Received Rachels name from my hairstylist. She is wonderful - my nails look wonderful along with my pedicure. Price is not bad at all. I would suggest making an appointment, they fill up fast. It was just okay. This was our first time here my wife and I. We had appointments. We waited maybe 10 minutes before they seated us in our pedicure chairs. We weren't offered but later I asked for drinks. They had water and soda. We asked for Diet Dr Pepper. They brought it out right away but the taste was off. Probably old inventory. We asked them to bring water, which they did. We were there for both manicures and pedicures. This was confirmed once we were seated and we chose what types from their menu of options. For my wife, when it was time to get her manicure, then removed the old polish and added the new, without actually doing the manicure. When this was pointed out, they didn't charge for the manicure. For myself, when they were done with my pedicure, my pedicurist thanked me and left. We called them back and asked about my manicure. They conferred with another employee, then asked me to come to a manicure table and they took care of it. So we sort of got what we asked for, except for the one manicure. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I think it's important to give honest feedback sometimes. My mom and I made an appointment and when I came in, no one acknowledged that I was there. I left, went next door, and came back and they STILL didn't acknowledge me until my mom walked in. We kind of felt like burdens because it was somewhat busy, but we didn't mind waiting if necessary. They rushed our nails and did them sloppily. They used the wrong polish and did them unevenly. When I politely confronted her, she said the picture I showed her was uneven lol. So I spent well over $100 on my nails and toes here. Two days later my dip looks scratched and terrible and my thumb nail cracked and broke off. Went to get it fixed and they didn't even fix it right. I didn't know the exact number of the original color used so I just tried my best to find it. They finally fixed my thumb nail by not even putting a tip on it, but building on to it with dip powder (not even the right color mind you). Now my right thumb is way shorter than the left which is bothersome. PLUS it's more purple than red which is even more dumb. They didn't even try to find the right color. Just wanted me in and out I guess. I won't be back. I didn't really like how thin they did the dip and how they didn't try to make the broken nail match the others. read more

Alright, I have been here many times. The best day for me to stop in are Sundays. And honestly thank goodness this place is open!. Of course just like any other nail salon they get busy. Sometimes overwhelmingly busy and it takes a long time. But honestly I rather they take their time and make sure my nails are great vs rush and mess them up. I keep coming back to this place because they are consistent and my nails are always amazing when I leave here. read more

While I'm not one to leave bad reviews.. don't waste your money going here. I came in with pink and white acrylics and needed a fill. the lady that did my nails was looking around the whole time and got up a hundred times. She put the acrylic on SO THICK and said I should do dip because its more natural. I used to get acrylics before dip was even a thing and they were never this thick. And to top it off, my "curves" for the transition from pink to white aren't straight. I will not be going back. read more

I wish I could leave a good review as this would be my choice establishment for nails. It's clean, it's conveniently located. Yesterday, (Wednesday), I went in for a fill. I was hoping the tech wouldn't be the older woman-whom I assume must be the owner-as she runs everything. I'd had her before and though my nails looked good, the experience was not. Unfortunately, she was the tech yet again. I was optimistic as she was friendly as I was seated. It was slow and things were going fine. Then, two women came in for nails...and things quickly changed. She told them to take a seat and 'wait a minute,' yet there were no techs to assist them. My nail job suddenly turned to a rapid-fire pace and she sanded my skin...I jerked my hand back, she offered no apology, changed discs, then went back to sanding at a frantic pace. Suddenly, she jumps up, leaves me, and runs over to one of the seated women, and begins sanding her polish off. I'm just left sitting and waiting....obviously my time is no longer important. After ten minutes, I started digging in my wallet for $20 as I was ready to walk out. She runs over to me and goes back to the frenzied pace. I begin to feel I'm not going to receive a proper nail job. She quickly dusted my hands and begins opening the bottle of polish. I had too much dust on my hands so I turned to the side to attempt to dust off my palms (all the while thinking I should wash prior to polish) and she got angry, and reached to grab my hand, which caused her to knock the polish off the counter causing it to splatter all over the floor. Other techs had already noticed her frenzy, as they couldn't stop looking over at her, so they really noticed this. One male tech left his client and ran over to assist her. The floor cleaned up, she quickly polished my nails, not polishing the ends at all, then told me "dry-two times each hand" as she ran over to the other woman who'd been patiently waiting. During all of this, another woman came in for service...and she was told to wait a minute, yet again, no techs were available. She ran back over, put the clear coat on mine, told me "you finish" and she ran off again. I was left with tiny spots of polish on the skin around the nails...we all know they normally take a brush and acetone those spots off. Nope, I was 'finish'... I asked the tech who'd come to assist the spill to remove the spots...and he did, though he was obviously flustered about how I'd been treated. Bottom line: I won't be back. No third tine for me. I understand the need to keep a customer when they walk in, yet why not tell them it will be a 15, 20, 30-minute wait rather than turning psycho nail tech on the customer sitting in the chair--that came in first? Very poor customer service. Trying to save the ones walking in while losing the ones seated in the chair! read more

I wouldn't recommend staying if they're busy. I waited an hour today to get a refill then my nail tech rushed to get to another person . I was just overall unhappy with the job on my nails . There's dents and unfilled areas. This was my second time and probably my last time . I feel like no matter how short handed you are you shouldn't rush with the person you're currently attending on so that you don't miss out on other customers. The work being done should be what's important! The first time I came in it cost me $55 for a full set with gel polish! Today it cost me $48 but she took $3 off either for making me bleed or because I clearly was unhappy. Should of just got a whole new set I assume ! Just my own personal experience. read more

Andy and Tracey are the mangers here and they're so wonderful! My mom and I come here every 2 weeks and I also bring my baby daughter and Andy always makes sure there's and extra chair for her. Sandy is the one who does my nails and she ALWAYS understands the assignment!! This place is top notch and even if you're not from midlothian it's definitely worth the drive.
