Unfortunately, although the guy was incredibly sweet, I asked him to give me a natural blonde balayage (that would fade well since I can't afford to go every month) and I got super chunky, brassy orange highlights. It looked like I had let my hair grow out for months, even thought I had just left the salon and paid nearly $175 (that included a hair cut as well, which he actually did really well so I can't complain about that). I was going to ask him to fix it, but he kept gushing over how "incredible it was" and how much he loved it, so I felt it would have been really awkward for me to say how much I hated it. So, immediately after I left, I frantically called around to other salons seeing if they could fit me in so late in the day, and most said no. Then I called BB 63, and Madison answered and told me to come in as soon as I could. Long story short, she took what looked like 3 months of new growth with chunky highlights and turned it into EXACTLY what I wanted. Needless to say, she now has a customer for life!

Overall she didn't seem very personable or confident in her skills. In the end, I felt that I overpaid for a very basic haircut.
