From the get go, Holly was rushed, dismissive, argumentative and just plain rude. I requested very short almond-shaped nails, which I've worn for years, but she repeatedly complained via little comments throughout the appointment that they were too short. In addition to this, she criticized the color I chose, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. At multiple points, I felt like I was being talked badly about to my face rather than treated with basic respect as a customer. What makes this especially disappointing is that I've had lovely experiences at Venus for years. The nails themselves look so good, but a beautiful set of nails doesn't make up for being treated unkindly. After so long as a customer, I expect basic courtesy at the very least, and unfortunately today's appointment fell far below that standard.
