Only thing to watch out for would be the extra charges can go up quick they do charge alot extra in pedicures for gel nail polish they also charge for refill extra if u trim nails down and the designs can be pricey wouldn't recommend the stickers they are pricey and u can feel them on the nails kinda annoying, just ask before hand! Nightmare of so- called pampering! Mani and pedi, they put me in pedi chair and one man worked on toes, woman (Michell) did my nail dip all at once and they weren't busy. It was nerve racking, not relaxing at all! The man dug into my toes so hard I was afraid I might not be able to walk good on my upcoming vacation. Worse were my nails. The dips were so thick my nails looked like claws! She said she would file them down and when she did, my nails looked terrible and lumpy! I made her take them off! She was sloppy, rough, yanking my arm, hurting my cuticles until they were bleeding. At the end I begged her to "please slowdown and be careful. It was my daughters wedding Im going to" I would have left but didnt have the time to go somewhere else. I have to put medicine on my cuticles and toes now. Paid 100.00 with 20% tip at first before examening my claw nails outside in the light. Nvr offered to refund the dip charge. I just wanted to get out of there. I thought this place would be exceptional bc of location but it is worse than other Asian nail salons Ive been to. Nvr will I go back. Don't put yourself through the torchure. I have been here at least 5 times. The first time it was good, but after that every nail set kept getting worse and worse. The front desk girl I am assuming is the manager she is always walking around just staring you down. One time when I got my nails done I gave a 20% tip and the nail tech asked her in Spanish how much I left and she responded to her back in Spanish and just gave each other a look, mind you I speak Spanish. I feel like that conversation could have been had after I left. This last time I went it was a very special occasion for me, it was my wedding nail set, I am usually one to not say anything but I made sure to emphasize all of my request and the nail tech just would try to convince me my nails looked just like the picture I showed her. She cut me two times and would just put glue on top to stop it from bleeding, she did not even apologize. I am pregnant as well and was expecting a gentle massage, when I asked her if she could turn it on she looked surprise of my request. It started to get faster and she could not do my hands so she stopped it which I understood but I felt like she still could have put the gentle and slow one on. Instead she just stopped it and the massage balls were stabbing me in my back, they weren't repositioned so I had to sit there uncomfortably for the next hour. Like I said I am not the type to usually say anything and after making many requests I felt like I was starting to annoy them so I did not say anything else on the massage. They seem very stuck up and not friendly at all, you do not feel welcomed by the manager nor the owner. Very overpriced as well. This wasn't the experience I was hoping for. I got the elegant pedi, full set, and gel polish. I got the dip duo so the colors would match on my feet and hands but they were far from actually matching. As the tech trimmed my set, she ignored that I wanted them shorter. She also cut them with scissors which made all the pieces fly in the air which was pretty gross. When I noticed the colors were off, I made a comment and they proceeded to tell me "it happens" but I could come back and they would put a different color coat on top of my thick dip nails. They also nickel and dime each service. It was $10 to remove gel polish that was on half of my toes and they also charged me to remove the regular polish on my finer nails. I came in from out of town for a nail repair, I called the day before & told them I would be in at 1130 (when they open). I arrive & was told it would be 15mins, fine. But 4 people who were getting a full services arrive after me & they were all seated & helped. It seems as if my $5 nail repair is not as important as the full service patrons. I was a walk in for a pedi. I'm an older woman and have never gone in for a pedi in my life but as my mobility changes I decided it was time. Holly took care of me and she was a real trooper. This was my first time attending this business and I did not feel welcomed or invited. This place seemed stuck up and rich people only allowed. The facility is very squeaky righty clean and differently boos-hey. They tried to give me a weak service because I was not a big spender. Now mind you I'm homeless so I'm basically come to their business for content. I hate when people try to act like you don't know how you want your nails to look and give fast service to the point your nails look like shit. If you are a rich wealthy person who has money to spend or waste this place is for you. They tried to give me a discount for the terrifying experience but I would never go back not even on my worse day. They did not even know how to put jewelry on my nails . Their glue would not work. So they used the acrylic gel to put the Bowes on and they fell off. I've been to many salons but just because something is beautiful in the inside that doesn't mean it's not ugly in the outside. I paid $110 service plus a $20 dollar tip for a pedicure and manicure. Kelly who completed the manicure and a relaxing massage was excellent, courteous, friendly and servicing spirit. Pedicure was completed by another person. Feet were barely soaked, massaged the calfs and legs but left the feet the exact same way I came in with. Calises were not even touched. I came back to ask for that to be fixed and the same person laughing nervously said we don't do that, that is for $6 more and you did not pay it. Did not offer to fix did not offer apology. I asked for the manager and handed me a business card while looking away. This service killed the vibe. even though I loved Kelly's work, I feel disrespected and taken advantage of. $130 should be sufficient for my feet to be cared for (bare minimum). I had two granddaughters do an acrylic w/gel nails (oldest should have two to three ribbons on bow) and the youngest the same; both girls also had a pedicure. The oldest only received one ribbon and the youngest received two ribbons on each hand. The ribbons fell off (not enough or good glue was used-$60 each). All ribbons have fell off and pedicure polish is coming off. Was not worth it. read more

First impressions: The man who answered my call and booked my appointments was extremely polite. The salon is GORGEOUS and immaculately clean. The products used for each service are presented so beautifully on gorgeous trays. SERVICES: I got a luxury pedi with gel and a green tea manicure. My daughter got a green tea pedicure. The shoulder massage with the manicure was divine!!! By far the best pedicure at a walk in salon I have ever received. Pedicure massage chairs are in great condition and very comfortable! The worst customer service. The gel pedicure was rushed and barely left under the lights, the manicure was painful and sloppy. When I mentioned the bumps on the polish and that is was all over my skin, she blamed the polish then walked away. They sent another woman to redo the mess, she also said the polish is fine. She seemed shocked at what an awful job the first women did. I was never offered a drink, or an apology when I told the owner what happened. There are so many better places in Fort Worth, will never be back. Update: gel manicure lasted a week and began chipping. Obviously gel manicures typically don't chip, but she didn't leave the polish under the light long enough to fully cure. read more
