I've lived in Weatherford my whole life; I've been getting my nails done at Clearfork in Fort Worth for two years. Today, I stopped in to E Nails because I was unable to go to Fort Worth. I was charged $78 for a basic acrylic set with gel polish. I was astonished. The manager told me that "it was the normal rate" for this area. I was very disappointed. This is Weatherford, not Fort Worth. A nail salon in this area should not have Fort Wort prices and not provide the experience with it. The salon was very rundown and unkept as well. I have been a loyal customer at this salon but I will no longer go to this place. I have had frequent occasions where I have had painful cuts during manicures. Recently, I developed a fungus under my thumbnail because the acrylic had lifted and moisture had gotten under it. I have had technicians grate my heels so aggressively that I've had painful sore, torn feet requiring Neosporin treatments. Last week the technician sat down to begin my pedicure. She was surly and impatient. The water was extremely hot and when I mentioned it she rolled her eyes and added cold water. When I touched the water with my reddened foot she snapped at me and yanked my foot into the basin. It was still too hot and I jumped and lifted my foot to the towel and she scolded me for getting water on the floor. There was no water on the floor, I wasn't being dramatic but my foot was hurting. She talked about me in Vietnamese to other techs and they stared at me. At that point I asked for another technician because I didn't like her hostile manner. She insisted that she would do my nails, I asked for the manager and they gave me another technician. The hateful technician went to a circle of other employees about three feet from my chair and gossiped and pointed at me. As I was paying and leaving I spoke to the manager about the rude employee and he simply shrugged his shoulders. My bill with gratuity was $120. A week later I went to another salon and had the acrylics removed because of pain under my thumbnail. Don't go to this place! read more

First of all, Enails was able to take me right away w/o an appt. So I didn't know Zen, didn't know anything about her dedication to her job. I got the Traditional nail package w no polish and only buffed nails. My hands and nails were a mess after removing my powder dipped polish. She massaged and wrapped my arms in warm towels before and after my trim and buff. I really appreciated her going above and beyond. Thank you, Zen. Went to E Nails for the first time on 6/22. Very friendly and welcoming. Seems like a nice, clean facility, but definitely won't go back. I've had my nails two weeks and don't do anything that would cause any abnormal wear and tear. One nail cracked later the same day I got them done. Another one broke on the side 2 days later. The gel dip he had to use for the orange color is coming off already. My opinion is that the nail tips they use are kind of flimsy. For $67 plus a 20% tip, I do not believe I got what I paid for at all. They charged me $5 for shaping, $5 for 5 different colors, $52 for a full set and $5 for something else that I can't recall. read more

It is my first time here at ENails. I came in as a walk-in, and was so glad they had room for me. I've been wanting my pedicure done. It had been over a month so you can imagine the growth. It was a relaxing experience. I had picked the Ultimate Pedicure. The tech did an excellent job on the design on my toes. I wanted the patriotic look and told her create whatever you like. When she was finished, I was very happy with it. I highly recommend ENails. The salon interior design is beautiful. It is very modern, spacious and most of all clean. I've gone here for a while now and every time I've never had an issue until today. My nails look good, but they feel terrible, as in they hurt. She drilled them too much around the edge and she didn't ask me what shape I wanted and just assumed. Wanted almond and got square. I almost want to go get them taken off so that I don't have to deal with the pain, But I'm not sure I'd be refunded and don't want what I paid to be a waste. The lady who did my nails also did a massage and was so incredibly rough with me that my body physically hurts worse and I even told her during it to be more gentle. I usually don't get a manicure but thought 'why not' today. My pedicures always turn out looking good and no pain at all. I will probabaly be back but for pedicure only from now on. read more

Made an appointment 1 hour in advance. When I called the gentleman was very courteous and advised the best time. Even confirmed that I was a new customer. Very happy with the service and atmosphere. When I was checking out and mentioned a discount (new customer that's posted on their Yelp page) she said they don't do discounts. I went around 11:30am and was serviced as soon as I got my temperature checked and signed a waiver for Covid plus picked out my services. First impression was good because I like to know my prices up front so there is no surprises at the end. The only reason I stopped in today was that my last visit was apparently when they were under previous management... that day, I had a pleasant experience, whereas the time before that (with the previous, previous management) I said I wouldn't be back. I walked in today at 1:37. Granted, I was the one in a bit of a time crunch, but I specifically asked 1) if there was a wait for a pedi and 2) if I could be out in 35-40 minutes. 1) No and 2) yes... I was assured I would be out in time. I picked my color and had a seat. Chose the most basic pedi due to my time constraints. ("Menu" said 20-25 minute service for $33) Waited until 1:49 for the tech to arrive at my chair. Nobody started the water ahead of time, so then it took a couple of minutes for the bowl to fill. The tech at one point got up from my pedi to take a phone call, on her Apple Watch. I did not walk out until 2:31 Ordinarily, the longer the better, right? But when I specified that I had a time I needed to leave, they should've then told me that my timeline wasn't realistic, and I'd have come back another time. read more

Me and my friends went in together, there were 5 of us and we all got the rockstar. The quality of our nails varied because we all got different people, my friends got what they want but one of my friends panicked when she had to choose her color. She wanted a bright color but instead got what I got, black (she panicked and said black).In the end she liked it. My nails after she was finished, were a bit uneven but nothing a bit of self-filing can't fix. My other friends had almost no problems and we overall had fun. Not the cleanest place and not the best quality. Almost all of my nails broke or chipped with in a week of getting them done, and 2 chipped the next day. I have been getting my nails done every 2-3 weeks for over 20 years and I don't usually have that problem. I went to get the first 2 that broke fixed and the manager was rude and told me that I didn't actually get them done there and asked if I had a receipt, I told him that I didn't mind paying to have them fixed if I needed to, they charged me $15 to have 2 nails fixed.
