About what you would expect from your neighborhood pedicure spot. I came in on Friday around noon and was in and out in about an hour and a half. Got the deluxe pedicure and dip on my fingers and an eyebrow wax. Deluxe pedicure. $36 and what you would expect. My technician did a great job getting most of my callouses and she did a thorough job with my nails. I would expect hot stone or paraffin wax to be included but I do think they were available as an add-on. Dip nails. (Nexgen) $35 and I think a charge for take off as well. Technician did a good job. I am very pleased with how thin it feels? There are some places that just cake on the powder and it feels thick and unnatural. Eyebrows. $10 which is average. Technician was very aggressive with my head. Tilting it every which way and I felt a little beat up afterwards but! my brows do look fabulous so can I really complain she wasn't gentle with me? All in all a good experience and I will be back. read more

I was visiting from Las Vegas and It was one of very few opened on a sunday in the DFW/Grapevine area located in the circle of the Grapevine Mills Mall. I was staying at a hotel 9 minutes walking from the nail spa. They were so great with service and very clean with plexiglass at each station and wore masks so made it comfy to be in there. They even offered wine beer and cocktails which on sunday afternoon to relax was the best! Their pedicure spa menu was like no other I've seen before. Exotic tropical ingredients and even used fresh fruits which was cool and refreshing. Hot stones, Thai reflexology, scrub, mask, hot towels, and even a foot collagen mask. AMAZING!!! I could have sat there all afternoon enjoying my wine and being pampered. I even gave the male nail tech and pedi specialist both $20 each because they definitely made my day while making my Hands and feet feel and look great!! Wish I lived there to always go lol. They cut my moms nail beds to the point of bleeding. On TWO fingers. Then they put an antibacterial on the bleeding fingers, which consequently caused the gel to chip off overnight. Our pedicures were done, but my mom was finishing her gel manicure, so I stayed in the seat and chatted with her for a good 15 minutes past when my technician walked away. Yet somehow I ended up with a snag on my toe. I would have assumed it would be dry in 15 minutes... So both of us ended up with messed up nails within a day. Also blood. Stay away. read more

I came in after my flight with very dry nail beds desperately needing a new set. Angie was so careful in taking off my precious acrylic set (I'm really sensitive with my nail beds) and she was very patient with me. I told her I can't stand thick acrylics so she did as best she could to make them thin and they were amazing! I loved the ombré tan to white acrylics on me and after each finger she made sure I was happy with the way I looked. My nails are perfect! This salon delivered a catastrophic experience which seemed to drag on and on. Fist off, I was meeting a friend and had an appointment. When I got there NO ONE spoke English and tried sitting me next to a random person no understanding that MY friend was still on the way despite my best efforts to explain this. Every piece of equipment was broken (chairs, water, sinks, etc) one of the jets even cut my friends toe! I tried telling them that my pedi water was ice cold and they ignored me. Finally after 40 mins of sitting around trying to get stuff to work they finally started on our pedicures. They tried to tell me to get gel even after stating many times that I didn't want gel. I finally had to get up, feet wet and pick a non gel color and walk back with it. No one offered a drink or even a "sorry for the delays." This was truly a catastrophic waste of time and effort. I came here for a manicure and eyebrow wax and was very disappointed. The technician used incorrect wax on my eyebrows that was sticking to my face instead of the actual wax strip. After noticing the problem, she claimed the wax was "too hot" and needed to cool off. After cooling, she used the SAME wax on my eyebrows and ended up removing a piece of it and tried to LIE that she did so. My eyebrows are now ruined and the staff took no accountability for their mistakes and I will NOT be returning. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

UPDATE: Unfortunately, my dip did not last well and the dipping powder has dried into my cuticles. I ended up going somewhere else and the technician had to cut all the leftover dip out. She even told me that whoever did my nails last did a terrible job. I hate leaving negative reviews, but hopefully this helps the management team continue training their staff! This was my first time trying this nail salon out. It's a great location and the staff is very friendly! I received the dip, and it wasn't the best job I've had but it wasn't the worst! This past Sunday I went in for a mani-pedi and was originally going to pay $52 for both services ($16 for the Basic Manicure and $36 for the Deluxe Pedicure) I wanted a type of service that would last a while and after being told it would be $20 more for the gel service and $35 for the shellac I proceeded onward with the services. Unfortunately I was disappointed with my manicure after three of my fingers bled on one hand when my cuticles were cut (I didn't notice until I got back to my hotel), the outside layer of skin is still frayed and peeling on both hands; my nails were cut unevenly and bubbles are visibly seen on my nails; I also noticed the chip on my pinky and the polish also started to come off the next day on all of my nails. I give the manicure a 1/5 There were some really -minor- flaws with my toes but they are lasting much longer and my feet look okay. I give the pedicure a 4/5 read more

I called before I made the trip to check to see how much a gel manicure would be. I was advised their manicures range from 18-45 but that gel would be 25. Since this seemed like a good price I decided to try. They had a decent selection of colors and the service was pretty standard. However, when I went to check out the bill was 43. They charged 18 for the manicure and 25 for the gel polish. I expressed my frustration especially since I specifically called to find out the cost. I do not feel the level of service match the price. read more

Not great experience. People were friendly, but the skill was 0. I asked for black matte nails, with silver glitter ring finger. The nails are uneven and not the same length, the acrylic was all over my fingers, some thicker than others, the first application color was regular color upon requesting gel, the matte didn't work so they filed it off and attempted again. Second time the matte worked but my nails were extremely sticky after many washes, you can see in the picture bubbles, and odd texture of the nails (I didn't ask for textures nails). For the price which is the industry standard the job was poorly done! They look awful, I have an event in 3 days and going to have to get them re-done elsewhere. read more

They talked me into the deluxe pedicure and I'm glad they did because the massage alone was worth it! New management is so so great. I used to come here so much that I had their discount card (pay $10 and always get 10% off or so) and then I moved and came way less. I also had a couple of less than great experiences which added on to it. My last visit was beyond pleasing as the nail tech helped me pick the right shape and color for me and was very gentle. She also made sure everything looked good from the first nail to ensure I wasn't unhappy with my pick and that she didn't need to wait until the end to see if I was unsatisfied. Will definitely keep returning to Posh Pedi when I go back to Grapevine! read more

Update: Necessity is the mother of invention. Convenience can be applied to this as well! So, 9 months after my first 1-star manicure, I went back to Posh Pedi Spa for a quick manicure. I'd received a kind message on Yelp from the new management awhile ago, apologizing for my previous terrible experience and inviting me back to try again. I was in a time crunch, and this is the closest nail salon to my house, so I reluctantly went in for another try. Fast forward 5 minutes into my manicure, and I was CUT. AGAIN. While my manicurist was trimming my cuticles. I swear! I can't even tell you how many nail salons I've visited across the country in my life, and I'm pretty sure this is the ONLY place I've been cut, let alone TWICE!!! The tech apologized, applied something to stop the BLEEDING, and went on to complete the manicure. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. That was definitely my last visit here; I will never be back. read more
