She cut my nails too short and then we didn't have the space to do the design I wanted. So I had to pick a back up and she didn't even do that right. Couldn't do any snowflake design and overall I left disappointed. I got nothing I wanted. She burnt me with the drill at least 4 times and every time I jumped said nothing. No apologies, NOTHING. I've been getting my nails done every 2 weeks for the last 5yrs and this was the most ignored I've felt. I would have rather she tell me she couldn't do something or have me wait to get me with someone who could.
