I felt very comfortable with Nathan - he is experienced, very professional, focused on doing his job, creates a safe, welcoming and relaxing environment. He has healing hands and my shoulder feels absolutely amazing after my massage. He listens and the stretching + circulating massage method he did was exactly what I needed. I've been to several massage therapist and paid the same and in some cases more than I did today and I have never left feeling a healing process in area of chronic pain. My family and I were visiting the area and my dad needed to get adjusted. I found these guys on…read moreyelp and decided to give it a try because of the great reviews and the added incentive of the discount. I called at 11am to make a 3:45pm appointment for my dad. The woman on the phone was friendly and helpful in answering my questions. One of them being if I could apply my yelp account discount to my father, who does not yelp. She checked with her management and let me know that yes, they could and I didn't need to be there. When I spoke to my dad afterwards he couldn't stop raving on how professional and knowledgeable the chiropractor was. The practitioner was also able to refer my dad to two other colleagues he attended school with that practice where my dad lives. My dad was so stoked because the doctor also taught him some new stuff about his body + his brain/vocal chords (which my dad has seen many specialists for) that could be helpful with his future treatments. I waited to give a review to see if things changed but after today, I had to review. The people…read morehere are nice but honestly if you don't get Anna, service is average at best. My mom loves Anna so I go to appease her. Not anymore. For example, moms service started 10-15 earlier than mine and we got done at the same time. AND to add insult to injury, mine costs $10 more so I was supposed to have a longer massage. This happens every time lately, in one way or another, no matter what package I pick. They don't time the massage so you get whatever they give you. Even if you get the more expensive package, where the massage is supposed to be longer, massage time is the same as the cheaper one. Im beyond frustrated with this place and won't be going back.
