Not a great visit today. I have been here several times and todsy was the first I've considered not coming back. Tech was messy and in a hurry. You know if your tech will be good at their job if their cart is clean and tidy. This girl's cart was dusty and everything kind of grimy looking. She slopped oil and lotion everywhere. I had to ask her to file again. She missed spots. I dropped my phone and she just looked at me. I had to get my shoes and they have always been so sweet to hand them to me. I went in for a dip set on my nails & toes. The lady who did my feet was excellent & provided excellent application. My nails however were done by a man at the same time. He was sweet but i was not satisfied with his application. When requested a white set, it finished off very yellow. After redoing it twice he reluctantly put a white gel coat on top which made it extremely bulky. I left with bulky nails, unclean cuticles, and cuts and burns from the files/drill. Although they do not provide refunds, I was able to receive another lady who completed my nails flawlessly. The service was great! I went in for a full set yesterday with medium length, French tip, and nail art design. it was done with a pink powder and nail polish for the French tip and design. I'm not upset about the length and powder price it was the design price. they charged me 45 as a base price for the full color powder, 10 for length which is understandable but 25 for the French tip and another 30 for the dots and lines???? crazy work and I wasn't even going to try and get a full refund I just wanted to see if something could be done about it bc I feel like it's outrageous. when I called they yelled and caught an attitude with me so I hung up in their faces. I saw this salon and saw it was rated a 2.5. I figured I would try it out and judge it myself! I'm so happy I did!!! Very clean salon! I was wearing a dress and the gentleman put a towel over my legs. I thought that was sweet and I felt he cared and made me feel comfortable. My 9 year old daughter came with me and this salon has little massage chairs for little girls. The nail techs were very informative to how much everything was when I was telling them my main concerns. I haven't had a pedicure for a long time so I needed extra treatment. She went to this location on recommendation from a friend and the lady was EXTREMELY rude to her. Wasn't letting her explain what she wanted, cutting her off, and then during the procedure, she began raising her voice at her and saying things like "HAVE YOU NEVER GOTTEN YOUR NAILS DONE BEFORE???" Alice was professional as she did my pedicure, although she forgot to turn on the jets as my feet were soaking AND she left me there like that for probably 15 minutes. Was served a small bottle of water. It was fine. But... I had to wait for an eyebrow wax, and the staff had to knock of the door to the wax room several times for someone to come out. After a few minutes, out came a male employee with a pillow and blanket. He had totally been sleeping on the waxing table. The only problem I had was that my polish looked less than professionally done. My experience with the brow waxing was completely average also.
