If I could give 0 I would. First I went in with thick brows that's how I like them they had a "shape" already that took me a long f***ing time to shape, YEARS. Go in for a light thread. They made my sh** so skinny, I literally cried. They do not know what they're doing and will ruin your shape if you already have one. I love coming here to get my eyebrows done. It's$10. The lady I go to only works on Tuesdays so when I know it's time for me to go I make sure my schedule can accommodate me going on on a Tuesday. She's personable, kind and detail oriented. She's also quick but precise. I'm always satisfied after leaving. My eyebrows like to do their own thing and I also have thin eyebrows. I stopped by in the middle of a Wednesday afternoon. She got me right in. This was my 1st time and I was a bit nervous. She kept me calm and assured me all would be well. My brows were a horrible mess and she straightened them out in less than 15 minutes. She was wonderful, helpful, did a great job at a fair and reasonable price. She even painted a lil 'tattoo' on my nephew's arm while my brows were being colored. I will definitely be going back in 3 weeks for a follow-up. First time it was great, tried to go back today and got there a few minutes before 10. Door sign and internet says open at 10. At 10:10 I called because door was still locked, got a cell phone voice mail so left a message. At 10:25 left to go somewhere else. Was so disappointed in our visit to Perfect Brows in Burleson today. My daughter and I walked into the business about 1:25 this afternoon. The one person working was with a client so we did what we have done many times before. We sat and waited. The person working did not acknowledge us at all. Ok we still waited. Just before she finished the client another woman walked in. She sat as we were and waited. As soon as the client paid and left the person working took the other lady while still no acknowledgment to us!!!! The woman asked about getting her daughters eye brows done next. She was told yes yes! Well, at this point we left! Before everyone says it...yes the other woman may very well have had an appointment but we were completely ignored!!! So will I return? Absolutely not! Do not snub me and then expect me to come back!!!! Worse treatment ever!!!! read more

Came in 01/20/2021 @ 3:20 to get my eyebrows and the door was open and know one was there I even call no answer open a close the door like 5 time no answer. What is up with that? read more

This place is not given as much credit as it should! I've been going here for about 2ish years and this was actually the first place I got my eyebrows threaded. The price is very fair, for $10, and the shape and attention to detail is amazing. I have naturally very thick, very dark eyebrows, so when they get out of hand they always make sure to clean EVERYTHING up! The only thing i would say is that every time I go in there is usually 1 person on eyebrow duty. The line usually begins to pile up, so the wait is a bit longer than u would want.
