After the death of my grandfather I decided to try and relax and get my nails done. This nail salon made my family and I's day worse than it already was. After telling them I wanted white French tip toes multiple times they painted my toes in a cloudy clear white. I told them politely that it was not what I asked for. And that I would just like to leave because my infant began to cry. She would not let me leave the chair to get my daughter a bottle and insisted on fixing my toes. She began to painfully scrape of the polish and at that point I let her finish a basic pedicure with French tip gel. My 5 year old daughter got her first pedicure ever and they kept getting upset with her that it tickled her feet. My cousin only got a clear toe when she also asked for French tip. They wanted to charge $190 for their mediocre service and unwelcoming behavior. We were held hostage until police arrived because I refused to pay by card. I still paid $120 for their service because I'm kind enough to do so. My family and I will never go here again and neither should you!! read more

Second time here, the first time was ok, my nails were great and pedi was decent and eyebrows had a little scabbing, probably cuz I haven't had them done in months. Went yesterday to get a new dip set, my nail had broken that morning also, so I wanted a replacement tip. The guy who did them didn't wash his hands after he smoked a cigarette and got down to do my nails. The cuticles weren't trimmed. I asked for white white with white shimmer. The white isn't super white and it has colorful glitter instead. The nail that broke wasn't filed down at all, he just added a tip to it. There's black fuzz from the brushes they use to dust off, it's obvious when nails are white and black fuzz. He used four layers so they're pretty thick, usually 3 are used? And they're all a little uneven. He was a great conversationalist but I'm pretty sure I won't be going back, it was mediocre at the very least. read more

Please do not go to this salon. The woman who did my nails made very inappropriate racial comments saying that she doesn't like doing black ladies nails bc they want their nails too long and are too loud. Very inappropriate. The woman cut my skin 3x while trimming my cuticles so I pulled back each time to which she said "you're too sensitive." A big Nascar race was loudly playing on every TV so I asked if they had HGTV, food network, or anything a little more quiet to put on the TV near me and the woman laughed at me and said no. The bathroom was very unclean and the toilet seat was up with pee all around the ground. Also, the picture includes what I asked for (122) and what actually ended up on my hand. The woman admitted that sometimes she puts the stickers on the wrong bottles. It cost $35 for a gel manicure and the glue was all over my fingers when I walked out. The man handed me a Diet Coke in the same hand he was holding a handful of cigarettes and goes "here girl" for me to grab it from him. I really loved this place. Really homey feel, but classy too. The woman who did my nails was Vietnamese and spoke English pretty well! She talked to me for majority of the time which was pleasant instead of feeling they are talking about you in their language. They have decent prices and I was pleased with how everything ended up. Jimmy is the best nail technician I've ever met. My nails are tiny, and it's very hard to put pretty nails on them due to my nail biting. However since I was 15 (I'm 24 now) he has exceeded my expectations and makes me feel like a lady when I walk out of the salon. Every person here is friendly and makes sure that you walk out happier than you walk in. I'm so grateful for this nail salon and refuse to give my business to anyone else in Fort Worth. My boyfriend brought me here for Valentine's Day as a surprise I got pedicure, acrylic dip and eyebrow wax. He won't tell me how much he paid but my nails are literally falling off like they were the glue ons you buy from the store. It's only been 8 days and 2 nails have fallen off and there's no glue left on my actual nails or the fake nails. Kathy did pedicure and eyebrows and she was decent but if you don't live close by it's not worth the drive and if you do live by it I'm positive there's better options near by. I will never patronize this establishment ever again....I DID NOT receive the service I asked for, which was a full set and coffin shaped nails..I got a pedicure as well and that was fine... After the pedicure they switched me to another lady for my nails. The first lady who started me burned me SEVERAL TIMES with the drill and had the acrylic laying over my cuticle on both sides making my nails extremely wide and sloppy. After realizing she couldn't correct the mistakes she started to talk in their language(which is extremely unprofessional) and eventually passed me off to the gentleman in the first chair when you first walk in. He proceeded to correct the issues and he couldn't even get it right. There is no end point from my cuticle to where ny nails begin. It all runs together, making the polish look unprofessional....I work very close to this nail salon and I'd rather drive another 30-45 minutes to somewhere else that does quality work before I give them another dime. He offered for me to come back when I need a fill so that they could grow out and he could reshape them and after I told him I'd never come back he started to talk in their language again. I told him there is no way he could think this was a professional job and he offered me a measly $5 off of an $80 bill....What?? I paid it and I WILL NEVER RETURN. You've been warned!!! I was so happy to find this place in the Hulen area after looking for a new salon for a while. Staff was friendly and really nice. Ambiance was serene. My fiance and I came for pedicures, he got the Cappuccino pedi and I got the lavender, we both spent the extra $5 for the paraffin wax treatment and were very pleased. Bad service, bad quality. Got shellac. Pastel color. Nails were incredibly streaky because she rushed. Shellac was stuck to my skin and my nails looks like she just dipped them in nail polish and dried them that way. Ridiculous. When I tried to tell her I was not happy she basically ignored me. I had to ask her to file my nails at the very end because where she painted the shellac was JAGGED and would scratch me. Very annoyed and unsatisfied. Is this being run under different management now? I used to come here all the time and swore by this salon. They were closed for renovations for a while so I was excited to come back when they opened back up. I wanted a basic gel pedicure and a dip manicure (with my natural nail, no fake tips.) While she was getting the water ready for my pedicure, after I told her I wanted a Basic Pedi ($25) she kept insisting I get the $32 pedicure. After telling her no several times she started working on my toes. When I asked for Gel she said it would be "$10 extra for gel" so it would cost $45. Last time I checked $25+$10 was $35... I told her I would just get regular polish in that case and she rolled her eyes and went to get a regular polish. she brought back a color that looked nothing like the gel color I picked and said "this is the closest we have" I said that is fine. She did not do a quality job on my toes. She didn't even keep the polish on my nails, I think my 5 year old daughter could have done a better job. I still chose not to complain. After my toes were finished, I was waiting in the pedicure chair to get my nails done. They asked what I wanted and I explained I just wanted the dip ombré French nail- no fake tips. The lady said "oh ombré is an extra $15 dollars. That will be $45" I told her that it was fine, I would like to pay for my toes and leave. Why should I pay that much when A. They did a horrible job on my toes. B. They were extremely rude and C. They charge an "extra $15" for anything little thing they can. I wouldn't mind paying more than that if they had good customer service and if the quality of their work was good. Afterwards I had to go to a different salon for them to redo my toes, they gave me a gel pedicure for $35 and an ombré French manicure (with no fake tips) for $30- and the quality was amazing. What a shame how this place isn't what it used to be. I will not be going back. read more
