Called a week in advance and asked for a specific technician and when I arrived was told it was a thirty minute wait. Then Kelly who has done my pedicure for a While never spoke to me, didn't do my service, and there was basically no apology for the wait and for not honoring my appointment that I called for in advance. So Sad. I was going to move over to Day spa for all my needs. But not Anymore. Bad customer service. They just simply do not Care to honor an appointment made in advance and offer No apology for it. I am a customer of over 8 years. I requested a manicure on natural nails and a pedicure with GEL polish, confirmed prior to the appointment. The polish chipped within 24 hours, indicating improper service. When I returned for correction, the owner denied my documented request, dismissed the service failure, and declined to promptly remedy the issue. This reflects lack of accountability, misrepresentation of services, and unacceptable business practices, particularly toward a long-term client. read more

This was my first time here and it will be my last. I asked for a classic French tip for nails and feet. The pedicure was good but when I went to the car I noticed my whole pinky toe nail came off. The nails were hideous, thick, and uneven, but I don't have time for a redo because I was leaving the country the next day. read more

I've been coming to this nail shop for almost 2 years, spending money here consistently and leaving tips, and this was the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience I've had. Kelly did my toes and put too much overlay on my big toe, which made it bulky once the color was applied. When I told her it was not done right and needed to be fixed, she got rude and argumentative instead of correcting her mistake. She told me she had already checked it and was not going to keep taking it off, like I was wrong for speaking up about a service I was paying for. If she had done it correctly the first time, there would have been nothing to redo. I had every right to say something because my toe was bulky and not done properly. She then told me to "be quiet" in front of other customers while I was paying for a service. That was completely out of line. No paying customer should be talked to like that, especially by someone who is there to provide a service. She also told me I was not allowed to come back, like she was the one in charge and had the authority to make that decision. She is not management, so that was out of place and unprofessional. The fact that she still finished my toe makes the whole situation even more ridiculous because it proves all of the attitude, arguing, and disrespect was unnecessary. After almost 2 years of supporting this business, they never have to worry about my service, my tips, or my money again. I will not be returning. read more

Me and my girl came in for pedis. Called first to see if they were busy and they said we could come in. The wait was not long. We each got the Signature Spa pedicure and it was divine! Helen gave me the best leg and foot massage I have ever gotten at a nail salon. The pressure was perfect and she went all the way passed my knees! I literally almost fell asleep in the chair, I was so relaxed. They also put a hot compress on your shoulders to further relax you. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews for this place because my experience was very pleasant. The prices are so reasonable for what they offer. The service I received here would have cost twice as much where I live! I asked for gel polish and a design and was informed it would be an extra charge. I appreciated being told ahead of time and not at check out. Overall my experience was great! Next time Im in town visiting my girl we will definitely be back! read more

Always a good experience no matter who you use! I always good for fills, pedicures and full sets.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. I came in and asked for a manicure and dip with tips. I made that very clear since my cuticles were bad and needed to be done. The nail tech didn't do the manicure before gluing the tips on, so I remind her that's what I wanted, then she cut my cuticles and made them bleed. Then she pulls out acrylic instead of dip and I remind her I wanted dip. She tells me she can't do dip because of the length...? they weren't even that long... maybe it's because she made my cuticles bleed. I was fed up at this point, so I told her I would pay for what she did so far and would like to leave. She told me I couldn't leave and then starts cutting my nails off!! Even though I told her I would pay for what was done so far!!! This experience was so frustrating, but the girls at the front desk were nice. read more

I am a loyal customer here and go in every three weeks. I went in today because I broke a nail and needed it fixed. I accidentally hit it on a metal hanger and it hurt any time I touched it. I walk in and Chi, the lady who is always at the front asked what I needed. I tell her and she just looks at me. Doesn't say anything and points to someone. I said, ok? You didn't even respond to me. The other lady says she pointed at me, I'm going to fix it. Chi says, you're the second person to come in here that needs a nail fixed. I said ok, it wasn't my fault. This is not the first time Chi is rude to me. If a customer speaks to you, then you should respond; not stare at her like you're upset and not respond. The only reason I go there is because Janie does an amazing job but I will have to take my business elsewhere. I don't need to walk into an establishment that I have been going to for years and be treated that way. read more

I came here on 7/17/25. I went to just get a pedicure because we had planned a trip to Destin. Idk if it was what I wearing that made me looked homeless but, they totally ripped me off & I always give tips on cash; like $10 or $20 if they do it the way I like. I got the most basic pedicure which was $38. I am a French girl, I always get French on my toes, nowhere else have I EVER had an additional charge for getting French. Nonetheless, the Chinese lady was hesitant for me to tap my card even after I asked why was I getting an extra $20 charge. I paid $58 for a pedicure alone. She didn't even scrub my legs to the knee she went like half of my calf. I'm one of those that really don't say anything because I don't like to cause trouble but after this experience, i will start being bitch from now on not that I am ever going to return to this place but still, On top of that the lady gave me a $5 discount card, like no lady I am not coming back. This was my first time here & I don't recommend this place for anyone. read more

This place is an absolutely NO. This might look nice but, don't be fooled by the rocks that they got. Is all a show..... this is worst than a tortilla factory, you are IN and OUT so fast I was like wow! I was done before a tortilla was fully cooked. Any who, I am from Cali and visiting so it might just be that we are a little extra special , but I certainly know what good nails look like, I get my nails done every two weeks on the spot so I know. If you do decide to come here just make sure you let your technician know that you are paying and you want what you want not what they want. I wished I had a better experience but it wasn't. Anyway I hope this helps read more

My FAVORITE nail spot! I've been coming for 7 yrs and plan to continue :) Chi is a wizard and her team is fantastic.

The lady that did my toes said my pedicure was 38$ and she told me forced me to basically get gell because I was gonna get regular nail polish that was white and she told me that it's not gonna look good if it's regular nail polish to get gel and that she would knock off five dollars if I get gel so I did and then it went from $38-$53 when I asked her how much it was and why was it that much the lady that left before was already complaining about how much they were charging her because they didn't tell her beforehand so another customer was already mad so I told her it sounds like a scam because the lady was already mad too, and she started getting really loud yelling in my face. Tell me that scam is a harsh word to use. She was really rude. She told me to get my ass out the chair and leave even though I wasn't paying for my toes my friend was my friend was still sitting in the chair that place is horrible. I've had a few people come up and told me that I should've never went there because they overcharge they are very rude and the lady wanted to record me and call the cops because I was upset and frustrated and I told her damn and she told me not to cuss even though she told me to get my ass up out of the chair. I would not recommend this place. There's very many other places in Lake Worth nail salons that are way better than this do not go here. I don't recommend at all HORRIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE the service was horrible and will never come and the quality was not good either my friend nails they wouldn't finish so made her pay for her nails even though they didn't finish painting them . read more

Their service sucks. They made me feel as if I was less than desired. I was treated like cattle that they moved through going to slaughter and I went twice because I thought maybe the first time was. A bad day, but no, it happened both times and that's two times too many for me. It might've been different if their technique was amazing or that I felt pampered or anything like that, but there wasn't even that good. read more

Day Spa Nails is my regular nail salon and I have never had any issues until I came into the salon on a Saturday to get acrylics. The lady doing my nails was very friendly and did a fantastic job, but when she was removing my previous acrylics she wasn't able to get them completely taken off with the cotton balls and foil, so she added some sort of acid onto my nails which had accidentally gotten onto my finger which caused it to bubble up and burn extremely badly. It has been one day since getting my nails done and the polish from one of my nails has completely torn off. Maybe she didn't cure it long enough I'm not too sure. I will be going back in tomorrow on an already busy day to get that nail redone. read more

Amazing service! I came here on a whim. I really needed a pedicure. I have in grown toenails on both feet and the lady talked me into the $65 pedi package. It came with paraffin wax, stone massage, and a lot of massage emphasis on calves and feet. My legs were dehydrated when i came in and were really itchy mainly dry skin. With this package i believed it helped them. I will definitely be asking for gift cards to this place and bringing my friends!! They offered me a drink. Very clean. Everyone was wearing masks. I think my favorite was the massage. Thank you!! Sincerely A Happy Customer read more

I am beyond disappointed, I've been coming here for about 3 years. I came in yesterday around 4:30 got sat and a guy started removing my old set, but then moved me to another seat and started working on a new customer that came in after me. He started doing her whole set while my nails were soaking for about 30 minutes, he told me to wait 5 minutes while he does the other customers nails but I had gotten there first? That doesn't make sense to me. I told him to just remove my nails and that I will be going somewhere else, he had then told me to wait another 5 minutes but I was already upset and it was already 6. A lady came up to me telling me to come in tomorrow and she'll take care of me, I said no paid my $10 and left. I'm so upset and can not believe I got pushed to the side. I will be taking my time and money somewhere else. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon I have never felt this way in my entire life? I asked him nicely to take off my nails her to please fix them Because I did not like the way they were. The the owner was very rude and very racist saying no ma'am no you don't wanna pay for them at that time I began to get irritated and I told her I will pay for them and how they are and I will leave And she said you look like you don't have the money to pay for them i'm calling the cops. All because Im black The cops came told them my side of the story. They go inside and listen to her side Nobody defends me except for a 14-year-old black girl and her 14-year-old white friend told the cops what she was saying was not true that was being respectful not cussing at her and just wanted my nails fixed. Chi did my nails and she did a stunning job I gave her free reign on what to do and it's like she read my mind she asked me what my favorite color was whether I liked glitter or flowers or what details I liked I wasn't a fan of crystals so she left those off but she added the most amazing dried flowers to my nails and then did An ombre affect with the glitter on my other fingers. They took me in 45 minutes before closing, which gives them a star. But the nails they had to add tips to look very down turned, despite me getting a short length tip. My cuticle was ripped by them, the underside is still jagged and rough, they didnt completely remove the previous polish I had, nor did they clean off the dipping powder that caked against my finger itself. At first glance, they look good, but once you look, they're a mess. read more

I went just to get my nails painted because I thought that would be the one service they could provide reasonably without total dissatisfaction. They are relentless in the up-sell but I don't fault them for that. I decided to go with a "regular paint" French Tip, I asked how much. $25. Oh no, I'm not paying $25 for a French Tip paint job, I'll just go one color then, how much is that? "Oh, you just want "paint"? I thought you wanted Solar, $15". Okay, so $15 for just regular nail polish, French Tip. A day later the polish was coming off. I would have hoped that the polish would have lasted for a few days, nothing unrealistic. Maybe it was the lack of clear coat on top, I don't know. Either way, I will not go back. read more

I had to tell Ye hit doing my pedi that I never got it so, he gave it to me. He did offered me a second glass which they never do. CHI CHI CHI! I gotta say coming from California and been to my fair share of nail salons, I believe Chi is the best nail technician I have ever come across. She made sure that I was well taken care from offering me a margarita to my satisfaction of coffin nails. In Cali, they don't really have too many shops with alcohol so it truly made my experience even better. I got to relax and feel like a queen. I showed her a picture on pinterest and she was able to do it exactly how I wanted it! Chi is super nice and made me feel comfortable. I 100% recommend her and if I am ever in Texas again, I'll make sure to go to her. Y'all are missing out on some BOMB nails if you don't go with her. read more
