I have gone before and had Amber- Amber was amazing and so gentle and did a beautiful job. I returned and requested Amber but she was off that day so I just took someone else. The person who did my nails was so rough with my nails and caused multiple nails to bleed. The shape is iffy and length is not the same as I requested. He was very kind but my hands hurt and I'm not a fan of how they look. I would come back for Amber but nobody else. Loved the dog. read more

I just got a manicure, and added on gel nails but I asked for french tip on them and they look terrible. If you go in make sure you ask for anyone else other than the two younger boys to do anything to your toenails. I usually get great service from this place, but today was absolutely not the day. My toenails are already peeling (Mind you I just walked out of the salon and was in there for 2 hrs) for about an hour and a half the boy was trying to do a simple french tip nail. My nails are crooked and dull. My toenails are cut way to short and hurt from him filing my skin. The paint job is terrible and I waited way to long for crap. read more

This was my first time going to Aledo nails on August 9th . I called before I arrived stating I wanted a structure manicure and gel pedicure and he said they were available to do my nails now . When I arrived the wait was pretty long. when I finally got serviced an older lady that works their started doing my nails I asked her to use buffer instead of drill bid on my nails due to me not having any previous nails on. ounce she applied builder gel and started to shape the nails she was very rough around the edges and told me she would go softer as I gave her another chance she continued to be rough and I felt like she was cutting me so I took my hand away before she continued and she tried snatching it back and I told her don't snatch my hand because I had already told her she was being rough. I really needed my nails done that day for my daughters 1st birthday party so I just let her continue. in picture below is my manicure today and it's already lifting and I paid 140 in total for feet and nails . Also in picture is my pedicure that she rushed on and here is the evidence is only been 6 days and 5 of my gel toe nails have come completely off. I've never experience a pedicure gel come off so quickly usually when I go to my originally place it last for 2 months + . this was unacceptable and I also tipped as well. the older lady does not need to be doing nails or toes and you all need to hire more experienced service men and women who know what there doing . I want to come up there and have it redone but if this is the turn out o received as first time customer why would I want a second redue of a disaster . the only thing I would say was outstanding was John and his massage technique during pedicure. I got my nails done here and I regret I was crying and on top of that I was bleeding and they were putting products on where I was bleeding and did a very sloppy job had to do 2 redos and the toe polish was cracking off within minutes I would give the place 0 stars if I could NEVER COMING BACK! but they gave me Dr Pepper and no Pepsi the vibe was ok I guess and also the staff was nice but doesn't know how to do nails even I could do 10times. I give two stars for a horrible end to my relaxing spa day. Went in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Left traumatized and with no kind of apology except from the poor sweet lady doing my service. So long story short, I got the best pedicure completely satisfied but when I went to get my eyebrows waxed, something literally exploded in there and cut off power to the room we were in room. Sounded like the light that was hanging over my face had literally exploded! By the grace of God I did not get hurt! The owner or manager was definitely there and did not even ask if I was okay or offered any compensation or ANYTHING. Completely acted like nothing happened?! I kept calm the lady helping me was clearly scared out of her wits, the manager or owner just walked in the Room and said few words in their language and I had to finish my eyebrows on a pedicure chair. Everything towards the end was very unprofessional and rude and had no kind of concern for anyone's safety.
