Pricing is fair and there are a lot of options for polishes and services, so there's something for everyone. It can get busy, so I would recommend making an appointment. It is really easy to do over the phone. Once you arrive, you check in at the front desk. I've never had to wait for my service, which is great! Both techs that I've had did a good job. They were efficient and quick, but still detail oriented, which I love as I don't want to sit in the salon for hours. My first gel mani started to chip a little after a week, but my second one is still going strong. This location is super clean, very modern, and everyone is nice, so this will be my go-to salon for a while!

When a place is this good, it will always be busy and although they do accept walk-ins and they do their best to fit you in, you still have to accept the fact that walk-ins means you will be seen by the next available tech which can be a 30 or more min wait. My most favorite pedi person will always be Peter and my newest and most ultimate mani/nails favorite person is Alex. Which I consider both my friends now lol that's how much I enjoy their company and their services. I would never recommend services unless i truly believe they are great myself.

His attitude was off from the moment I sat down. I told him I wanted a French ombré design--even though my inspo photo wasn't exactly that, I made it clear what I wanted. But the end result had barely any white fade, and when I pointed it out during the service, he just said, "too late now." I also asked to use gel remover instead of soaking off my dip (which is how my usual tech does it with no issue), and he got visibly irritated. He kept complaining it takes too long and used a high-speed drill that actually hurt me multiple times. Every time it hurt, he blamed me for choosing gel remover instead of just slowing down or being careful. For the record, I've never been hurt like that in over a year of getting my nails done. When it was all done, there was still dust and residue all over my nails and cuticles--zero cleanup. I left with sore hands and nails that didn't even come close to what I asked for. Definitely won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend Vincent if you want good service or basic professionalism.

I kept waiting for it to be soothing and relaxing. My daughter had a similar experience. When we checked out, the receptionist asked how our experience was and we said "not great", she said "that's fantastic!", obviously not listening or caring. I had a $95 gc for the $85 massage and I had to ask for the $10 overage to be applied to my daughter's massage. We've both had good experiences with here before but this visit was a complete dud.
