Patricia is amazing! Love the whole experience. You go in get dressed out in a massife fluffy robe and slippers then you wait in the lounge for your person to come get you. She was very professional, friendly, and she consulted me before hand on any injuries or what needed more attention. The massage was exactly what I needed. I have been a member for over a year and go monthly for a deep tissue massage. I can say they have definitely kept me out of pain and helped tremendously with sciatica. I have seen most of the therapists and haven't ever had a bad experience. I was scheduled this week and my scheduled therapist was sick so the owner did my massage herself. She found an area that she was able to use cupping on to release that had my leg going numb previously. My leg now is no longer numb on that side. They do such a great job here from the therapists to the office staff. It's also great to see the owner works in and on her business. read more

They just moved to their new location in August 2023. My husband and I went for the first time last night and signed up for their membership. From the moment you walk in, you are warmly greeted by the front desk. The lobby area has an adorable gift area and I was honestly surprised at the selection and the prices were reasonable. Once you're checked in and assigned a locker, you get a cozy robe. There is a separate sauna for men and women available to use. The locker room area is immaculate! Then you go into a waiting area where light snacks are provided. So onto the massages because they were phenomenal! The masseuse had great pressure (I'm super picky too). The massage table had warmers and the room was so inviting. With the membership, you can select one to five of their enhancements to be added on for free. I just absolutely love this place. It's a step into relaxation on another level here in Burleson. The owner has thought of every detail from the moment you check in until the very end as you exit paradise! Used to be our favorite place for a massage but service has been really bad. Son gave us a $150 gift card. They insisted to pay up front, no problem. When completing the $90 massage we wanted to tip $20 but they had already tipped themselves all the remaining $60. When asked to speak with the manager she never apologized or offered a solution. When asked to speak to the owner we were told she would not speak to us but would refund $40 and manager was very rude. Clearly lacking on how to treat customers. And who would assume to give themselves a $60 tip on a $90 massage. We have now tried Spavia and had a great visit. read more

I booked a couples massage at this place and meant to put a review sooner but got busy. I personally would not come back here. When my wife and I entered the place seemed clean, nice and cute. We went to the counter said we had a reservation the lady said ok, I said this is our first time here. We even upgraded our massage while at the counter. The lady said you pay upfront, I said ok I'm not used to that I always pay at the end other places. Then she said would you like to tip 20%? I said huh? I said no ma'am I always tip at the end, is that not ok? She said well it'd be easier to do it now. My wife said that's not really how tipping works, so the lady agreed to wait until we were done. We went in the waiting area and didn't wait long. They took us to the back couples room. My wife had a male and I had a female. The area was clean and it seemed nice. They left and let us get on the massage tables, they came back in and didn't ask us how we preferred our massage or areas to focus on or anything. Which was odd to us and not how we're used to getting massages. Then the building itself is an older building with old wood floors. All we could hear was the floors making awful noises every-time they moved around the massage table. It was so loud my wife started laughing because there was no way for it to be relaxing. I would strongly suggest they look into fixing their squeaky floors some how. The. 2 that we had that did the massages, were honestly not good at all and I hate saying that. But all they really did was put lotion in their hands and just lightly rub our backs. It was really odd, almost like they had no idea how to give a massage. They didn't touch our heads at all, we usually have our necks and heads rubbed. It was just all together very odd. My wife and I frequently get massages, so for Valentines Day we will be getting massages again and we wouldn't recommend coming here. It just wasn't for us at all. I've been coming here for over 4 years. I've been through several therapists and so. many. receptionists. I've been called numerous times when they're trying to juggle the schedule around to move my appointment and I've always agreed. Yesterday, I was taken to the locker room which was 86 degrees and told to change into a robe and slippers. The room was too warm, the robe was too warm, the slippers were too warm - on top of the 104 degrees outside. It was miserable! Plus, I was there for a massage only - why on earth a robe and slippers?? I went to open my locker and opened another by mistake - those locks are apparently for looks only. My massage was incredible and the reason I've been a customer for so long! On the way out, this random person comes out of a side door - I have no idea who she is since she never introduced herself. She tells me that I'll need to use those slippers for my next visit since I come for half hour massages and it's not in their budget to buy another pair of slippers for me. WTH? Not that I ever had any intention of wearing their hot slippers again. I supported this business through COVID because they're local, but apparently they no longer need or want my patronage. read more

After the massage, I had my foot detox. I had been sick with bronchitis earlier this month and still had a lingering cough and feeling of junk in my throat.
