Very professional employees. They worked on my manicure and pedicure at the same time and I was in and out within the hour.

This was one of the worst nail appointments I've ever had. I was told there'd be a 15-minute wait, but I waited over an hour before Vincent took me. His attitude was off from the moment I sat down. I told him I wanted a French ombré design--even though my inspo photo wasn't exactly that, I made it clear what I wanted. But the end result had barely any white fade, and when I pointed it out during the service, he just said, "too late now." I also asked to use gel remover instead of soaking off my dip (which is how my usual tech does it with no issue), and he got visibly irritated. He kept complaining it takes too long and used a high-speed drill that actually hurt me multiple times. Every time it hurt, he blamed me for choosing gel remover instead of just slowing down or being careful. For the record, I've never been hurt like that in over a year of getting my nails done. When it was all done, there was still dust and residue all over my nails and cuticles--zero cleanup. I left with sore hands and nails that didn't even come close to what I asked for. Definitely won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend Vincent if you want good service or basic professionalism. read more

I was visiting family while getting these, so this isn't my normal spot. I've gotten gel X done about 5 times now, but I was very confused here. While picking out my colors and length, the lady who did mine was not super clear. And while the nails turned out pretty, and I was surprised how cheap these were, they weren't exactly what I wanted. I have been a regular in this salon for 7 years but, the I had a very upsetting experience at this nail salon. I came in to pay for my mom's service as a birthday treat, and at checkout the staff entered the wrong amount by $3. Instead of simply telling me there was a $3 difference and charging it separately, they chose to process a refund (which takes 3-5 business days) and then immediately try to charge my card again. Because I hadn't been paid yet, the second charge declined -- and instead of calmly explaining the situation, the staff made a huge scene. They loudly said my card was being declined, implied I didn't have money, and even told me I needed to call friends to come up with the money, all in front of a full salon. It was humiliating. At no point did anyone explain that the issue was their mistake or that it was only $3. This could have been handled quietly and professionally, but instead I was put on blast in front of everyone. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters. This was extremely unprofessional, embarrassing, and completely unnecessary. I will not be returning. read more

just the rudest ever. this used to be my regular salon place and one time i decided to get my brows done after my nails (brow wax) and im used to threading and when you get your brows threaded youre supposed to hold the top and bottom yourself to stretch the skin to help the person doing your brows threaded youre easily pluck hairs with the thread anyway so i didnt know you werent supposed to do that while waxing them and by muscle memory i did that and the very rude manager said to me " i know how to do my job don't make it harder" mind you i didnt say anything before or after and they would always be rude when I was getting my nails done but i always ignored it but that just was out of line and they werent like that to the white ladies who would come in just me im a pakistani read more

I came here to chill with my fiancé. I don't typically come to this places nor get manicure/pedicures. I might have tried somewhere else once or twice in my existence. But with the attention and detailing just received here I might become a regular. Idk what's an average cost for these kind of services. So to say that is cheap or expensive would be out of my expertises. One thing is certainly in my opinion. The experience was absolutely worth every penny y'all! My fiancé have try them before. The smells, textures and relaxation are top notch. I always leave feeling great. This time from the moment I sat down in the chair I knew something was different. I was in a different part of the store and the seat was hard as a rock. The service was still top notch, the water was the perfect temp and the technician did a really nice job. However, when I stood up at the end, both my daughter and me, our rear ends were sore. These seats were unlike the ones I had sat in before on the other side of the store. So - if you're at the front desk you want to go to the right side, the ones around to the left in the back are not comfortable. read more

I had been coming here for years on an off. I'd always have good service until today. When I got here I told them exactly what I wanted. A fill with gel French tip. They sat me down and this man was doing my nails. He burned 2 of my fingers with the machine and I told him it hurts and you could clearly see the side of my fingers were red. He started doing the fill and I told him that it was not the same shade and now I have a line where you can see the fill of the shade so much lighter. He said it didn't matter bc I was going to paint my nails purple ?? I had a French tip. They told me the price and I asked why I was paying more than I payed for a full set just for a fill and then his reasoning was because that's what they charge then he did the math and still charged 5 more because I have "long nails". I told him that the girl in the front told me to put this + 20 for a French tip to which he said she doesn't know what she's talking about because she only knows how to answer the phone and book appointments . The French tip was not coming out nice so I asked for the last lady I had last time to do them and the manager ended up doing them for me. I told him I didn't care anymore I just wanted to go home. Do your research before going in, I went in on Friday night made an appointment for 6:15, get there and get my toes done and nails. I later realized the color that I asked for was mixed up or maybe the wrong color I'm not sure. But I called and spoke with Vincent who was very understanding about the situation and told me to come back tomorrow and he'll get me taken care of This is when it went down hill. I'm not sure if I took it the wrong way but I was under the impression of "take care of you" meant we'll fix it seeing as you're not satisfied because it wasn't the right color. I went in and talked to him and showed him my nails and the color I wanted and he agreed it wasn't correct and asked me what color I wanted, I wanted to change it and just do a French tip instead of a whole new color and told him if I needed to I can pay the difference, $42 for a color dip set and $50 for French tips so the difference was going to be $8 dollars. After I get finished with my nails I go up and expecting him to say $8 dollars and he tells me he can do 30% off.... Mind you I paid $74.00 the day before for a pedicure and a full set. So adding $35 dollars was ridiculous but I just paid and left bc I was done with this whole situation. I think maybe on a weekday you might have better luck and if you're really attentive to what they do down to the glueing of your tips then you're golden but overall I'm not satisfied and honestly won't be going back. read more
