Okay so I'm kinda torn. On one hand I wanted to give them 4 stars cause I always get a fine job done here... but the truth is it's kind of mediocre. The pedicure itself is good for the price. They do hot stones and wax and everything. But it's always kind of hot in here and it's not your typical "posh" spot. As a mother of three I did not want to take time out my day and spend $100 on myself that last maybe two weeks when that money could go towards my kids. Every mom has had this guilty conscience..anyway my husband wanted it for me so it was supposed to be an escape and enjoyment. Anyone who knows me knows I don't pamper myself like that. It was far from that experience. First off they understand English but talk in their native language around customers which is disturbing me because for all I know you could be speaking negatively about me for no reason. I own my own business and know how to deal with customers but the older lady with short black hair who did my nails made a mistake about the price of my feet which was $28 and she thought it was $33. I ended up getting both my hands and feet done. My hands was $35. I told the women who did my feet I wanted basic the least expensive but like they always do they like to upcharge you and offer other things when you say no. I stuck with the $28 and the other lady wrote it down. The older women proceeded to yell and scream at me accusing me of lying about the service I asked and started talking in her native language to another coworker accusing me of trying to steal money! I was very kind to them and never raised my voice or disrespected them until she realized I did order the $28 and not $33 once she looked at their log order. It was plain as day what I ordered and then she stopped giving me eye contact and said okay $28 fine like nothing happened. They both got quiet and just wanted me to sign the receipt without her apologizing for how I was treated! She acted like an insane person pointing her fingers screaming at the top of lungs over $5. I asked her if she was going to apologize to me and she kept ignoring me and wanted to forget what had transpired. It's already a language barrier and I told her it could have been easily a miscommunication of what I ordered and I assure you I didn't want to spend more than basic however I will pay the $5 difference since it's such a issue to yell and curse me out over your mistake! She didn't apologize until after I went off on her how she mistreated me for about 5 minutes then she says sorry! She literally treated me like an animal! Never gave me a chance to speak..it was so inhumane of her! I don't know if she was racist or biased or something of people of color but you need to understand your customers are keeping you in business especially people of color! I will not be mistreated in any way or disrespected! You don't know what people are dealing with in their personal lives and people come there to breathe. I am so angry and hurt how this was handled and I don't recommend anyone come to this business and spend your money here! The last time I had went to a nail shop been over 6 months! This lady should be fired for her actions! I shouldn't have paid the service for how I was treated but because I am a decent person I would not do that. Do not do business with this company. Spend your money elsewhere where they care about their customers and to think I was going to start coming every two weeks just for an escape. You let $5 lose you out on a potential regular client. Stupidity smh As you can see the quality of my nails is not worth $63 and I asked for dark pink on my French tip and she gave me clear light pink even after I showed her a picture of what I wanted. read more

I honestly don't like to leave bad reviews but this has been the worst nail salon I've been to , I came to get a pedicure , I was not happy with the results plus the lady that did my pedicure burnt my foot with hot water , she didn't even tested the water temperature. And this didn't just happen to me , the lady next to me also got burnt with hot water just minutes after I did .so many things that it's just wrong honestly. Blehhhh Worst nail experience I've ever had. 3 different people worked on me... Everything was solo unprofessional. They redid my nails probably 4 times and I was in there for 2 & 1/2 hours if not 3... They said that's how long it will normally take for the dipped nail I chose.. I've been to 2 other places that did the same thing in 30/40 min. Also my nails are lumpy lol. That is all... Worst business ever at an establishment. The workers are rude and made a mistake on the price for service and accused my wife of lying and argued with her until another employee showed the receipt of what I paid for. The whole team of employees treated my wife like she was an animal and gave me no respect. I own my own business and would never treat a customer like this. Awful. Hour and half pedicure for so-so results. My nail tech seemed like it was her first day. I ordered the lavender pedicure which was supposed to come with a cuticle trim and massage but the cuticle trim was such a mediocre job. I don't like to cramp my nail techs with micromanaging but I felt like I really had to today. The nails weren't shaped congruently by the end and she caught an attitude when I pointed it out. Like I was inconveniencing HER for HER messed up "work". I was going to get a full dip set mani too but I couldn't bear another hour of her continually doing a half-assed job. I figured I'd give this place a try because they had decent reviews and were close to where I lived. I went in and got the Sunkist pedicure. It was mediocre at best. The lady picked my foot up out of the water and then tried to pull up the pant legs after her hands were already wet. She end up getting my pants wet. When filing the top part of my toe nails, she barley used the buffer on them. The foot scrubber looked like it was time for it to be replaced. She scrubbed my legs more so than my feet. She didn't dry my legs before the paraffin wax was put on and then applied the lotion. So when she went to put the polish on, my toes and legs were still wet and I had to ask her to dry them off. I'd say the best part about the pedicure was the polish being applied, even though my toes weren't evenly filled. I think if she had more training on pedicures she'd do better. I don't feel I got my $35 worth and that the pedicure wasn't worth it. So my two stars is for her basic professionalism and her effort to try. read more

This is the best Salon in the DFW area. Everyone is very nice. I was greeted once my foot crossed the threshold. I was accompanying my girlfriend, and was offered a massage, egg rolls and beverages.
