Manicure/Pedicure Manicure was terrible. Lady did not put base coat on nails before slopping on polish. It was messy and uneven. She was in a rush to get on to the next person. Color chipped in 2 days. Very disappointed. My pedicure was good, and the lady took time to do a good job. [[HIGHLIGHT]]My daughter came with me and had called previously to make an appointment for services. She had to wait 25 minutes in the spa chair, before someone could give her services.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This was my first time to visit this salon. Not a good first impression. read more

I loved this nail place, recently it's just gone down hill. The staff are so quick to get you in and out that they don't do a good job. It's a quick rush and it shows. I have been here multiple times and most of the time when I come my nails lift within 2-4 days and that's not okay. Nails shouldn't lift that quickly right after having them done. Spending $40 and then having to take them off at home a few days later because of the lifting or they look horrible because of a rushed job isn't okay. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went in yesterday to have gel polish change, I had an appointment at 11;30 I wasn't seen until 12:20[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], took 5 minutes to do my gel polish, and I left with it done half assed job, bubbling, sloppy application, looked already a month grown out. I bought stuff on Amazon to do them at home because I'm done with spending money for sloppy work. I really liked this place and tried to give them too many chances but in the end, I'll just do them myself. read more

I just moved to Weatherford and was in a rush so I just went to the closest place to home for a dip before traveling for a wedding. I had an older gentleman and he was so nice and very quick. I was worried the nails wouldn't turn out but they were just as good as when I go to higher end salons! It was my first time here so may become my regular spot! read more

Totally opposite experience today than I had at the previous time here. I had to ask more than 4x for the pre-run water in the basin to be replaced with hot water. The salts were not put in the water until almost done soaking. I asked what the frozen drinks were in the machines and chose a piña colada. When the owner asked if I wanted another one, I asked if I could have a martini (bc the salon I go to back home has a full bar, idk if they did here at this place). The owner curtly asked me again if I wanted another piña colada or the other options were beer, wine or water. Then she got smart assed and asked while glaring, "you want strong, I'll give you two shots." That's when she started speaking to the employees who were looking at me, grinning and talking back and forth while shooting looks AG me quickly. I won't be back. Today's tip will definitely reflect my level of "service". read more

I have finally found my new nail place! After asking a lady at my bank where she had gotten her nails done at she recommended them. I'm so thankful I asked now instead of just going into yet another new shop on a whim. I was greeted by more than one person when I entered and everyone was very pleasant to deal with. I visited this place a few times and was happy with my nails. I like them thinner, long, pointy and witchy, something that is not the norm in this town but Cathy and the girl that sits in the first station did them really well. Then... on my last visit, a "new" lady did them. She cut down my pinky nail, then asked if that length was ok. Um, what choice did I have? It was already cut. But I still proceeded to tell her I like them long and thin in hopes it would steer her in the right direction. TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER I had thick, uneven, stumpy nails. I haven't been back since. I truly believe if I'm paying $40 plus a tip for a full set every time (bc there is no filling dip nails, a new set has to be done, or so they had me believing, until I asked another manicurist) they should be EXACTLY what I want. I know there are capable ladies here, but it just goes to show one person can really ruin it for everyone. It also bothered me that I never saw fresh, sterilized tools during manicures or pedicures, so all in all, a disappointment. read more

I've been getting a pedicure at this salon monthly for about three years and have never had a bad experience. When I call for an appointment, I always ask for the same technician who is excellent and very gentle. The staff is always accommodating and can usually get me in on the date and time I want. It's a busy salon, but they all work together as a team to ensure the clients are well taken care of. I am very careful about cleanliness and sanitation in the salons I've used previously and I was also careful about Luxury Nails. Over the time I've been a client I have watched how they clean the pedi chairs and nail stations, their instruments, etc. and I'm satisfied they are maintaining safe standards. There are many options to choose from on the pedicure menu and I'm sure there are for manicures, too. The prices are reasonable for the excellent service. The atmosphere is bright and open, the pedi chairs are comfortable, the experience is relaxing, and the staff is very friendly. Easily five stars from me. read more

I just got my nails done in here and I'm not happy. The nail tech was not really helpful I've been trying to explain it to her what exactly what I want. But she just cant understand me. And then always gave other options and then I was shook that my bill was almost a hundred dollar for a very simple acrylic nails. And then I got home the stones on my nails starts to came off. I already notice that shes not doing her job properly earlier it seems like shes in a hurry. If you go here make sure you understand each other because that's how they will trick you about the price of the kind of nails that you want. Or better yet just dont go here. This nail salon is always clean and inviting. My friend is the front receptionist and she is very welcoming. You have to pick and choose your manicurist. My pedicure which is always French is always even and perfect. However, I would like a deeper tissue foot massage. My manicures which are usually dip are always done to my liking. I have only had maybe 2 experiences where I didn't fully 100% like my dip nails. The people here are a lot nicer than a lot of other places I have been to. read more

It was the worst treatment, of not only rude owners, who honestly, could or would not speak English. It was a terrible manicure and pedicure. No idea of how to do a foot massage, it hurt more than felt good. Tired of going to terrible, hitting us over the heads for $75 dollars and laughing all the way to the bank. Why are we doing this, I am done. I made the mistake of giving them a second chance, and it was just as bad as the first visit. I am giving it up! There are too many Texas owned salons that need the business, will listen and speak our language and just be Texas Friendly! I've been coming here regularly (every 2 to 3 weeks) for about 2 years. I always get a pedicure and occasionally a manicure. I've always had a good experience. It's clean, lots of nail salon staff, and most importantly my toes feel and look great after! I'm driving and on my feet in uncomfortable shoes a lot, so a good nail salon is a saving grace. This is by far the worst nail salon in weatherford. My nails have gritty nail powder on them from them not having me wash my hands before applying 1 coat of gel polish. They are uneven in length as well as bumpy across the nail bed. Went in to get my money back, owner wont refund the money but offered a gift card to come back. I guess that's trying to make it right but why would I want to come back?? The lady who works there is rude rude rude! Rolled her eyes and walked away when I showed her, her bad work. Save yourself some headache and find a different salon in town. I'm not sure if the people who work here are even licensed. That should have been my first clue. read more

Went to this establishment for a pedicure and thought the lady was nice and did a good job so I decided to go back to have my nails done. The man that did my nails was extremely rude and blamed me for the fact that he didn't do a good job on my nails, said I was helping to much. Also ignored me when I asked him questions. I asked him why he wasn't answering me and he said we don't have time to explain how we do nails to the people that come in and you wouldn't understand what I'm explaining to you.
