We booked a couples massage, but unfortunately the experience was far from relaxing. The therapists talked to each other throughout the session, which made it difficult to unwind. The door to the lobby was left wide open the entire time, and multiple customers and staff were walking in and out. We could both see and hear everything happening outside, which completely disrupted the atmosphere. To make matters worse, another couple there mentioned they had the same scheduling issue we experienced. After our session, one of the therapists complained about the tip and asked for more, which felt very unprofessional. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not return.

Very professional staff. Was no hint or request for "additional services" which is refreshing today…read moreto find a place like that. There was no incidental touching during the massage either. My time started at 6:45 and ended exactly at 8:15. I have had dozens of massages and this one was adequate, nothing that made a lasting impression, but nothing overly negative either. Only real downside was the massage had a lot of focus on general scalp massage and hand massage that felt like time fillers. Same with going up and down the back the same way for what had to be 20 minutes a side. Also, I literally wear a small to medium NIOSH respirator because I have a small head, but for whatever reason the face hole in the bed was tiny. Either my nose was in it or my chin was. It was a relaxing experience and I would recommend them to others.

I went online and booked my appointment- it was so easy to do, and immediately I received a confirmation text. When I first pulled up, I was a little sus. The drive up appeal is a little bit sketch. Once I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Lisa and Amy. They were so sweet and professional. I had made an appointment for a 60 minute full body massage and a 30 minute foot massage for the following week. Amy, asked if I'd like to have them both done today and of course- I couldn't resist!! The location is clean and calming, which made it so easy to get naked and relax- Amy, is amazing! She was very good and asked about the intensity which is very important. After my massage was over I loved it so much, I bought my best friend a gift card and ran home to book my next appointment!

It doesn't cost anything to be gentle and treat someone with a little kindness and care. I'm paying for a service, and I don't think I deserve to be treated that way. It was an extremely uncomfortable and upsetting experience, and I truly wish I had been treated with more care and respect.
