The pedicures took about an hour, but unfortunately the results were disappointing. They didn't smooth out the bottoms or sides of our feet at all, so I left with the same roughness I walked in with--which has never happened to me before. One of the toes was already messed up before we even left. Overall, I'd give the pedicure a 3 out of 5. With so many nail salons around, this just isn't one we'll be returning to.

I hadn't had my nails done in 2 years. With Hashimoto I decided I might as well go back to having…read morethem done. 4 weeks ago I go in here and the older lady does new, acrylic nails. She uses white polish. Not what I asked for. Ok. I leave and start looking at my nails. They are literally crooked on the ends. 2 of them break off. Acrylic nails are literally the strongest. I get on FB and get several references. I'm at Albertsons today shopping and it's so easy to cross the street to get my nails done. I tell them they're getting 1 more chance, show them how crooked they are and they're like oh we'll fix them. They cut off the nails and start all over. A different girl does them. I keep telling her they are too thick. They are literally square and sharp at the corners. Can you round them out. I'm there for over 2 hours, she has an appointment that's been waiting an hour. I hate the nails. I have troll nails. I don't even let her finish them I'm done. I go up and ask how much. She didn't buff them, smooth them or add top coat. But they're going to put the top coat on. No I don't want anything else done I'm leaving. How much. $55. WHAT. I didn't ask you to cut them off and start over. That's $30 for a fill. If you don't like them we're not going to ask you to pay. No I don't like them. Every finger thinks it's hump day cause they are so thick. But hey they're not crooked. I give the girl $15 as a tip. I then drive to the nail bar in Hudson Oaks and they thin them out, fix 3 nails that the French tip looked like crap and filed the sharp corners off. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!! Sorry, I don't have pics of them as I went straight to the nail bar in Hudson Oaks as there's no way I'd go to work with my nails looking like that. This picture is the only thing the last place didn't fix. It was 3 when I started and 6:15 when finished. SMFH

Edit now that I've talked it over with the group: Their menu was also not very clear with what you'd get and the consistency between it. Also the manicure in our group didn't actually get what she paid for: she signed up for a whole manicure with the hand massage and all and only got her nails done. Don't love that!

My first visit was great. Today not so much. My first issue was Ymmy burned me twice and took the liberty of using acetone without asking me if that was ok with acetone, I can't use acetone. Then he decided someone else (LAN) needed to finish up. They had a long conversation in Vietnamese and switched. I had no idea what was said. As LAN did my nails she continued a conversation in Vietnamese often laughing while another worker looked at me and smiled. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to know when you're being talked about. Ultimately LAN did a great job but my experience through this was VERY uncomfortable. I won't be back! When I get my nails done I NEED to be able to communicate with my technician AND I would very much appreciate that I'm not be talked about.
