It is really easy to do over the phone. Once you arrive, you check in at the front desk. I've never had to wait for my service, which is great! Both techs that I've had did a good job. They were efficient and quick, but still detail oriented, which I love as I don't want to sit in the salon for hours. My first gel mani started to chip a little after a week, but my second one is still going strong. This location is super clean, very modern, and everyone is nice, so this will be my go-to salon for a while!

I have only had one lady who truly did an exceptional job (but I can't remember her name!) no one really compares to her work though. She did Cateye nails for me and PERFECTLY nailed the execution. Since then, I've had less success with my nail techs which makes me reluctant to go back since it's more of a gamble for results In happy will.
