Recently I've been going to Ace Nails for my last two sets and they have been amazing! I was given Amy for my first one and also asked for her again the next time I came in. She never disappoints!! She can do amazing french as well as 3D designs that don't fall off. 100% recommend this establishment!!

Had a good experience here with my pedicure. The sign on the door said No Mask No Service which I really appreciated. I took a risk what with Covid but my in grown toenails were killing me and when I do them I literally end up with open wounds. It was clean, the chairs on either side of me were empty. The lady was nice and knew what she was doing. Got my toes done without any blood or real pain. The polish job was good and the pricing was fair on the pedicure though 15 bucks additional for gel was too much and I passed on that. They didn't rush, they paid attention when I said I want my nails as short as possible and afterward just let me pay I my own time ok once my nails were dry and they didn't get pissy when I paid by card (cash tip though).

2 minutes agoNEW A friend of mine was going here today and I hadn't found a nail salon in or around White Settlement where I moved to almost a year ago that I like. So I told her I'd meet her there and try it out. I am SO glad I did!!!! When I called to make the appt., the gentleman was very kind and helpful. When I got there, I was greeted immediately by multiple people who were all so sweet. I showed the tech a photo of what I wanted and she ACED It! I'm very very picky with my nails, I admit it. She was SO good at what she does. I will 1,000% be going there/to her from now on. It was also a nice, quaint facility. The ONLY change I'd recommend is for them to play something different on their 2 tv's. One had 80's rock music videos () and the other was sports. Nail salons are mainly women so they should play maybe Lifetime or Hallmark movies on one and HGTV on the other, or something like that. Otherwise, awesome experience!!

Have been coming here for 20 years. Great staff, outstanding service, and immaculately clean. I rearrange my schedule when I need to in order to have Amy do my fills and pedicures. Family-owned and operated, so everything is always perfect. Great service with any of the team here !! read more

Everyone here is super nice and they seem to have a lot of regulars and knew just about everyone that walked in. I'm in Ft Worth visiting family and called 5 nail salons in the area and ask if they did builder gel since I needed a refill. Ace is the first ones that said they did and it wasn't busy if I wanted to go in at that time. When I walked in I let them know I had called and wanted a builder gel refill. They had me sit down and started on my nails. The nail tech took out the acrylic powder with the liquid and the other nail tech said you want gel right and I said yes builder gel (which I've gotten many times before and know how it works). My tech started applying the acrylic and I asked again, this is builder gel right to which she looked me directly in the eye and said yes. I already knew it wasn't and she still confirmed it was to my face. I let her continue as I'm not THAT picky and didn't want to cause a scene. While my nails turned out ok I'm extremely disappointed that I was told multiple times they did builder gel and what she was applying was builder gel when it in fact was not. It was a layer of acrylic with gel polish. read more

I happened to be on my way to the store when I passed by Ace Nails and decided to pop in--and I'm so glad I did! This unassuming spot turned out to be a hidden gem. The pedicure I received was absolutely amazing--thorough, relaxing, and incredibly well done. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and clean. This nail shop is hard for me to figure out, it feels dismissive, arrogant, friendly, rushed in, and the service feels rushed, which means the customer (me) ain't getting the service that is requested, and they expect to be paid for. Actually, it all depends on the operator, of how the good the care and service turns out. I see regular customers that appear happy, that's good. The owners, especially the husband is where arrogant comes in. I used to have Angle as my regular operator about a year ago, one time she messed up really bad, although she was great, previously, a bad moment was ok. she's no longer there, so hit and miss service at best. April 13th, I went in for a manicure and fill, the male owner, said "no manicure, just fill right"? No, I replied, I want a manicure. The male owner being the operator that performed the service that day. In between answering the phone he proceeded with the fill, I asked when the manicure was going to happen, he said after the fill. Now he's talking Vietnamese with his wife, which felt like it was about the manicure. " I HATE THAT!!!! Okay, I said. He brings a very tiny bowl of warm water for me to soak my fingers, which went cold very fast. There was no solution, Nothing! He started clipping dry skin, from my fingers, I asked about the full manicure, he said I wouldn't be charged, for a manicure, that all I needed was oil on my cuticles, he put oil on them and told me to rub the oil into my cuticles. UH!! He decided what I was to have, and what was best for me. I even did his work by rubbing the oil into my own cuticles. For at least on and off for five years, I've tried to give this establishment a go. After a few good interactions, I thought maybe things would be better, especially since I don't do my nails on an average of six times a year. But, off the rails it goes!!!!! NEVER!!!! EVER!!!! NEVER!!!! AGAIN, WILL I GIVE MY MONEY TO THIS PLACE, AND I GIVE 20 DOLLARS USUALLY IN TIPS!!! THAT DAY LIKE AN IDIOT, I GAVE MR ARROGANT A 5 DOLLAR TIP...AND THIS IS THE TREATMENT I GET. Took my wife to get her nails done. Most places are closed after certain time. We first tried nail pro which is right down the street from Ace Nails. The place closed at 6 and refused to do my wife's nails at 5:15. I'm so glad we didn't give them our money. Hannah at Ace was top notch. The even stayed after to make sure my wife was happy. It's nice to see a place these days that actually wants to make their customers happy. read more

I came in and tried to discretely describe I had a dead toe, and needed a fake toe on my two big toe nails. They did the damn thing!!! They did my nails and toes at the same time and I don't know if they talked about me when I left but they didn't talk about me while I was there and were super nice. I left a $40 tip and I never leave tips. Next rime I'll always bring cash to tip. Side note: when I get coffin nails I usually have to describe I want them thin and flat because I do not like thick nails with humps. I didn't have to say anything or correct them or ask, she just did them her way and I liked my gel nails read more

Don't go to Amy. I've been going here for a few months now & I've always loved my nails & pedicure when leaving the shop. But today im so disappointed. I asked her several times to fix my nails because they were crooked & she seemed to get upset. Her application of the acrylic was so Lumpy. My pedicure is also super lumpy which I've never experienced before at this nail salon before. read more

Went because I saw good reviews but my experience wasn't the greatest. Our pedicures were okay but once the tech started on my nails it was like I was being rushed. I showed them the picture of my nails and it came out so sloppy looking, I even noticed a smudge in the nails and when I mentioned it to the man he said "once I put clear on it will fix". But that wasn't the case, it was still smudged just with clear polish over it. My nails came out looking messy and rushed. Not worth the time or money and I'm not sure how they have such a high rating. Definitely won't be going back. read more

My fingers hurt :( The lady was so rude plus hurt my fingers which are now red. She did my manicure spend 20 seconds massaging each hand. We got there at 6:30 so I didn't think it was too late bur she was super rushed. The guy that charged us wanted me to pay before finishing my nails. Paid $28 for getting my nails removed with another nail (no nail polish remover was used), 40sec massage and 3 coats of nail polish. read more

The employees are so sweet and nice. They make sure that you are taken care of and everything is going well. We went during the pandemic and they made sure everything was clean. They are so funny when you talk to them. They were all wearing mask and if you got a pedicure they made sure that the tub was covered and replaced the lining when there was someone new in the chair. read more

Yay for Christmas inspired toes :) I came here with my girlfriends for pedis and had a blast. There were enough chairs for all of us to sit together. They carry most of the OPI colors which was nice because that made it pretty easy to pick out nail polish colors. I just went along with whatever the girls wanted which was a pedi that included a salt scrub and a hot towel massage. The massage felt great and she was generous with the oils and lotion. The salt scrub came next and it felt invigorating. She then gave me another massage and wrapped my legs in hot towels. Once everything was trimmed and buffed, she applied the polish and Voila! I was done. The chairs are comfortable and I liked how they were the ones with the massage option. It made the experience really enjoyable. All that for $30 which I thought was pretty reasonable. My legs and feet were thoroughly moisturized and massaged and my toe nails looked great. It's a shame I don't live anywhere near here because I would actually consider making a monthly visit :P read more

Everything was going good with my pedicure, until another customer walked in the nail tech who was doing my nails started to rush my pedicure... just FYI I'm okay with coming back and getting my money worth. What I don't like is being rushed bc someone else walks in. NOT MY PROBLEM. Not only that but my massage was cut short to a 2 min massage when I asked her how long it's suppose to be she said 5 mins. Well i got a whopping 2 whole mins... then they ask for a tip. Not a chance! read more

She was so nice, she gave me a nice Leg Massage and Foot Massage. I was totally relaxed and she noticed. Lol I decided to get Christmas Colors of Red and White on my Toe Nails. As my nail tech started on the gel base coat, I actually had to ask, did you already do the manicure and cuticles, etc., because I had dry skin and misshapen nails with jagged edges. She seemed surprised that I asked, but then fixed things, to some extent. The color was fine, and the massage was the usual 30-second massage most places give you with a gel manicure. Overall, worst gel manicure I've received in a long, long time. The gel pedicure was much better than the manicure, though not good enough to make me return to this nail salon. It was pretty empty inside--lots of chairs, but not a lot of clients. It's got an elegant appearance, though. On a positive note, they were able to take me on short notice.

My nails are way too thick, badly shaped, and just overall terrible in appearance. During the process, the dip powder started to bubble, and instead of fixing it, she blamed me--saying I messed them up, even though I hadn't touched anything. While filing, every time I flinched or pulled back because it hurt, she kept saying I was "scared." No, lady, you were hurting me! She even laughed and told me not to look, but how could I not when she was doing such a terrible job? To top it off, the designs are awful. My fingers literally look like candy corn. My 5 year old daughter got her first pedicure ever and they kept getting upset with her that it tickled her feet. My cousin only got a clear toe when she also asked for French tip. They wanted to charge $190 for their mediocre service and unwelcoming behavior. We were held hostage until police arrived because I refused to pay by card. I still paid $120 for their service because I'm kind enough to do so. My family and I will never go here again and neither should you!!

The guy who did them didn't wash his hands after he smoked a cigarette and got down to do my nails. The cuticles weren't trimmed. I asked for white white with white shimmer. The white isn't super white and it has colorful glitter instead. The nail that broke wasn't filed down at all, he just added a tip to it. There's black fuzz from the brushes they use to dust off, it's obvious when nails are white and black fuzz. He used four layers so they're pretty thick, usually 3 are used? And they're all a little uneven. He was a great conversationalist but I'm pretty sure I won't be going back, it was mediocre at the very least.

I have been going to Kelly for 5 years and she is truly one of the best nail tech's I've ever been to. She completely transformed what used to be short stubby nails to beautiful nails with natural length (I don't get tips!)
