My dip nail extensions started chipping off less than 24 hours after I left!!! VERY hard to communicate with staff and had no time to go back & say anything. Took 3 hours after they started and they weren't busy once they started my friend & I's nails. Not clean, lacked hospitality, not aesthetic, didn't offer to turn my chair on. Not impressed at all. First time customer here, I had to wait a little bit- maybe 10 minutes to get my nails done around 11:30am on a Saturday which wasn't bad at all. It was such a great experience, the workers there are super nice, offer beverages, and have a nice big screen TV. I had Julie and she was so sweet and did a wonderful job on my chrome nails. Soooo I have been going here for several months now. And several times I've been disappointed in how I've been treated, rushed and how even when I make appointments the time is never honored but I keep coming back because they are close and convenient. Today I came in and there was nobody here. I asked for a specific person as she was walking in through the door and someone walked in behind her. Neither of us had appointments and I specifically asked for her because she has always been my nail tech. They asked her to do the nails of the person behind me and assigned me to the husband who was too busy to even work on me. He helped all of the other customers and just left me to sit while he helped other people. I'm not sure why they chose to help the person behind me and not me but that's just not how you treat loyal customers. Now I sit here watching him doing someone's else's nails while mine remain undone. It's just weird to me the service that is given to loyal and faithful customers. Not sure how to get good service here and no waiting around to figure it out any longer. read more

This was by far my worst experience at this nail salon, before i sat down in seat i used to come to this nail salon regularly for a full set and pedicure, the first couple of visits was really good service! But this last one was completely bad. When i sat down in the chair these two ladies began to harass me over not getting gel polish on my nails and toes. This was a normal event so i just wanted regular polish (which is COMPLETELY FINE), I was like sure im gonna try to try gel polish on my toes until i figured out it was 15 dollars more just to put gel so I then changed my mind, instead of being okay with it the lady that was doing my nails replied with "okay whatever" as a costumer and you providing a service you should not be trying to pressure someone into getting something multiple times when stated NO! I then proceeded even though i didn't like the remark, they then tried to charge me another 15 dollars for gel on my nails! I usually come to this store and spend more than 80 dollars and I truly believe they were doing that to get more money out of me since they seen it was a pattern, and I do not like that! Not only did they charge me so much for the nails they barely lasted two weeks! One of my fingers broke and I've never had a broken nail from that salon ever! I went to another salon paid twice the price with my far the best service i have had! I ended up with a broken nail, chipped polish and rude costumer service never coming back read more

This salon is a wonderful small business run by Mia and her husband and they are always welcoming and kind. They pay attention to details and I come here consistently now to get my nails done and they know me. I hesitated to write a review but decided to because it was honestly a wonderful experience. After Covid, the last girl I have used for 2 years has not been working. I finally decided to try and find a new place and Mia is my new "go to" for nails. She gave a wonderful pedicure and did a beautiful job on my dip nails. She paid great attention to shaping them and making them look natural and was extremely pleasant. She's a doll and I am very very happy with the quality of her work.
