I've done walk-ins, I've made appointments, I've been late for appointments and they're never rude or make me feel like they're rushing. And it's a very clean facility, which is much more important than anything else. I seem to have the best luck with their gel manis/pedis in terms of durability. I don't love the dip manis because my nails seem to always lift at the base after a week or so, no matter what. I do find that here they put the dip on a bit thick for my tastes as well. Others may prefer it to make them less breakable. Either way, I'll continue to go to Grandlux when I'm in the area.
