They have always been the traditional deep tissue that have been nice and helped with my muscle tension in my back (where I carry all of my stress). This Raindrop massage was on a completely different level!!! Not only did some trigger points in my lower back release (that almost NEVER happens without a lot of pain), but I was able to let go of a lot of repressed stress and emotions that had been building up.
