Normally they do a decent job. Today the owner did my brows and I left disappointed. The 1st time they weren't shapped and brows were completely different. I went to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time and the lady was really nice and patience. I kept moving because my eyes were watering but she was understanding, didn't get annoyed and SLAYED THAT SHIT!!! She did soo well that my boyfriend told me to go get my hair done since I haven't had my hair done in forever because I haven't found a beautician I like.. welllll I called the shop and asked if they had any Availability to do a cut and style tonight (mind you this was at maybe 4:45 and they close at 7) she gives me the prices and tells me she'll fit me in at 6! I come in to get my hair done at 6 with a pic of what I wanted (layered bangs in front, and a lil bit of side layers & cut ends) She's fast but still pays attention to details so I'm done by 6:45 (I have a lot of hair). Expertly clean salon. I personally dont like messy places even if its just hair all over. Layout of this place is nothing so fancy but the service is great. Most of you would agree with me on the sevices charges being very modest. Haven't tried all services but waxing is good. They even have hot wax(I know wax is alwys hot but this thing is different). Its actually wax that melts n stick on ur skin with hair like a candle wax and then its pulled out such that the hair comes off too.‍... oh Eyebrow threading is good too. Staff is nice too. Talk less though. Wat i would like them to have is music. I don't know if it was just that day or they don't play music at all so plz do. Add more life to a place. read more

I've been coming to this place since I was 16. I'm 22 now, and am loyal to this business! The workers here are so kind, and always check on how I feel with their work during and after. Realized I never left a review, and yet I always recommend this place to my friends! Before, they have always worked and cleaned up my natural brow shape and it's always looked stunning. Today, I asked for them to make my eyebrows skinnier (I know.. hush..) and for a tint. During the thinning process, she checked with a mirror for me twice to get to what I was looking for. She was even able to work around my brow piercings without having me remove them. Staff is amazing, and I love being able to leave with much more confidence than what I came in with. read more

I rarely write any reviews but made it my goal to do so in 2022. I always let my eyebrows grow all bushy and ugly so I can get them done nice. A little spoiler: they never come out nice . After reading reviews, I said, "I'm gonna try this place, what's the worst that can happen? I mean I've had chola eyebrows back in the days" I called and they were gonna close in 45 min. Anna told me to head over and she would take care of me. OMFG, she wasn't kidding! No one has ever done my eyebrows like her. Almost identical, and full of life. I've always known I'm a bad ass, but I am also that &itch now! I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted and yaaas Queen!! Ended it with a little lash lift. I explained exactly what I wanted but I am not content w the results . I'd suggest to communicate with new customers for the look they are trying to achieve. I visited this shop on Monday for a brow threading. No one was there so I thought cool, I'd be in and out. I have thick brows so I didn't think it was possible for the technician to mess them up. She had my left eyebrow very thin and the right shaped perfectly. After I looked in the mirror I told her they were uneven. She told me it was because I had them micro bladed. This isn't my first time getting them threaded and I've never had anyone to jack my brows up. She didn't offer to make the right one thinner and besides, I didn't want to be jacked up again. Clearly, she noticed how displeased I was and didn't offer a discount at all. My first experience at this shop was amazing and that's why I returned. However, I will not be returning to this shop at all. I should've taken a photo before I got them fixed. read more

I'd been here once before a few months ago, was just okay but tried it again recently and I was happily surprised. It was the same woman who did my brows those months back but she did really great this time around. Hidden gem for sure! Went with my husband to get his hair cut at great clips. I needed an eyebrow wax but they didn't do them and the woman there recommended the location around the corner. I was the only one there when I walked in, so I didn't have to wait. The person that did them was talented and friendly. The chairs were comfortable and she put a headband on so my hair didn't pull. I went in for an eyebrow waxing. The employee then told me that threading is better than waxing. I replied that I've done threading several times and it hurts me. Therefore, I want waxing. She proceeded to thread one of my eyebrows. Then again stated, "see, threading is better". I was mad at this point. I specifically asked for waxing. She waxed my other eyebrow after that.
