This place is very clean and big. The lady walking around I believe is the owner is super sweet. I love that they offer you a drink while you are relaxing. I actually peeped the room in the back full of wine which is super cool.thus is my second time here and they did a fabulous job! Steven did my nails I did a full set pink and white they came out so beautiful! My pedicure came out great too! I did do the cheaper pedicure which if you can I would definitely recommend going the package higher cause my heels still look cracked but the nail polish came out really nice ! I've gone to this nail bar several times and have really had lovely experiences; I was happy with my nails. The technicians were courteous in the past. Not so much today. I understand when someone can't speak English, but I do not understand glaring, no greeting, no offer of a beverage of any kind, overtly rude behavior for no reason at all. The pedicure lady and the manicure lady just walked away when they were done... No one said thank you, no one said sit here for xxx amount of minutes, no one offered to get my purse, which was hung behind me a very difficult for me to get to with wet nails. Oh & the manicure tech got the oil/lotion all over the sleeves of sweatshirt. If it was going to be a problem, all she had to do is ask me to remove it. They just stuck me in a corner and never came back to check on me or anything. Yet I saw the same manicure technician greeting other people w/a smile, helping other people and when I was leaving, she walked by me and glared at me WTF?! Oh well, there's other nail bars in Aledo. Found this place 4 years ago. My hubs was never a pedicure fan until he joined me here one day. The entire team to include the owner are amazing. Linda runs a smooth operation ensuring no one has a long wait. The team all works so well together. My pedicure is always so relaxing. My gel manicure last a month or more with no issues. I came in today and asked for an acrylic set with gel. This was my first time coming in. Iv been recommended this place by a friend they also have good reviews online. I come in and get seated I get a male nail tech and ask for a design. I had to correct him a couple times with colors and it seemed like a was getting irritated with me because he was doing the opposite I was asking for, I was very polite I gave up on correcting him because it took 15 minutes to find one color and I was ready to leave. I get my nails (dip) and toes (gel) done every three weeks here. I've found my techs that I love and look forward to visiting with. They are also very personable and friendly Jennifer does my toes and Violate does my nails. They know exactly what I want in regard to shape, length, etc. and do a great job every time! There are tons of colors to choose from and most have matching gel polish. The salon is fast pace which is what I like. I don't want to be there longer than an hour, and my techs almost always finish within that time frame. read more

I loved the sweet girl who did my manicure. She was amazing. Unfortunately she couldn't understand much English and had no clue what I was telling her. Lovely girl though. I don't want to mention her name. I am posting pics of my nails after she redid them all once and a thumb twice. I've never had these texture issues before. What would cause these issues? The nails, even after all of that and 2-1/2 hours, came out wavy and unfinished looking still. I was flustered and just left. I would have asked for a refund but just wanted to leave. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I haven't checked out the pedi someone else did. I'm scared to. read more

I have never been to a nail salon with almost zero ventilation and such poor air quality. I spent $110 for their signature mani and pedi only to leave with a headache and having trouble breathing. I've never had asthma or allergies for that matter, nor has this ever happened to me before in a nail salon. This was my first visit to this business but I drive by often in the mornings to get Starbucks and see the front door wide open. Seems like they know it's an issue. I just feel bad for the staff that breathe that in all day. It has to be terrible for their health. Staff were friendly and did a good job but I'd say definitely overpriced especially for the facilities. read more

EDIT: you have now called me SEVEN times, over and over again on a Thursday during the middle of a work day. I'm not sure what working adult is available to field multiple calls from multiple numbers during a work day. Additionally, if me "being on my phone" was preventing the tech from providing a quality service then something should've been said by them, but it wasn't so that cannot be used as an excuse. I'm not sure what person is not on their phone during a nail appointment at some point? Especially when I'm sitting there in silence. I was not constantly on my phone. And when I was, I was using the hand not being worked on and was respectful of the one she was working on. Please stop harassing me via phone, nothing you say will fix the experience I had or make me want to return to your establishment. If anything the incessant calls are deterring me from returning even more. Polish on my gel-x set started peeling after a week (these nails are advertised to last up to four weeks). I had a poor experience even at the initial appointment. It just didn't seem like the tech knew what she was doing and this was unlike any other gel-x experience I've ever had and I've been getting them for over a year. I normally get them done at a well known place in Fort Worth but was trying to find a local spot to start going to. I was in the area so I stopped in to have them fixed. Immediately felt like I was inconveniencing THEM by needing them redone and kept getting reasons why they couldn't fix them today. The original nail tech wasn't here, no one here does gel-x etc. I get that not every nail tech does the gel-x service but I just needed them repainted, surely almost everyone in a nail salon can paint gel on nails I would hope. Waited around for a while, finally someone came to fix them. She proceeded to only fix the nails that had started peeling. I told her I felt more comfortable just repainting everything since it was likely something with the nail prep that caused the peeling of the polish, she said no and proceeded to just paint the ones that had chipped. Since half of my fingers were done last week, and half today they appear to be different colors. Long story short, I will be making the drive to FTW from here on out. And advice to the business, I would work on your customer service skills because as a customer who spent over $100 on their nails a few days ago shouldn't feel like this when leaving your establishment. read more

If you like going to a "assembly" line factory this is definitely for you. There are probably 25+ pedicure chairs and double the workers. There is no personality of the people working and the prices are extremely high. It's super loud and impersonal HOWEVER they did a great job and my nails look good. I came here once to get my nails done and won't be back because I felt rushed. Too many people and the staff is just trying to rush. When I go to get my nails done I would like a relaxing experience so I for that reason I will not be back. Their job was ok I wouldn't say that they did something with my nails that other salons haven't. Again too many people and they will rush you specially if you go during the weekend. First time customer and I will NOT be back!! I brought my 3 yr old daughter and a friend. At the very beginning before they even started on our nails, I asked if they will trim my daughter's nails. After she got through with my daughter's, I looked over and noticed one of her nails was still very long. So I politely asked the girl working on me if she can call the lady back to trim it. Then I assume this is the owner began yelling in Vietnamese. Mind you, I am Vietnamese and I understood every word she was saying. She had the nerve to say, that I was being difficult and why would I wait until she was done to ask to trim. As I said before, I asked several times for them to trim my daughter's nail. As she's yelling across the salon and everyone is staring, I told her I'm Vietnamese and I can understand her, she still went on to insult me then yelled at the girls! In no way was I complaining, it was one nail she forgot to trim, wipe it off trim it then paint it back! No big deal, right!? Then goes over and grabs my daughter's hand and feet saying she's a difficult lady and we need to make sure she's good with all her nails. Then goes on to be a smart ass by pulling on my daughter's hand and feet asking in a very condescending way if they were good. Then when I went to pay here she comes again, yelling at the manager as if it was her fault. She seemed annoyed I wasn't getting tips and basically just patted my hand for the "massage" - not relaxing or enjoyable AT ALL. after just moving to the area this was the worst experience I've had at a nail salon. me and my sister arrive to get pedicures with our two 3 year old daughters. the employe decided to hang Halloween decorations above our children. repeatedly asking our children to move to the front door. while our toes are still drying. was extremely rude to not only us, but our children. upon checking out they charged my card twice- refusing a refund due to it being a pending charge even though I had PROOF of both charges. will never be back. read more

First time experience, me and my sister went and took our 3 year old girls to get mani pedis with us this salon was hanging Halloween stuff up a lady then asked us if we could stop our pedicure and move our toddlers (who were perfectly content and fine behaving) so they could hang decor made our girls get up talked to them rudely pushed their chairs around and slammed the arm rest up then asked if she could move them to the front of the store with out us... then gave us dirty looks and moved them to the chairs in front of us instead when we told her no they needed to be in our site. I got my nails done (somewhere else) the day before I went here and they were so sweet to fix them. They cut and shaped them, and gave me the manicure I wanted. I feel very ready for our Disney trip now. Their customer service was top notch. I was a walk-in and was accommodated very quickly (in and out in under 45 minutes). Positive: My manicure looks great! They did a wonderful job Negative: when I first went in I checked the box for the $35 (or so) manicure. While getting my nails done the technician asked if I wanted my cuticles worked on. I agreed to that. When I went to checkout my manicure (no special design) with dip and cuticles was over $80. Are you kidding me! I was completely shocked. They were not upfront with the cost and the checkout girl didn't want to help at all. I guess you PAY for what you get. Literally. I will be looking for another salon that doesn't charge as much and will provide me with the cost ahead of time. read more

I've tried this nail salon twice now. Everyone at the salon is nice but it is very chaotic with the amount of clients they are trying to get in and out. Images show the quality of work for dip nails, which have already chipped after two days. Both times I had tips adde, but neither technician measured the tip before supergluing it to my nail. I pulled my hands away from the technician more than once from pain after having the nail drill/ file hit my cuticles and the lateral nail fold. My right thumb had to be redone twice because the first tip that was added had been filed so close that it started to peel off the nail before the dip was even applied. I am not happy with the amount of my natural nail that is still showing at the corners, and I won't be returning after both of these experiences. read more
