I sat in that chair 30 minutes while people (other customers?) standing around the nail shop spoke loudly about their personal drama. Couldn't figure out why they were there just standing around visiting. I just got up, dried my feet and left. Trashy place, not clean, not truthful and certainly not a spa. Not an ounce of luxury or comfort in this place.

The male owner (Tho) is quiet and reserved so don't get the wrong impression if he doesn't talk much! The female owner (Xuan) is incredibly sweet! They are both focused on attention to detail and always make sure my manicure and pedicure are perfect! I've had trouble with bigger and more modern salons since the nail techs there tend to rush through jobs and are sloppy. However, this dynamic duo is to be trusted! Pedis are done with liners in the tub, and all tools are sanitized or new out of the package. Prior to polishing my toes, Kayla slipped my sandals back on, and used a toe spacer to keep toes separated and easy to polish. Andrew took time to help remove my old dip nails and tips by clipping my nails down and drilling the top layer of the nail color. One hand soaked at a time, until the very end of removal. I appreciate him taking time to gently assist with removing the old dip powder, rather than roughly drilling the nail beds down. The TV was on a local broadcast channel with the volume muted and closed captions on. The music playing was not overwhelming or distracting, the volume up just enough to hear.
