I have been going to Castle Nail Spa for several years now. I followed Tina there from another salon. There are two lovely ladies by the name of Tina. Tina, the owner, is always so friendly and helpful! I have followed the other Tina for over 10 years now because of the beautiful job she does! I drive from Dallas to Coppell because of her! read more

GREAT dip nail service as well as pedicures. The owner (Tina) is fantastic and runs a great shop. The "other" Tina is phenomenal too. Very accommodating. Highly recommend! read more

The quality of the nails was good but the customer service of the esthetician was less than pleasant. I didn't expect the experience to be great but also didn't think I would leave feeling like I was not welcome. Thankfully DFW has plenty of great nail salons. I will not be coming back. read more

Have been a client of Tina's for many years! She and her staff are exceptional and the quality of service is outstanding!

Best nail salon in Coppell! They are so helpful with finding the right option for my nails and toes! And helping find great colors for all different occasions! Super creative with all holiday options! They are on time and very fast. Tina (the manager) and her staff are so friendly and put pride in their work and make sure you're happy! read more

The lady I had was nice and we had good conversation but that's not the whole experience unfortunately. I had a photo for reference and the photos speak for themselves. I'm not delusional and I know that I wasn't going to get the exact same thing but I wanted the same length, shape and I was fine with doing only white French tips to cut cost. I did communicate I didn't like them and the only option was to sit down and 'fix them' but I'm not sure they would've been able to give me what I wanted after seeing the first attempt so I paid and left. If you want short solid nails, this is your place but it's a no go for me read more

I moved back to Dallas in 2020. When all services started back with the Pandemic going, I looked for a new nail salon. I went to so many, but none like Castle Nails Spa. They are amazing, services is superb and always very fashionable. I moved from Coppell after 2 years and went to Las Colinas, and kept going to Castle Nails - especially thanks to their personalize service and Tina - she is the best. I moved the to Plano - and yes, I moved a lot - and after 1.5 years, I still driving to Coppell and do my nails at Castle Nails Spa. My friends, my family and I love them. Thank you for all you do! read more

Tina is the best! She always makes herself available and does quality work. She truly listens to your desire and does her best to fulfill!

I thought it was going to be good but it wasn't. The people were really rude. When they did my daughter's nails they did them wrong. But when I asked them about it they started blaming it on my daughter. They rushed through my other daughter's nails too. And on top of that, it took us 2 hours to get seated. Definitely don't recommend, 0 STARS read more

Highly recommend! The best my nails have been treated! Been going here at least 2 years Love the dip nails and classic pedicure

I can honestly say I will not be going back to this place. I brought my daughter in today for some birthday nails and below you will see what we asked for and what she got $60 for this not including the tip we left. I am not sure what is going on with this place. I used to love getting my nails done with them and my last few visits have been a disappointment. read more

I came in on a Sunday to get a gel mani and pedicure. First, the prices are up there compared to other nearby nail salons. The issue I had with this nail salon is the quality of the gel mani and pedi I got. Just two days after, my gel manicure started to chip in big portions. Lesson learned. Definitely not giving my business to this establishment again. Oh and they charge extra for gel nail polish $25. This is on top of the manicure price !! Ridiculous. read more

New management!! Such a great experience and Tina is the BEST!! If you had been here over the years before and had a mediocre experience...not anymore! Lots of techs available and everyone is so nice! Highly recommend!! read more

I've had hit and miss service. Last night I decided I won't be back. I understand that we are just talking nails here - none of this is life or death. But I did want to share a little in case it helps the next person. I went for dip nails and Hannah helped me. She was friendly, but about halfway through she was talking to some other girls in the salon in another language and pointing at me and laughing. I'm not sure what they were saying of course, but it felt like I was the butt of a joke. Whatever, I ignored it. Here's the other thing. Each time she dips your nails in the powder, she flicks your finger in a "F U" kind of motion with her thumb and middle finger. She does this to get the powder off, but it hurts. Why can't she use a powder brush like everyone else? Then, when we were nearly done, she asked what I thought and I pointed out that the polish was a good ways away from the cuticle. It looked like it was two weeks grown out. She huffed and put the materials back out and filled the spots. In the end they looked nice, albeit a little messy. It was my birthday so I was bummed about the pushback. Oh well! :) read more

Castle Nail Spa - Kind of messy. - Nail Salons Near Me - Coppell, Texas

Wow. I've been to many nail salons but this one has to be THE WORST by far. I wish I could give zero stars. I went in for a simple, basic pedicure. When I first arrived no one even spoke to me for a good couple minutes. Then when I asked for their basic pedicure the girl kept hounding me to get more stuff (nails too, eyebrow, a better pedicure) It was annoying and uncomfortable. Finally I was able to sit down for the basic pedicure and the girl who was assigned to me didn't even greet me or say anything. I'm sorry, but that's kind of rude. At least say hi... Last, and WORST was how rough she was with my feet and toes. I went in with normal/comfortable toes but she dug around so much during the pedicure that I'm pretty sure I have an infection now. Ever since I left- my big toe has been in a ton of pain, and when I removed my shoe after school today, I see how red and inflamed it is. This has never happened to me and it was not like this before the pedicure. Beware friends. There are way better places in the area. read more

I was a regular visitor and stopped going. Tried the do it yourself route. I decided to give them a try again. It's clear owners or management changed hands. This place use to be busy and on this visit nor so much. My complaint was the kids of Management/owner/employee running around. Ice cream dropping all over the place. I'm paying for a service and I'd like to relax. I'm not anti kids. It was unprofessional and annoying, the kids should've hung out in the break room while customers are present. No complaints about the pedicure my little piggies look awesome. I might return when school is back in session. read more

We went in with a group of 8. They have us a discount AND excellent service. It was very clean, the atmosphere was lovely, and the staff was great. Tammy worked on me and she was great. They have frozen beverages, wine, and basic drinks. I will go back and refer friends too! read more

This place used to be great. Now not so much. Not enough staff, inexperienced, rushed service, expensive. I have been a loyal customer for several years but loyalty does not seem to matter much any longer. Time to look for somewhere better. read more

I will never come here again. I got 8 long nails 2 short and took an hour and half for dip powder. I have no time to have it removed or fixed. Then they tried to charge me for almond shape and then also for long nails extra for that too. I was cut about 10 times while she was doing my nails. I also have glue everywhere under my nails stuck to my skin. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. And when I complained to the person running the nail shop she was so rude to me. I can't get a good pic of my thumb in but it's shorter also then everything else. read more

I have been a loyal client of Castle Coppell for 8 years. Tina is the absolute best nail tech in the industry. She is highly detailed, a perfectionist and listens. I want my nails natural and Tina makes sides they are thin and shaped the right wayHer team of staff is always trained and most of all they are genuinely caring and kind. I've recommended this salon to 6 of my friends who all now love it equally. read more

I went in on Columbus Day and my dip nails barely lasted a week.... A WEEKK! 120 bucks for a pedicure and dip and they cracked and what a waste of money. This is the last time I'll go here. I was hoping they would at least last two weeks like every other place I go... but no, not I have to go spend MORE money and get them redone before I have my baby next week. Thanks a lot. read more

My daughter went in to get a full set and was sent out feeling that she was not well taken care of, she was not listened to, and she was really upset. Her nails are not what she asked for and she was sent home with her nails looking awful. I feel like this is a continuous problem at this location. She went in because the usual place we go was super busy and she was crunched for time before a trip. I figured since it had been so long (well over as year) since we tried this place that maybe there were some new nail techs and perhaps she could get at least what she asked for. She went in and asked for a full set acrylic and even had her own nail polish and was told by whomever ended up doing her nails that they don't do that and she had to get dipping powder. I really wish she had gotten the nail techs name. It's not ok to bully a 19 year old kid and make them get what YOU feel like doing. On top of that it was still an awful job. read more

Would not recommend going here. Terrible customer service. Their website advertises one price and I was charged another upon check out. All they said was "sorry, new owners and I should've asked first". Really!? Wow! Talk about false advertising and why is it MY fault!? I guess I should've read the reviews here first! Don't make my mistake. They did a horrible job too. I'll never go back. No wonder they had openings and other places didn't! read more

I was visiting my family in Coppell and two of my gel nails felted down. I went to CastleNail and I was just surprised with all the services and the costumer care! They were really fast taking my set of gel X nails off and putting a new dipping powder set. Helen and Alice, they are just GREAT! I wish I could live here to get my nails done with them every time! read more

Do not come here! They were really bossy and impolite. The nails look messy and they trapped dirt in my nail polish. The finished nails also felt bumpy and rough because of the powder they leave on there towels and tables. I didn't get dipped nails so it was from the previous people who went. I don't recommend coming here at all! read more

Ugh. I had perfectly shaped nails already. I had them done recently and really just needed a polish change. But still somehow, I came out with stubby looking hands that appear to be cut by a baby safe clippers. The gel manicure is pitiful. 7/10 nails don't have polish on the side. The ones that do are bonded to my skin because they polish was so sloppy. I can't even continue this review anymore. It's making me too angry. Just don't come here. read more

This salon is under new management, and couldn't be happier with my nails. Very friendly and clean place!

Took and hour and forty five minutes to do a FILL. My hands and cuticles were so sore and beat up by the time she was done and looked worse than what I had when I walked in. I walked out of there looking like I needed a fill. 6 days later and it looks like I hadn't had my nails done in weeks. read more

I JUST got my nails done this past Friday 9/1 - it is Sunday 9/3 and 4/5 nails is chipped on my right hand. I've never had this happen with NexGen (the dip) and I've been doing Nex Gen for over a year now. So, I come in thinking the salon can surely fix my nails, no problem. The "dude" at the front, first off, you can tell is probably miserable with his position. The salon is packed and he (rudely) states there is a 40 min wait with emphasis for ANY service and "if I would like to wait for 40 min, sweetie" in the salon. Or come back another day "the sooner the better!" Very insincere. Excuse me, sweetie - But your place sucks. I used to come here all the time and it has most definitely changed. Save your money, ladies, and go somewhere else. read more

Just had a great pedicure here. I got the basic - which was 30 min & 27$. Clean and friendly atmosphere, attentive service. Good color selection (organized by hues, which was a nice change). Basic included hot rocks, sugar scrub and massage! My New "go to" nail salon in DFW! Check it out (this location specifically)! read more

I don't know why I didn't trust reviews about this place! I usually go to Delux nails down the street but my lady was busy so I tried this place. Worse I repeat worse place to get your nails done at. The customer service by the girls is horrible, the lady just left me there after my pedi didn't bother saying done or anything just walked away. The dumb lady that did my hands thought it would be a great idea to pay no mind to the color I picked and pick her own! I told her initially that's not the color, she said "will get lighter I know what am going you relax!" Red is not the same as pink. IDIOTS!!!!! read more

I've been regularly going here approx twice a month for over a year. I get the dipping powder nails (I'm addicted!) and/or pedis only so can't speak to their waxing or other services. I only see Kathy for the dipping powder and she knows exactly the way I like my nails. More often than not, this place is great which is why I keep returning! Clean inside, friendly staff, good products and service offerings, etc. My best advice... Always MAKE an appointment. They are ALWAYS busy. I've seen people get so upset because they are walk-ins and others are getting helped ahead of them. There have been a few times when their scheduling got sloppy and I either got skipped over or had to wait but no place is perfect. Yes, some of the folks in there struggle with the best English, but there are others around to help translate and offer help if that happens. I think communication is huge. If you're not happy, they'll fix it immediately. I had to go back once because one of my nails turned out strange after I got home. Their pedis are awesome! I highly recommend! They also serve wine and frozen margaritas which is a nice touch to have a fun girls afternoon. If you go next door to Tom Thumb, flip the receipt over for a coupon to this place. read more

Just spent $60 for a gel manicure. The price alone is ridiculous. The basic spa manicure is supposed to have a "massage" and was literally just someone putting lotion on my legs. Not even my feet. She barely touched my feet for the "callus remover" that's supposed to be included in the pedicure, so my heels are still somewhat rough which isn't the norm after a basic pedi. I asked her to make my nails shorter and shape them and they're still long and she didn't really file them into shape. Im looking at them now and am going to have to finish taking the cuticles off because she didn't do that either. I'm so upset, especially with having paid so much. Will not be returning. read more
