So, I've never had an issue with this place especially because I always come here. I came here one day after work on a Friday and the lady I had was on the phone, didn't ask me what I was looking for on my eyebrows, etc. she went ahead and botched my right eyebrow making it super thin. Make-up couldn't fix it. I'm glad all my graduation events are over because this is a no. I also don't mind growing them out again, but like this is my face. I'm so annoyed that this happened and that she didn't even ask me specifically what I wanted. I just assumed she would've taken little hairs and then go ask me from there. You can't put hair back so it's always better to be safe than sorry. I won't be seeing here again, but I haven't had issues with other eyebrow artist. I called to ask what the name of the lady was and told her what happened. She didn't say much but to grow them out, I also told her I wasn't mad, because I'm not. My hair is dark red. My eyebrows are blondish. If you see me from a distance, I look like I'm all forehead. So I think it was time to try tinting. Man... I hate waxing with a passion. I wanted to try threading before I went to LA. Let me tell you, I rather WAX my damn eyebrows before threading. It hurt like hell. It felt like she was dragging my skin. I don't want nothing to do with threading or waxing, but if I had to choose... idk..lol I got my eyebrows tinted. It was a little weird at first cuz I wasn't used to them dark. They used BLACK tint on my brows when I usually used dark brown for a more natural look. Their machine processed my card but the lady kept harassing me about payment. She literally called me everyday asking me to come back and make a second payment. I advised her the payment showed as approved when I left and it was also posted in my bank account. She went on for days telling me that their tech department said it didn't go through. Also when I asked her about her microdermabrasion and break outs. Her response was "we never had a problem". When I asked is there anything that could be done to prevent or treat it if it does and she literally had no response. I asssume their not licensed for that particular service. read more

Everywhere else is closed/closing around this time so I was really glad to find them open and not busy. I walked in and out in ten minutes - only had my eyebrows threaded. I asked the young woman to just clean them up because I am trying to grow them out thick again. They turned out great! Super friendly, quick and professional. This place isn't all that great as the other people claim it to be. Lol. The one in Iriving has really good eyebrow techs. They shape them and take their time doing your eyebrows. So, me thinking I'm about to have that same experience, I went. Wrong. The lady that did mine went so fast I probably sat in the chair for 1.5 mins tops. I'm super picky with who touches my eyebrows so having someone zoom thru wasn't to my liking. I personally suck at doing my brows so when I'm paying someone to do it, I expect it to be someone who knows how to do it. Every time I go in I'm greeted with smiles and pleasantries! Though the threading is somewhat painful for me - that's not their fault. Only frustration I have is the repeated asks for cross-sells...no, I don't want tinting, no my blonde/almost invisible 'mustache' doesn't need threading and most certainly no to the inner-nose wax! read more

This place is really clean and the workers are super nice. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. They didn't take too much off my brows and just cleaned them up real nice. The tinting can be improved. From my experience with eyebrow tinting people usually make sure all the lines are cleaned up when they leave the dye on the brow because it stains the skin. They didn't do that here so my eyebrows are kind of wonky. They did try and fix them a little bit and they said that the darkness will fade. With tinting they recommend that you do not wash your face around the brows for one day to let the dye kind of settle. And she said it should last maybe 3 weeks. So I recommend this place for threading ($10). The eyebrow tint ($20) just needs some work, if you get it done make sure to make sure the dye is only where you want it on the brows. read more

I'd give it 2.5 stars. Place was clean and looked nice, it's kinda weird/cool you have to check in on a little kiosk thing first. It was weird because I was the only one in there and she still made me do it and wait to get called. (A little awkward) But then I went and sat in the chair and she began, seemed like she was doing them pretty good and the pain wasn't terrible either. (I will say seemed like she was trimming my eyebrows with the little scissors a little careless and quick). When I got done I looked at my eyebrows and I was disappointed. They weren't terrible like she butchered my eyebrows or anything they just weren't good. I normally get my eyebrows done at perfect brows on alsbury and when I leave there i always have a very crisp brow line. (I didn't go to perfect brows because there closed on Mondays & I noticed this place and it was right next to where I got my nails done, so It was perfect and convenience) When I left sol my brows were a little jugged, like I said not terrible, not end of world, not the worst that's ever happen to my brows but still very far from perfect, which I would have had if I wasn't so lazy to drive to perfect brow the next day. When I got home I took a closer look and was even more disappointed and she had missed several hairs. I had to get out the tweezers and pull a few even though I just payed 10$ for a professional to do it. In conclusion not a bad place they do a decent job, but if you want your brows perfect, and I mean perfection go to perfect brows down the street. read more
