingers that I can't even scrub off. They didn't even cover the whole nail on more than one. I tried to get them to fix them and they told me they were fine and didn't need more fixing that I was just being difficult. This is the worst set I've ever gotten. I have never not tipped well for nails and today I just paid the $60 each and left.

I explained to her, in very specific detail what needed to be done with, and to, my hair. She said that would be no problem. When she got started she was very messy and got some dye on my hands. I then noticed that they dye was a dark brown. I asked why she was using this color and she said it would all blend in the end. I trusted her, which was my first mistake. At the end, when it was dry, there were still roots and she made my hair darker. Her reasoning was that there were lighter streaks in my hair. I didn't want lighter streaks, I wanted lighter all over! My hair was also fried. She used the worst products on my hair and it dried it out completely. I have long hair andI might have to cut it off now because it's so dry. I confronted her about this and she told me I could reschedule so she could fix it, which was fine. But I don't want her going anywhere near my hair ever again. I paid $75 for this and I'm requesting my money back. I learned my lesson though: Don't trust little country towns with ignorant, uneducated people, who have no idea what they're doing and don't know how to listen.

Made an appointment to see Kelsey she is a fairly new stylist showed her a picture from Pinterest…read moreof what I wanted she said she could do it the end result was the complete opposite of what I wanted I texted her pictures showing her problem areas she said she could fix it she also told me that over the weekend I should continue to wash my hair several times with regular shampoo along with the purple shampoo to help wash out some of the red that bled onto the blonde highlights the end result was that my hair ultimately turned pink and the blond highlights turned blotchy I texted her asking for a refund because the end result was nowhere near what I wanted she refuses to give me any part of a refund and says that she will fix it at this point I do not want her to touch my hair and fear of her making it worse I do not recommend going and seeing Kelsey at the salon

Yeah! A pair of school scissors... not only that but also when he was trying to buff my nails he cut the tip of my finger and I was bleeding and all he said was "sorry" this place is very unprofessional.
