Be sure to communicate if you need more or less. This place has been around for many years and many of the same workers are their. Which is huge! My only complaint this time is that the massage bed/tables are starting to sag in the middle which for me meant my back/hips were hyperextended. Not got for what I was trying to get worked out. After going back and forth for a few minutes trying to explain what my body needs I give up. She doesn't understand or care to understand. No one comes to help with translation. *Sigh* They no longer offer a full menu. Gone are the 30 minutes of foot massage and add on from there. $50 for a 30 minute massage is outrageous. I can say that because I am in the industry. The face cut out on the bed was so incredibly uncomfortable! I had to keep adjusting my neck because the opening isn't big enough. So now my neck hurts. The language barrier was a big issue. I kept trying to communicate but all we could seem to understand of each other was the the service was $50. She asked about pressure. I said medium as I didn't want to ask for more. She was slight and that usually involves excessive force and can be painful due to force not skill. She gave a half hearted massage. When I go to check out again, language barrier. She is telling me that I will be charged $2.00 service fee for card. Which I understand and agree to. She proceeds to try to explain to me that she must put in a total to run the card. $52. Here is my biggest issue. She wants me to tip. Again, I am in the industry and find this very unprofessional. Once I understand what she wants. I say $57. Only $5.00 she asks? She looks at me with a blank stare on her face as if she is waiting for me to add more. I explain to her that is all my budget can afford. She stares at me blankly for a moment longer as if to give me the opportunity to change my mind. I should have said on 2nd thought. No tip! I think I was too shocked to come up with a better answer. The paper work was filled out as an afterthought and after the fact. Which I would have before hand if she would have mentioned it and perhaps she would have actually addressed my needs. I will NOT be back. Take it from this LMT go some place else that will do a better job and respect you as a client! This kind of experience doesn't truly represent my industry and what I love to do! It devalues it!

They have always been the traditional deep tissue that have been nice and helped with my muscle tension in my back (where I carry all of my stress). This Raindrop massage was on a completely different level!!! Not only did some trigger points in my lower back release (that almost NEVER happens without a lot of pain), but I was able to let go of a lot of repressed stress and emotions that had been building up. My outlook of that day starting out was very bleak, but afterwards, I was actually looking forward to getting the "sticky stuff" out of the way and moving on. I felt like I had taken an hour-long nap that was very refreshing. My stress level has been re-set and I'm in a much better mood at work. :)

The trigger point between my shoulder blades is finally gone after a lifetime of torment. I also have degenerative disc disease and Hayley knows exactly where to focus. I hurt my back working out last weekend, then compounded the issue on Wednesday by standing on concrete for 8 hours. I woke up Thursday with my muscles having been replaced with swollen metal pillars. It hurt to move even while in bed- I was woken up gasping every time I turned in my sleep. Thursday I had to take pain killers, muscle relaxers, anti-inflammatories, and CBD oil- I was a zombie. Then a miracle happened and Hayley made time for my Friday night. An hour after I was basically dancing out of her private room inside the Texas Fit Club Gym. The metal pillars had been replaced with obedient muscle and I slept like a rock. TLDR: Hayley knows how to find the route cause of muscle pain and won't stop until it's gone- kinda like the "knot terminator." Worth every penny. After eight sessions of massage therapy and one facial, it's time for me to sing the praises of…read morethis place. But first, a brief history of how I decided to seek massage therapy. I am 67 years of age and was experiencing the aches and pain of growing older. I finally had enough of going to my primary care physician and getting no relief. All she would do is prescribe medication, which gave me little to no real relief. In fact, I was experiencing more of the negative side effects than positive ones. She finally recommended sports therapy. But I had been there and done that during major surgery rehab. That's when I decided to seek the alternative of massage therapy, and because i did, my life has been changed for the better. After eight sessions with Audrey since July 31st, two custom, one therapeutic, two Swedish, two CcranioSacral and one Lymphatic, all of my chronic aches and pain have been eliminated. No more constant neck, shoulders and left foot pain. I no longer need to take all of those toxic pharmaceutical medications, including for blood pressure and a statin for cholesterol.
