This place likes to over charge you and talk down on you when you check in and during your services. Can't even relax when you understand all their negative remarks about you and other customers. Unprofessional to contact me personally through Facebook stating that I got the wrong location and that their employees don't talk down on customers. No, I did not get the wrong location. Also, I speak, understand, write in Vietnamese. This negative review is not even on a one time experience at your locations, I've been there a couple times and only continued to go because of the convinces of the location. Instead of denying the accusations an apology would of been better and that you would work on your customer service skills. $50 for a basic, single color, on natural nail. read more

The service here isn't too pampering and that is what I really go into a nail salon for. This one lacks that hospitality and genuiene kindness. They seem to be more concerned with the shows and happenings in their world verses the customer and their tips. I only made a mad dash into Legacy because I happen to see them while in Starbucks and I thought I would save time by going here but I was wrong, never again... Update: Went back to give them another try since last visit. Amazingly I was pleased with this visit. The tech did a very good pedicure/manicure with design all for $35, even throwing in a neck/shoulder massage. She was very polite, offered many options of add-ons to my services along with a complimentary ice cold drink. For what I paid and the service that she provided I will be coming back again as long as she's there...:() read more

Building is a little hidden but its a gem! I got SNS dip nude color with gold glitter and its called ombré which is more expensive than just normal sns one color. I wish i would've known that before. This has got to be the WORST pedicure I have ever received. The nail techs were unpleasant. The "new" massage chairs didn't work (well it worked on the lower back area only). And most of all the pedicure was horrible. When I left out of the door, I had pedi scrub left on my legs with a unnecessarily thick layer of oil slathered to my knees. I came back and ask them the wipe my legs down and she handed me a towel and said they would have to charge me to do it. No water, wine, juice nothing. If you want to to go to a quality nail salon, this is not it! Ivee had better luck on Lancaster (and we all know Lancaster is risqué) Save your bucks and try a salon a few blocks down! read more

Sometimes you find the little diamond in the rough when you're not looking for it. This little salon is hidden and doesn't look like much but I couldn't have asked for better technicians. These ladies are wonderful and definitely went above and beyond to make this experience special, and this was before they found out it was my birthday. I will be back. Been going to Legacy since the tech I use was working in the Walmart location across the parking lot. She was great until - she cut me while clipping my toe nail and without so much as an apology, continued on with the pedicure while periodically blotting the blood on a cotton ball. A couple of months later, she ruined a pair of sandals trying to force then on my feet instead of asking for my assistance. The back elastic at the ankle was so stretched out, I walked out of the shoe. Again, no apology. Finally, I always called at 9:40am on Monday to schedule a 9:00 Saturday appt. Gal took all info and repeated it back to me including my phone number. Got in there at 8:55 Sat. morning to be told, "you have no appt. another lady have your appt. You can wait." I replied, "but I won't!" and walked out. Three strikes and you're out! read more

Hands down the worst manicure I've had. Dishonest and crummy work. I had shellac on my nails, which other salons usually just soak off for 4-5 mins, then scrape off. My technician barely dipped my fingers in remover, then pulled out the acrylic drill to sand off all my shellac! I told her other salons have never done that, and I didn't want to damage my nails. But she insisted on doing it this way and took off layers of my real nails! While filing my nails she made awkward small talk and asked me FOUR TIMES if I wanted a pedicure. I explained the first time that I literally had one two days ago, yet she proceeded to ask three more times. She shaped my nails poorly and spent hardly any time on the massage. When painting my nails, the french tip white she used is almost see through. She painted a black piece of fuzz into the tip and was reluctant to even fix it when i pointed it out! One of the heat lamps my hand was under had two bulbs out so it was not even curing the polish the same as the other hand! Worst of all, I had called prior to coming in to see how much a shellac manicure was and was told "$15 for just shellac color, $20 for shellac color and manicure, and $25 if you get french tips". When I went to check out with my sticky, dull nails, I was charged $35!! I protested and they just lied to my face and said "no that's for toe nail polish". I will not be going back. If you're looking for a quality shellac manicure, check out Cool Nails at 9324 Clifford Street. Kind of far, but Tracy is very nice and does a great job. $20 for shellac manicure. read more

OK so I had originally gone here once and gave it a negative review because they jacked the price up on the quality was not very good. I tried a few other salons and decided to give this one a second chance since it's five minutes from my work. Initially I was very happy it was fast it looked like it was good and I left happy. However after only a couple days my expensive gel manicure began to Chip and peel and crack. Most places the manicure would last up to three weeks and I only went to get it changed after my nails grow too long. I had only had this for a few days when it became so bad that I wanted to get it done again but since my nails hadn't grown it would've been a waste of money. So now I'm left with a horrible manicure and I can't fix it for a couple weeks until my nails girl long enough because I'm not going to waste $30 somewhere else. I should have gone with my gut and just gone somewhere else like literally anywhere else. I took down the bad review thinking that maybe I was being too hard on them but I am so furious with how bad this is gone. If I can post a picture I will it will be the blue painted nails. read more
