We were greeted as soon as we walked in, my kid and I got mani and pedicures. They had a decent amount of colors and you can make you toes and fingers. I did a nude color and my kid got purples. They offer a few options for pedicures. I did the express for my kid $28. And I upgraded the the next level $40. I got a gel color change on my toes and a basic mani on my nails, my bf got an express pedi and my bff got the like best pedi they offer and and more expensive mani then me, all 3 of us were very unhappy. the ladies and 1 male that worked on is were very nice, but just a very poor job. we felt like cattle, get us in and out as fast as possible. they just do not look very good. but again they were nice, just not a good job. The man who did d my pedicure he half assed it. Jump around on process. Filed the toenails on one foot but not the other. The scrub they r suppose to use he did on my legs but not my feet. My service was supposed to cost around $90 because I got a gel mani-pedi, but from beginning to end, it was very disappointing. They botched the manicure and pedicure, with uneven edges, cuticles that were not taken care of, and uneven application of the nail polish. I asked them to re-do some parts, but after they re-did it, it was rushed. Not satisfied with that, I asked them to remove all the gel. Rather than giving me good service, the lady in charge of my pedi gave me attitude. For comparison, I get Russian mani-pedis, which run me around $200. Knowing it was cheap, I was not expecting much but good service should've been a given. I still had to pay $53 so I personally won't be returning. I hope they can work towards improving both service and technical expertise. read more

Every time I would ask her if she could do a different gem she would say no she's gonna use the big ones and not the small ones when that's not clearly what I asked for. After my visit my pinking and ring finger hurt BAD, I decided to ignore it for the time thinking it was just the effects of being handled after the dip service I got. Little did I know my whole nail was being ripped from the nail bed simple to fit the nail extension size the tech chose. I believe his name tag said Blake but I could be wrong. I use to really like going to this salon, but they have begun gouging and excessively charging for things. My daughter already had acrylic tips and just needed a fill and then have them changed from white French to pink tip French. The charge was $80 total. They charged her $35 for the fill, but then charged her $5 for the nail length and $5 dollars for the nail shape. Her nails were already that length and shape when she walked in. They didn't add anything to the tip or reshape them. She was just doing a fill and a French color. They charged an additional $30 for the French color. Then a $5 charge for a nail repair that was just some super glue added to one. TOTAL GOUGING SCAM. Other salons this would be $45-50 total. read more

I visited this salon on a visit to Texas. It was a very painful experience. After requesting the parafin wax treatment and even selecting the "scent" I wanted, the technician proceeded to use what looked like a cheese grater on my feet. I left with open wounds on my feet which were painful for about a week until they healed. I wrote a letter to the store manager with pictures of my feet and my receipt. There is a reason this is a $$$ nail salon! LOL. This is probably the best/nicest nail salon I have been to in a long time. It felt so luxurious and it was just the pampering I have been needing in such a long time. Def a high end salon vibe. The moment you walk in, you feel relaxed and taken care of right away. Super professional, clean and relaxing here. They have their traffic flow going smoothly so you are never just standing there in the front awkwardly waiting for someone to help you. I made an appointment to have my dip nails and pedicure done at the same time because I didn't want to do one before the other and feel like I've been at the nail salon for like 3 hours (some people prefer it that way... i don't). I could not be more happy with the results. They really took care of me. Hailey did my nails and john did the pedicure. They had a lot of pedicures to choose from (I was almost overwhelmed!). I asked what the differences were snd john did a great job at describing them. I def the chose the pedicure that (was the most expensive.... but worth it hehe) also came with reflexology. The massage was amazing. I don't do my nails religiously, I do them on special occasions or when I'm traveling.. I finally found a place that I will love to continue to come back to! Yay! The first time I went, the gel was so thick that it looked almost ridiculous. While it did stay, it was lumpy and the manicure aspect (massage, paraffin, etc) that should have been included was not. All he did was the gel aspect and then he was done. The second time I went, my gel manicure was flaking off in less than three days. Not to mention, there were parts of the pedicure that I paid for that were skipped (hot stones, massage). I can assure you that they have lost my business and I will be going somewhere reputable from now on. They love to add on fees ($5 for having long nails, $5 for filing your nails, $20 if you use extra colors) that aren't consistent each trip so it's always a surprise when you get to check out. read more

I relayed as I was checking out I did not receive The Ultimate service as described on their menu, the lady at check out argued with me, that I did receive The Ultimate.
