She cut my nails too short and then we didn't have the space to do the design I wanted. So I had to pick a back up and she didn't even do that right. Couldn't do any snowflake design and overall I left disappointed. I got nothing I wanted. She burnt me with the drill at least 4 times and every time I jumped said nothing. No apologies, NOTHING. I've been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for the last 5yrs and this was the most ignored I've felt. It's always clean and neat and the service here is amazing. You are greeted at the door by the two young ladies who are always in a great mood and super smiling and happy all the time. We were religiously schedule every two weeks with the same nail tech all the time. There have been times where our nail techs are out and we have other people that can work on our feet. That are just as amazing as our normal techs. Everyone who is around there Mexico welcome and not just like a place where we come get our feet done but more like FAMILY. We normally talk about our days our week or our plans with our family and trips and what not when we're with our techs. They also provide you with a free drink while you're getting your services done and each person makes you feel welcome and personable. I would just like to say thank you all for the amazing time when I come not only do I feel relaxed, but I feel like a small getaway from and every day chaotic life. The prices are affordable, the staff is super friendly, and the nails are better than anything you can find. I work as a cashier and I'm pretty hard on my nails but these did not budge. Towards the end, however, they began to start cracking but it was only on the edges and I extended the wait time until my next appointment.
