I asked that the tech wear clean gloves before I'd known she had put on clean gloves because they do it behind the counter not at the station, which is fine, but feel like she did a poor job because of it. read more

It is really difficult to rate this place because of the inconsistent technicians they have. They are hit or miss. I usually have to try my luck with whomever is there. If I find a decent one they usually don't last. Well I went to get my eyebrows and lip threaded yesterday, Tuesday, February 20. I checked in and saw there were only two techs there. Simi and Pretty. Well I had a bad experience with Simi previously. She left a huge bald spot in one of my eyebrows before so I decided to try Pretty. I don't recall ever seeing her name on the check in screen so I assumed she was new and selected her and waited for my turn. Few mins later it's my turn. I sit and tell her that my right eyebrow is slightly thinner than the left and she disagrees and says it's thicker and I said no it's not. It's thinner and I'm trying to grow it out. So she begins threading my right eyebrow and right away I felt like something was going wrong. It felt like she was taking way too much off. I could feel it. When she was all done with eyebrows and lip she hands me the mirror but I can't see too good without my glasses. I pay and leave. I get in my car and pull out my hand mirror to take a look and sweet Jesus what has she done? She completely butchered my right eyebrow. Shockingly my left one is not good but not hacked. It looks like she took a weed whacker to my right one tho. She went up way too high on the arch and thinned out the lower arch where I told her I was growing it out. It seriously looks like she threaded it blindfolded. There is no saving it. I'm hoping it can be somewhat back to normal within a few months. So really I just suggest if you get a good tech there stick with that one. Because they are so hit and miss and I would hate for anyone to feel like I felt after what she did to my eyebrow. I wanted to cry when I saw how bad it looks. I'm crying inside actually. Perhaps the owners need to pay their good techs more so they don't leave. read more

It's hit or miss .. you may come out missing Majority of your eye brows and they won't fix it .. got my Lashes done for the first time and they started falling off 3 days later though they should have lasted up to 3 weeks. I called and was told they will not fix it without a $25 charge. They have lost a loyal customer. I should have stopped going the last 3 times my eye brows was mismatched and one was so small I had to draw it on until it grew back . " Never been rejected a discount before at any establishment until now. Will not support this business again. Front window displays "military discount" not "active duty discount". Disappointed. I made an appointment for the same day just a couple hours from the current time using their online app. The place was clean, I was greeted immediately by a friendly genuine aesthetician. There was only one other customer in the shop when I arrived for my appointment. I scheduled a lash Tint, lash perm and eyebrow tint. While there she explained threading and I agreed to have it done. It was fairly painless compared to wax or tweezing brows. She was quick and shaped my brows beautifully. I have a hearty sprinkling of silver in my eyebrows now. I am fair, and blonde. She suggested a shade about 2 shades darker than my natural brows. She explained it would fade quickly but this was better to cover the silver. Well it's really dark, so it was a little shocking but no doubt will fade. I'm not worried. The only thing I would critique is the work chair location for services. They are lined up out front. (Like a barber or salon.) With the lash treatments you have to keep your eyes shut for about 45 min total. As people move about, more people arrive or leave; it can be a little unnerving if you're someone who needs to be aware of their surroundings. (Like myself) Next time I will absolutely have my headphones on listening to loud music or an audio book so I don't become hyper aware and overly sensitive of every little noise in the place. Now if only my lashes would darken as dark as my brows did then I would be over the top pleased. I recommend the services I received. The cleanliness, professionalism, and gentle hand were appreciated. read more

The only place I will get my eyebrows threaded. This is the only place I trust they listen to your request, every time I go in I tell them exactly how I want my eyebrows done (shaped and no thinning) and they always do just as I ask. Everyone is super nice and friendly the place is really clean and always welcoming. I like their check in kiosk makes it simple and you know when it's your turn. I did do the eyebrow tinting last week when I got my eyebrows done and I really like it. They told me it would last 2 weeks and so far it has lasted me a week and half. Been coming here since April 2017 and my eyebrows always look amazing. read more

Before she started I literally told her SPECIFICALLY how I don't want a lot taken from the middle, and how I wanted my arches round, and that I didn't want them thin. All the other times that I have came in and told them how I wanted them the lady did them perfectly. But the younger girl didn't listen to me at all and my eyebrows are NOTHING like I wanted them, RIGHT BEFORE she started I said, "also I'm sorry I'm being picky, but can you try and make them as even as possible, I'm trying to grow them out and have them even." And she said "ok I'll just do a clean up" but it looks like she took a razor blade to the middle of my eyebrows, and then took off all the hair she saw and left a little bit of my eyebrow. The best thing is that they do walk-ins! That's a big thing for me because I just hate appointments. The young lady in there was so nice and listened to what I wanted done with my brows which was just a clean up on the edges, as I like my brows thick. The price was amazing too! Wish I knew about this place a few months ago! I'm glad this place is just down the street from my house. They're located next to Albertsons in between a herbal store and pizza place. I signed in on a kiosk thing then waited for a lady to become available. I didn't have to wait long. Maybe 2 minutes. I just needed my caterpillar eyebrows threaded. The lady who worked on my brows was gentle on my brows and friendly. I'll def be back. read more

DO NOT GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS HERE! I got them done and immediately after leaving my eyelids were hurting. Not only that so many of the lashes were glued to my eye lid and not my lash. Nothing will budge the glue they used either. read more

For several long months I have been looking for an eyebrow place and stumbled upon this little gem on this sight! I am very weary about where I get them done and with who since I've had some unpleasant experiences. Luckily for me it's only 10 minutes from my house and by far the best place I have ever been to! The lady who I completely forgot to ask for her name was so nice and welcoming! She asked what I was going for with my eyebrows and completely understood what I was going for! Not only did she do absolute beautiful wonders on my eyebrows but she was so gentle that the pain was absolutely minimal! My lip hurt a little more but that's the most sensitive part of my face! I came for eyebrow threading and tinting. This is the first place I've found in Texas that I actually liked how they shaped and cleaned my eyebrows (I moved here in 2015 and have been cleaning my eyebrows myself with my tweezers after some unpleasant eyebrow experiences here). It was my first time getting my eyebrows tinted and so far I like! I went around lunch time and was lucky that there was no one else there so I was seen right away. The girl that did my eyebrows (I didn't get her name) was very nice and tried to be in tune with what I wanted. She seemed to be training as someone was advising her on things like cleaning up around my eyebrows after the tinting. I only gave 4 stars b/c sometimes after a couple days after the adrenaline wears off I notice things I don't like that I didn't notice immediately. I opted for the threading and tinting. My eyebrows looked like hey had been crafted by angels by the time she was done. I've had this service done elsewhere many times before and it usually set me back about $15 max. I was surprised to find that the total was $25. Definitely more expensive than I'm used to.
