I had two girls doing me one's name was Cindy and the other one I don't know. I just have a photo she was awful. She kept going back to her boss asking should I charge her this should I charge her that it was all about the money she come back and tell me gel nails would be $54 which I only pay 42 where I go in Fort Worth. I was OK with that but then she kept wanting to add on more stuff and kept getting up to ask her boss and then her boss would come over and tell me how much it was language barrier. I have never had such a rude mean person. She kept grabbing my hands, shoving them down, was so rude to me. It was awful everything she wanted was more money piled onto what I was getting. I had never been so frustrated in my whole life most places have set prices. This woman treated me so bad. I went out and cried when I left. I am retired on a fixed income, and I have never been treated so poorly. She was mean to Me and talked about me constantly to another worker and then a customer came to me and said this is what they're saying about you. I can understand their language very hurtful very frustrated. The little lady that owns it. I love her. I did not want to tell her what was going on because I felt like the whole crew was part of the deal although I don't think she really knew what was going on her sister did an also said mean stuff in there language.they were constantly talking about me in their language and that should not be permitted and charging me higher prices because they thought I had money never will I ever go back there again they come to our country. I would have never said this before and they just think that we're made out of money and we are broke broker than we've ever been in America and all these people keep doing is handouts wanting money charging us a ridiculous prices and then talking about us in their own language it's unacceptable. They should be shut down. If I would've told the owner they would've just talked about me again. It would have done no good. I've seen how they work I go to another place in Fort Worth. They don't treat you like this. They treat you good and you know what you're getting when you go. Your prices don't change is like when you walk in the door they see how much money they can get out of you and that's not cool it gave me such anxiety which I never get that made me. When a place is this good, it will always be busy and although they do accept walk-ins and they do their best to fit you in, you still have to accept the fact that walk-ins means you will be seen by the next available tech which can be a 30 or more min wait. My most favorite pedi person will always be Peter and my newest and most ultimate mani/nails favorite person is Alex. Which I consider both my friends now lol that's how much I enjoy their company and their services. I would never recommend services unless i truly believe they are great myself.

His attitude was off from the moment I sat down. I told him I wanted a French ombré design--even though my inspo photo wasn't exactly that, I made it clear what I wanted. But the end result had barely any white fade, and when I pointed it out during the service, he just said, "too late now." I also asked to use gel remover instead of soaking off my dip (which is how my usual tech does it with no issue), and he got visibly irritated. He kept complaining it takes too long and used a high-speed drill that actually hurt me multiple times. Every time it hurt, he blamed me for choosing gel remover instead of just slowing down or being careful. For the record, I've never been hurt like that in over a year of getting my nails done. When it was all done, there was still dust and residue all over my nails and cuticles--zero cleanup. I left with sore hands and nails that didn't even come close to what I asked for. Definitely won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend Vincent if you want good service or basic professionalism.

Before, you would have to sign in at the Clipboard. A petite Vitnamese woman, who spoke hardly any English, did my Pedicure. She rocked a beautiful Green Christmas Pedicure. She was so nice, she gave me a nice Leg Massage and Foot Massage. I was totally relaxed and she noticed. Lol I decided to get Christmas Colors of Red and White on my Toe Nails. When I told the Nail Tech what I wanted, she seemed confused but she got it right. I was pleased with the result. They also have nice Christmas Decor. See my Pictures. I noticed, when I was heading out, the Kiosk was ready for me to check out. That was a nice gesture. I also got clarification on the Stamp Card. As my nail tech started on the gel base coat, I actually had to ask, did you already do the manicure and cuticles, etc., because I had dry skin and misshapen nails with jagged edges. She seemed surprised that I asked, but then fixed things, to some extent. The color was fine, and the massage was the usual 30-second massage most places give you with a gel manicure. Overall, worst gel manicure I've received in a long, long time. The gel pedicure was much better than the manicure, though not good enough to make me return to this nail salon. It was pretty empty inside--lots of chairs, but not a lot of clients. It's got an elegant appearance, though. On a positive note, they were able to take me on short notice.
