This place is a 5-Star service center for PT. I am an older athlete and have had multiple PT experiences in my life - this is the best ever! From the front desk (Kelly) who is efficient, friendly and helpful to Brett (site lead) and everyone in between! Cody; Maddie; even Damien and every single person at this site is helpful and supportive. They are making a difference in my physical health! I wish I had been here locally for my hip replacements; but they have been my "PT-go-to" for my shoulder repair! About 15 years ago I weight lifted more weights than the normal person and with this surgery, I've struggled to drink water using that arm. In fact I had to sit in the parking lot and cry until I could drive. He didn't care about me or the potential that I could get very sick. (This was before any vaccines came out.) I never went back. I also ended up with breast cancer later that year after using Bio TE hormone replacement therapy that he said was so wonderful. He never mentioned that HRT could cause breast cancer. I might have used it anyway, but I should have been told.

Multiple calls made Tuesday and Wednesday went directly to voicemail without response. I did not receive a return call until Thursday afternoon. When I returned that call, it again went to voicemail. When I left a voicemail on Thursday returning the receptionist's call, I believed the clinic might be experiencing phone system issues and wanted to make them aware. My husband, a new patient, experienced the same issue after calling five times in one day without reaching staff. On Friday, the receptionist returned my call and left a voicemail stating, "your phone also goes to voicemail, and just like you're busy, so are we." This response was concerning given the context of repeated unsuccessful attempts to reach the clinic for medical care. As of Friday, I have not been scheduled for an appointment. Based on this experience, timely access to care and effective communication appear to be limited. I would not recommend this clinic to patients who require prompt medical attention.
