This place is wonderful~ I can't say enough great things about the service here and the end result of my nails every time I have come. My mom and I came here to get our nails done for my sisters wedding and they were able to give their expert opinion on designs and colors that would compliment our skin tone and what we had in mind. The nail salon is clean and cute and the women here are so kind with many years of experience doing nails. I've never gotten gradient color before, and I couldn't love it more. (: read more

This was my first time going to Silk Nails and I loved it! Jessy removed my gel polish, gave me a fill and new color. She did an amazing job and made my nails look natural, not super thick like some places where they make acrylics look really chunky. She also paid great attention to details and made sure all my nails were shaped evenly and there weren't any mistakes in my polish. I love this nail salon! They do great nails, and they provide wonderful service! (For example: I received a holiday card and a birthday card with discounts in the mail with hand written notes. Cute!) This place is friendly, warm, courteous, service oriented, and most importantly affordable. Also, go on a Monday or Tuesday for discounted mani-pedis. Unlike some of the fancier nail salons, there aren't any cocktails and the pedicures don't have fancy names, but you will get an extensive massage, a hot towel wrap, and a smile. It's a small boutique and it feels like it. Go! You won't be disappointed. read more

Been coming here since it opened....owners have changed in the last 2 years. They now do Mon and Tues only Mani Pedi Special and it is $30 instead of $27 like it use to be. They play lots of Christian Music and it is a quiet place now. They use to serve wine when the old owner had it. So it has changed but it is still clean and nice and they do a good job. If you are in a hurry make an appt bc if you walk in sometimes you will have to wait. They just got new massage chairs also. read more

I went to this nail salon based on the review on here. The salon itself is very small but clean and nicely decorated. I got gel nails (french manicure) and some type of green tea pedicure. It was pretty awesome!!..until the next day when the gel started chipping off. My pedicure, however, still looks great. I'm not so sure about this salon...I may try it again. read more

Hands down the most relaxing pedicure I have received. I have been twice now. Me and my four friends went yesterday afternoon. Mama Kay owns the parlor. She gave me my pedicure. She is gentle and thorough in her work. She has really cultivated an atmosphere of warmth and peace. Jessie had one of my friends. She speaks the most English out of the four ladies and is one of the most joyful people you will ever meet. She can turn any frown upside down. SHe is incredibly welcoming and helps facilitate a great relaxing atmosphere! Helen had another one of my friends. Helen is very detail oriented in her work. We have decided she is the most meticulous. She does a fantastic job at the massage during and after the pedicure. She is a beast at removing calluses too! Amy had my third friend. She is so sweet and accommodating to the needs of others. My friend had had a horrible week and we went to get pedicures. Even though Amy doesn't know English well, she was sensitive to the fact that my friend was having a hard day and was extra gentle and caring. This nail salon feels like family. It is a place that I am happy to spend just a little extra for the quality and care that is given. The best salon in Coppell... And I've tried almost all of them. read more

If I can give them negative starts I would! I came here last week to get a full set and it was terrible! When I went in they said it was $35 and I ended up paying $65 for a French tip full set! I asked the girl doing my nails why and she couldn't even give me a reason. The next day was a Sunday and two of the nails have already fallen off!! I went back and she told me to come back because they were busy so I did. She did tell me it was my fault because I didn't take care of them. Mind you this was the same last that the day before told me she couldn't speak English. She fixed the two nails and the next days 3 others ones fell off! They started lifting and finally all of them came off by Wednesday(I got them done Saturday night) I would never come back again. read more

Would highly recommend this place for facial/spa services. Received a microdermabrasion facial from Tabitha and it was the best facial I've had. She took her time, made sure I was comfortable and explained exactly what she was doing and answered any questions I had. It was super relaxing! Will definitely be back. read more

Worst acrylic nails ever and took 2 and 1/2 hrs. Couldn't have pink and white because they were such a mess had to put a thick coat of polish. The nails are thicker than if I had fills for 2 months. Don't go to the tech in the 2nd station. Don't know about the other 2. read more

One of the best nail salon experiences I've ever had. I had shellac removed ($5), which is usually a nightmare, but Sara did a great job without damaging my nails. I also got a manicure ($12), which was thorough and well done, including oil, lotion, etc. She even asked me how I wanted my nails (short/long, rounded/square) instead of just doing whatever she wanted--which is rare! Lastly, while my nails were drying, she gave me a short shoulder and back massage just to be nice! I will definitely be going back here. The price and incredible service can't be beat! read more

Most amazing place ever!! The prices are cheap but the service is out of this world. I pay $25 to get a spa pedicure that includes and 10 minute leg massage and then while your nails are drying they give you a neck and back massage. It doesn't get much better than this!! read more

Went last night . FANTASTIC. Very clean, nice, cozy. No TV ,but hey its nice to get away from the world , veg out and enjoy that pedicure. Great job ! I had a spa pedicure and a basic manicure. It was so relaxing, best polish job ever. She removed all of my callus pain free, no tortuous scrubbing like some other places. Service was prompt and professional. After many years of looking I have found my permanent nail place now. read more

I've been coming here for years. Has a small boutique feel. I usually get the Spa Pedicure and I LOVE it! They use hot stones at one point and it just feels amazing. They also always throw in a 5 - 10 minute neck massage for any service as your nails are drying and it feels so good. I also highly recommend the massage services by Kay. Very relaxing environment. If you're looking for wine or alcoholic beverages while receiving spa treatments, this isn't the place for you; however, if you're looking for a relaxing, great place to get a really good pedicure, manicure or massage, you need to try them. read more

Went in for a Gel manicure...Not impressed. The tech attempted to be friendly initially, but as I advised on adjustments I needed, the tech became really quiet giving short answers. She opened the bottle of gel color and the brush was missing, maybe it had fallen into the bottle? So instead of getting a new bottle, she used the brush from a base coat. Was this their ONLY bottle? For the second gel color the polish was thick and clumped, she tried to act confused as to why this was happening and said the bottle was fairly new. She then "wiped" off both the base coat and bubbled color on two nails and then wanted to switch my color without asking me. Again..was this their only bottle of that gel color? My hand massage consisted of her putting lotion on my hands and then wiping it with a warm cloth....no thank you, I prefer to wash my hands thoroughly before applying the polish. In manicuring my nails she was using an old buffer file that was shredding as she buffed, it had seen way too many nails in it's time. And the cuticle cream she applied via dropper touched every finger of my soapy unwashed hand that had been sitting in cold water. I visited this salon based on a referral, but for a business that had only 1 other customer there, I would have expected FAR BETTER SERVICE and a Cleaner technique. Take your $35 elsewhere and Visit at your own risk. read more
