I went in to get my feet and nails done. I am pregnant and was extremely uncomfortable having to maneuver back-and-forth with my hands on the chair ..meant for your feet to get done feet.. and continue to sit in the chair long after my feet were done... for two and half hours. Application of my nails was so bad I got gel X and the gel went past the nail into my cuticles,was very mess application. Another client came into the store and tapped on the techs should requesting for them to fix a nail. In which the techs said they were almost finished and rushed through my design process. I asked and paid high dollar for a design in which it was very poorly done and messy as well. So much so that the nail polish built up at the bottom of my nails making them way thicker than intended to be. Nail polish and glitter was smeared all over the nail. Overall I spent $180 and ended up having to go to another location to get my nails fixed afterwards for an additional $100, because they were so horrible. I would not recommend this location. I am very disappointed with the time and money wasted. read more

So sad. I normally like this place as my secondary salon when I don't want to drive to Keller to see my normal lady. I went in today and showed the lady what I wanted. She cut my nails too short and then we didn't have the space to do the design I wanted. So I had to pick a back up and she didn't even do that right. Couldn't do any snowflake design and overall I left disappointed. I got nothing I wanted. She burnt me with the drill at least 4 times and every time I jumped said nothing. No apologies, NOTHING. I've been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for the last 5yrs and this was the most ignored I've felt. I would have rather she tell me she couldn't do something or have me wait to get me with someone who could. read more

We both got the signature pedicure and WOW, Mike & Tammy provided us with the best experience. It was beyond relaxing! The treatment was absolutely off the charts, and the massage was pure heaven. Phillip was my nail tech i believe. my fingers look like I've had them for 2 weeks and I left with dust in my cuticles. there was no manicure. the color and the finish are beautiful but? it feels half done. and I was there just this morning. the massage on my feet was ok and the hot stone was nice. the woman who worked on my feet was kind. she did a wonderful job on my toes. but the gentleman who did my fingers today? this is not a great experience for a manicure. So I'm new to this area of Fort Worth and much like everyone else, I'm on the dreaded hunt to finding a nail place that I like (all over again - heavy sighs) I've already tried one place and hated it, gave this one a shot and likely will never go back. When I walked in, I was greeted and asked what I wanted, told them dip nails and a gel pedicure - however, I was never given anything to see what kind of pedicure types, pricing or services they have, or even know what colors they have. I was told to sit and give them a minute to seat me, which was fast. Once I sat down the chair was broken so I had to move to the next seat, which is fine - I don't care about things like that, I'm more focused on how the service will go and end results of my nails. So the 2 gentleman that helped me were nice. Not very talkative, which is fine for me. I only received a very basic pedicure, no wax, no foot grater (which is VERY important to me when getting a pedi), no long massage, nothing in the water. I wasn't even asked what kind I wanted. Which is extremely disappointing. The pedicure ended up being done ok. Not complaining about that - I just work extremely hard to get such a subpar pedicure that I've been looking forward to for weeks and not to mention I DO have psoriasis. I NEED it. For the nails on my hands, the gentleman was kind and gentle, I got white as you can see (usually get a basic French tip, but wanted something else from my usual rotation of colors that I do) - BUT the dip he used wasn't white enough. Either that or he didn't place enough layers on my nails, you could still see somewhat through them. I said these are like milky white and he said "no, these are white" - I told him I wanted them to match my toes and be a STARK white. That's literally the whole point. lol. So we had to place gel ON TOP of the dip for them to be bright enough...something I've never had to do anywhere else. I also had residue left on my hands from when he used acetone to take off my prior nails. I was told to wash my hands, but saw no station to do that nor was I guided to anything. So I placed lotion on my hands and waited to get home to wash them (as you can see in the photos). I also kindly voiced to the gentleman that I wasn't happy about the pedicure, every one else is getting the works and I got sat down, not even asked what kind I'd like and received the bare minimum - didn't even help me to pull my pant leg down or grab my shoes. He gave me 20% off the pedicure and said he would talk to the staff about that. In all the total was $85 with the discount and I STILL tipped like $8. Again, likely won't be back. The nail's themselves aren't too bad ...just disappointed by the experience itself. read more

Absolutely horrible experience, I will never be coming back here. I have never in my life gone to a nail salon with such poor customer service ever. When I walked in, I wasn't even greeted immediately. It was just what do you want done. I wasn't offered any water. I wasn't asked any questions really just what do you want? Do you have a picture of what you want, the man doing my nails had a horrible attitude, he seemed so bothered so irritated he continuously rolled his eyes, was sighing exasperatedly. The lady doing my pedicure was being rushed, whilst the man took out his phone to talk on the phone two or three times. Overall, the atmosphere was horrible, and I did notice that when other customers were walking in, (who were white) They were greeted a lot differently than I was. I will never be coming back here. 7 yrs ago I was new to the area and looking for a nail salon to call home. I quickly found Nail Pro and have been a monthly customer there ever since. I always sit by the nicest customers and honestly have the best conversations. The staff is of course great too! When out and about and asked where I go I'm usually reluctant to mention the wonderful Kaylee because I know she will now be booked up forever but honestly her technique is amazing! They of course take walk-ins but I would suggest calling ahead even if it's the day of to make sure your time works. read more

The entire service felt incomplete and perfunctory -- certainly not worth the price. About halfway through, the tech got up and disappeared for more than 10 minutes without explanation, leaving me unattended in the chair. Then saw she was attending another customer. The service resumed only when she returned. I got a basic water bottle offer at check-in--whereas the white customer seated immediately beside me was offered wine, received more massage time, and was engaged in friendly conversation by staff. I couldn't help but feel I was being treated differently because of my race. Overall experience I had hoped for a relaxing and indulgent pedicure experience--especially at an $85 price point--but this felt anything but pampering. Added pics of fresh nails (almond) and grown out nails for proof that they last forever. I was visiting a friend in Ft. Worth and we decided to get our nails done. She frequents this place and we definitely got a "regular" treatment/vibe from the second we walked in, which was cool! They have TONS of dip, gel and regular polish colors... took me almost my whole appointment to pick one! I was very happy with my color at the end. It was clean and the staff was friendly (although my guy wasn't very talkative and seemed a little annoyed at my indecisiveness).They offer you beverages... water, soda, wine... you name it, they have options for your visit, which is always a nice perk. I didn't see a service menu so not sure what the costs are for anything other than a get manicure ($30), which isn't bad but unfortunately one of my nails started peeling up. I've never had that happen and was VERY disappointed. Hoping when I stop by tomorrow that they have a fix for the issue, if not looks like I'm going to have to get some nail glue and play nail technician myself. It seems like it's a hit or miss... always a hit for my friend (which is great), but definitely a miss for me and a few others on yelp. My mother grandmother and I went here because they got a gift card for Mother's Day and My mother and Grandmother got a facial done, a week later my Grandmothers face is SCRATCHED UP and bruised because of how hard the lady was scratching her face. Then my grandmother decided to get her nails done and the freaking lady acted like she didn't even want to do it, she left nail polish all over her nail bed like she didn't even clean around the nails after polishing. I had my toes done and I wanted french tip and the lady kept saying my toe nails was too short and demanded I get just white on my toes. At the end they kept asking for a tip! It was my first time here. It's close to work so i thought I'd give them a try. My nail tech was Ann. I explained to her that my nails are thick and wide and I can't seem to find someone who can make them look not so thick. I told her i normally got powder dipped nails but they would always turn out very bulky. She understood my concern and found a solution... Acrylic! Although most people think they are more "fragile" for me it's not the case. It's been a few days since I've gotten them done and i love it!! will definitely be returning here! read more

Be friendly!; 2) techs should talk to their customers and not on their phones or among themselves in their native language, it feels rude to customers; 3) I'm a long time PT. There's very little muscle in the front of the shin, should massage the calf in the gastroc area and bottom of foot, especially the longitudinal arch and 4) stay off their phone! This is the first time that I go to nail pro and I will not be back. When I came in I was rushed to a chair before I could really explain what I wanted. Eventually a lady came and I told her a wanted a manicure and polish. Throughout the whole manicure she was super rough and just seemed to be rushing. Everyone else was being asked if they wanted something to drink (wine, soda, water, etc.) I was the only one not asked. When she did my polish she kept touching the other nails that were not dry yet. Due to this, the nails ended up looking horrible. The pictures I posted with this review were taken in my car right after I came out of the nail salon. Disregarding how bad my nails were and how I was treated, I still left a tip and wasn't even thanked when I left. All together it was just horrible customer service. read more

Very affordable and every person there is well trained and courteous. This is the only place my mom and I ever go! We usually get the $25 pedi special, and it lasts 2 to 3 weeks. Here is hit or miss. I had great service once and awful service another. You can usually tell when someone is going to do an awful rushed job just before you sit down. I ignored my instincts on my second visit. All my nails were cut irregular and I thought, well it's more work but she can fix them with the file. She doesn't, I ask her to touch them up two more times...she really didn't care what she was doing. I ask for the file and fix my own nails. If I wanted to do that I would ave done my nails at home. She didn't charge me much but still, it was a disappointing experience for what is normally a simple and swift service. read more

This place came highly recommended so i went. Im new to the area and i was looking for a new nail place. Went in for a pedi. Sat down and they had me soaking in water for 20 minutes before anyone even paid me any attention. By that time the water was freezing. I finally get a guy who at first seemed friendly but thani noticed he kept pointing at my feet with the other nail tech next to him, laughing. I remarked to him that i havent gotten a ped in a few weeks. He than turned to the guy working next to him and continued what i believe was talking shit about me in his language. It was blatantly obvious. I paid 45 dollars for a 60 min pedi that he ruahed through. The massage i was suppose tl get was half assed because he was too busy watching the cowboys game instead. This is all while they are having a very loud bavk and forth convo amongst themselves. Not relaxing by any means. He painted my nails horribly. So bad in fact, when i got home i removed the nailpolish. It was all over the side of my toes. He also took too much skin off the bpttom of my feet and im really feeling it tonight. Im 31, and never had such an uncomfortable encounter at a nail salon ever.
