Booking online was easy! The environment in the spa was calm, friendly and relaxing. They have complimentary drinks and snacks. The robe you change into is plush and super comfortable. The women's locker room has showers, a bathroom and a sauna. I had a massage with Stacie. Stacie was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. She gave a great massage and had some informed advice on how I can manage my pain. I will definitely be going back to see her. read more

Walking in feels like you've transported to a five-star Hawaiian resort!! Everyone is always incredibly sweet and kind!! I didn't take any pictures, because one, my phone was locked in a locker, and two, I respect everyone's peace, walking around in comfy robes and what not. But rest assured, the place is super clean, beautifully decorated, and great amenities (snacks and refreshing drinks in the waiting area, pedicure/manicure area, comfy rooms, sauna, shower, and an adorable boutique)!! I absolutely LOVE coming here, and it's so mind blowing to relax and then, walk out and be like, "oh, that's right, I'm in Burleson, Texas!!" LOL GO!! You will NOT be disappointed!! read more

Very poor customer service. The staff were flippant and rude. Not at all a luxury experience. I won't be returning. Maloha. read more

Patricia is amazing! Love the whole experience. You go in get dressed out in a massife fluffy robe and slippers then you wait in the lounge for your person to come get you. Then after your massage you can use the sauna and shower afterwards as well. The add ons like hot stones and peppermint scalp treatment are awesome. Highly recommend! read more

I have been a member for over a year and go monthly for a deep tissue massage. I can say they have definitely kept me out of pain and helped tremendously with sciatica. I have seen most of the therapists and haven't ever had a bad experience. I was scheduled this week and my scheduled therapist was sick so the owner did my massage herself. She found an area that she was able to use cupping on to release that had my leg going numb previously. My leg now is no longer numb on that side. They do such a great job here from the therapists to the office staff. It's also great to see the owner works in and on her business. read more

Great experience. As a man I sometimes feel out of place at spas. I did not feel out of place here. My massage therapist was Victoria. She was very professional, friendly, and she consulted me before hand on any injuries or what needed more attention. The massage was exactly what I needed. After my massage, I enjoyed their sauna before using their shower and leaving. I really like the facility and staff here. I had a rejuvenating experience and was comfortable the whole time. read more

Everyone was so nice, they were able to work my husband and I in at the last minute! It was soooo relaxing, I had Sally, and she found all my tension knots and worked them out perfectly! I felt like I was floating on air when I left! read more

Had a massage and facial this morning. This spa never disappoints! Thank you Christina and Savannah read more

Such a beautiful spa...I always feel pampered. From the cozy robes to the complimentary espresso or juice, this place oozes calm and relaxation. Love the sauna in the dressing room! I have a membership and can use the sauna and hang out even if I don't have a message scheduled. I haven't had a facial or tried any of their other services or add-ons, but I plan to. I have never had a bad massage, all therapists are amazing. But my favorites are the owner, Sally, and Jorja. Mothers Day is soon, so treat yourself or someone you love Namaste read more

Great massage and great experience. The sauna was wonderful and loved the calm atmosphere and atmosphere and the whole thing was just so wonderful. Very relaxing massage by Tiffany with the perfect amount of pressure. read more

I had a great massage, steam room, and shower. All awesome amenities. Highly recommended this place and will be going back.

They just moved to their new location in August 2023. My husband and I went for the first time last night and signed up for their membership. From the moment you walk in, you are warmly greeted by the front desk. The lobby area has an adorable gift area and I was honestly surprised at the selection and the prices were reasonable. Once you're checked in and assigned a locker, you get a cozy robe. There is a separate sauna for men and women available to use. The locker room area is immaculate! Then you go into a waiting area where light snacks are provided. So onto the massages because they were phenomenal! The masseuse had great pressure (I'm super picky too). The massage table had warmers and the room was so inviting. With the membership, you can select one to five of their enhancements to be added on for free. I just absolutely love this place. It's a step into relaxation on another level here in Burleson. The owner has thought of every detail from the moment you check in until the very end as you exit paradise! You need to visit this hidden gem! read more

I was in Burleson on vacation and needed some stress relief so I headed to Island Massage because they accept walk ins. They took me back immediately. An hour long full body hot stone massage cost me $65 and was worth every penny! I'll be back next time I'm in town. read more

Sarah gave a great deep tissue massage! Just the perfect amount of pressure - loved the dry, hot sauna! I bought the membership

Jorja was the best deep tissue massage I've ever received. Most professional and effective massage. I'll request Jorja every time I return.

Used to be our favorite place for a massage but service has been really bad. Son gave us a $150 gift card. They insisted to pay up front, no problem. When completing the $90 massage we wanted to tip $20 but they had already tipped themselves all the remaining $60. When asked to speak with the manager she never apologized or offered a solution. When asked to speak to the owner we were told she would not speak to us but would refund $40 and manager was very rude. Clearly lacking on how to treat customers. And who would assume to give themselves a $60 tip on a $90 massage. We have now tried Spavia and had a great visit. read more

My wife and I did a couple's massage and had an absolute wonderful time. The vibe was very aloha, and the facility was clean. The therapists were extremely knowledgeable. They didn't just do some typical routine. They scanned our bodies and were able to determine were the problems were. Then they isolated those areas and we walked out of there feeling amazing. This place isn't just a massage spot, it is a full service salon. We are going to be regulars. read more

This was a wonderful experience for me from the beginning to the end. From my initial greeting to the end of my massage. The staff was so warm and friendly. Kimmy gave a very thoughtful massage, asking if her touch was the right amount of pressure, and making sure I was comfortable throughout, and kept me informed through each stage of the massage. I liked the room the massage took place in, lighting, soft relaxing music, sacred space. The towels were warmed up and felt amazing. Really great massage, a lot of tension released in my lower back. Kimmy is very skillful and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend her. Great attitude and attention to detail. read more

Had a very relaxing and positive experience. William was great - he kept me informed of my problem areas and gave me tips on how to keep them better maintained. He's very knowledgable about what he does. The room was super clean, relaxing, and everyone was friendly. I would love to return. read more

I booked a couples massage at this place and meant to put a review sooner but got busy. I personally would not come back here. When my wife and I entered the place seemed clean, nice and cute. We went to the counter said we had a reservation the lady said ok, I said this is our first time here. We even upgraded our massage while at the counter. The lady said you pay upfront, I said ok I'm not used to that I always pay at the end other places. Then she said would you like to tip 20%? I said huh? I said no ma'am I always tip at the end, is that not ok? She said well it'd be easier to do it now. My wife said that's not really how tipping works, so the lady agreed to wait until we were done. We went in the waiting area and didn't wait long. They took us to the back couples room. My wife had a male and I had a female. The area was clean and it seemed nice. They left and let us get on the massage tables, they came back in and didn't ask us how we preferred our massage or areas to focus on or anything. Which was odd to us and not how we're used to getting massages. Then the building itself is an older building with old wood floors. All we could hear was the floors making awful noises every-time they moved around the massage table. It was so loud my wife started laughing because there was no way for it to be relaxing. I would strongly suggest they look into fixing their squeaky floors some how. The. 2 that we had that did the massages, were honestly not good at all and I hate saying that. But all they really did was put lotion in their hands and just lightly rub our backs. It was really odd, almost like they had no idea how to give a massage. They didn't touch our heads at all, we usually have our necks and heads rubbed. It was just all together very odd. My wife and I frequently get massages, so for Valentines Day we will be getting massages again and we wouldn't recommend coming here. It just wasn't for us at all. When we left I did go back to the register and I still left a 20% tip, but I can't see us coming back here. For the price you pay for a massage it just left us disappointed. read more

Island Massage Spa - Proof of being a customer for a couples massage. - Massage Therapy Near Me - Burleson, Texas

I have been seeing Sally for several years now, she opened a new spa and it is beyond beautiful and luxurious! Island Massage! 5 stars Luxury from the soft, thick robes and slippers to the sauna and shower in the locker room area. Every detail is perfect, and relaxing! A nice little boutique with extras from skin care products, to clothing and accessories. I purchased a pretty dress that is really nice fabric. It will be great for the summertime. I highly recommend Island Massage. April at the front desk is very friendly and Cameisha gives the best deep tissue massage. Their prices are reasonable and their facility is very clean. read more

This place gets 5 stars because of Tracey! I have to have deep tissue for medical reasons and it's rare to find someone with her talent. I don't dig places that push memberships, but Tracey is amazing! For sure! read more

The receptionist is extremely rude and does not value customers. An up charge was put on my account and when I asked what it was for she got defensive. She then called me back and said they were suspending my option to book online and I could not book any other services in person either. I told the receptionist if this is how they are going to treat customers because they question a charge then I would cancel my membership I've had for 18 months, her response was "ok I'll cancel it now" and hung up on me. read more

I was given gift certificates for a massage and a foot detox. I have to admit that Tracey did a great job on my massage, it's been about 10 years since I had one. After the massage, I had my foot detox. I had been sick with bronchitis earlier this month and still had a lingering cough and feeling of junk in my throat. I will admit that I haven't coughed since and finally got rid of that feeling in my throat. I would recommend Island Massage to anyone asking and I would suggest getting a foot detox on a regular basis!! I'll be back. read more
