I didn't even have to explain to her what I needed she just knew and after making me some of her amazing French pressed coffee with homemade creamer, she got to work and spent the next couple of hours transforming my hair from a candy corn nightmare to the prettiest buttery blonde that looks so HEALTHY and GORGEOUS. It also kind of looks like they might have photo op spots- but I can't tell if that's what they were trying to do. My nails are hit or miss. I struggle overall with any salon getting them to last longer than 2 weeks (dip with tip). I would say this place is the same. There are always new techs so I haven't found one I'm loyal to yet but there is potential.

We found it on Yelp and it had decent reviews (4 stars) so we gave it a try. But that will be the last time. I did tell the owner about the issues and she was apologetic and nice, but they didn't adjust the price or change anything - just gave us gift cards to apply for another visit. I hope they make it, but there are some basic changes necessary. First, give the place a thorough cleaning. It's dirty. The massage chairs have seen better days, and the pillows they give you are fabric and badly stained. Their tools and practices seemed clean while doing the pedis, but it's general upkeep that's needed. They brought out fabric neck wraps but we declined - didn't seem sanitary. The steamers they wheeled out were filthy and had gross looking water in them with stuff floating in it. The "hot stones" and the water was room temp, and the lotions and creams they were using were cold. The paraffin was lukewarm and they had a heck of a time getting it off because it left little pieces all over our feet and legs. Fortunately, these things are all fixable, but for the price, it wasn't a great experience.
