Perfect Service Again! My wife and I try to visit every month for a pedicure and todays visit gave us another perfect experience! We were greeted warmly at the front and immediately escorted to our seats amongst the 13 people already being serviced Lee took great care of my feet, and first person to work the bottom of my feet without tickling me! she massaged each and every toe, and the spaces in between and was careful to massage my ankles, providing great relief!! Exceedingly reasonable cost and efficient and effective service! Looking forward to our next visit! Thank You Resort Nail and Spa! Lloyd read more

First time here for a random pedicure and don't understand some of the other reviews. Everyone I encountered was friendly and my tech did a great job. Probably won't be back since I don't live in the area but was still a good experience. Knocked down from 5 stars because their pricing did seem a tad high and they also only serve wine (no other adult drinks). read more

Cody was amazing, he was funny and gentle on my cuticles. I tend to pick at them a lot and he took good care of me!!! Thank you Cody for your amazing service!! read more

Came to have my thumb nail fixed,,,1 nail I was ok I was asked if I had the done there And I said it a dip I will pay to have it fixed She looked around the salon and then told me no one was available for one nail I saw people walking in and out of the back so I knew they had more nail tech. I've always relied on resort spa, but today was a different day and I will not return. I've had problems before, but have their days bad days always returned because they were always prompt to help and fix so today, not sure why it was a different day but today I will not return . read more

I have always gone to this nail salon but these past two times i went they did a terrible job! I have always asked for a fresh tip powder pedicure and these two ladies (rose and Nancy) did a horrible job. My experience with Rose was the worst l, all she did was give me a pedicure and then just did a white line over my toes with prep or base color. On the other hand, Nancy did a descent job on my toes but the process of her during them was painful! I had asked her for her opinion about me whether getting full acrylic on my toes or just powder but for some reason she miss understood and got offended that she was pinching and pulling my toes with anger. Overall my acrylic nails were below descent, they cam out too chunky and the sweater design is shitty. read more

The ladies at the front desk were snobby. No customer service skills at all. They tried to over charge my mom, when confronted they acted snobby. When we left and I said "have a nice day!" They ignored up and started laughing. I turned around and said "have a nice day!" They finally acknowledged me. The ladies who worked on my nails were sweet. my sister did have to repeat herself to the women doing her hands and feet like 4 times on what design. They did cut my cuticles raw so they sting right now but that's no biggie. Not coming back for sure lol read more

The tech who did my nails did a poor job and left acryclic on my finger to the point where my skin started peeling and also the way she layed the acrylic on my nail bed caused me an in-grown. read more

So the actual nail techs that did my nails were great and my pedicure was awesome howeverrrrrr when it came to paying they tired to charge me $100 JUST FOR MY NAILS! So I questioned her and she was like yes becuase they used gel on your nails I told her the did not it was all dip except the top coat which is what they always use to cure them.... So she gave me my receipt and I left and looked it over and they definitely at over charged me so I marched right back in there and told her this is not right they charged me soooo wrong and she wanted to argue and finally gave me 15$ back.... Y'all I get crazy designed on my nails at art nail in Saginaw and never pay over 70$ for my nails!!! I will neverrrrr go back here read more

Visited this place twice and both times I had a great experience with the nail technicians! They were very attentive, asked if I needed a beverage, and overall I left super relaxed. I've gotten a classic manicure, gel + classic manicure and the elegant pedicure so far. Will definitely be a regular customer! read more

Just about every nail spa is hit or miss depending on the day. The techs aren't always consistent anywhere, but I had a really good experience this day! I love the color, a little shorter than I wanted but that's my own fault because I asked to trim them a little more. I really loved these, LoAnn did awesome & I will be back!! read more

I have been going to this nail salon for a few years now and prefer it above all other salons. Yesterday, I had my nails done by Julie, a new employee. I was very satisfied with her work. She was very gentle and created a perfect nail each time. Our conversation was very pleasant because she spoke and understood English so well, which is not always the case. I would encourage anyone to go to this salon since they are so courteous and eager to please. And I would especially suggest Julie for a pleasant experience. She's very good at what she does! read more

Are used to go there all the time about two years ago. The management was always kind of rude but, I just tried to ignore that. Now That I went back the lady I used to use is gone. And I experienced an awful service for my nails. I would never ever suggest this place:( read more

Hubby & I did a walk in mani & pedi service. The place is quite and relaxing. We went here on a saturday morning, so there wasn't a huge wait. Hubby got a classic manicure, not a fan! When we left, his nails were nicely buffed however his cuticles looked WORSE than before he went in. Not sure if the nail tech is new.. or... just... not sure what she was doing. But I gotta find him someone else to fix /clean asap =( It seemed both of us were not impressed with our manicures. Thankfully, I just did Gel color no cuticle work..but even then, the gel was a disaster (just regular gen on my natural nails). The way she applied the color made it look like I haven't gotten my nails done in a week. LIke it looked grown out...maybe she just started doing nails? It wasn't smooth... and took her a bit of time to apply the gel color. I'm giving a 4 star because our heavenly pedicures were AMAZING. I'm actually sad that I was so focused on hating the manicures that I forgot to get the names of the two techs that did our pedicures.. because they were AMAZING. If it wasn't for them, I would be giving a much lower rating. Overall everyone was friendly. Would return for pedi but not mani. read more

Update: The lady cut my toe nail so short i got an ingrown toe nail!! I heard great things about this place so i decided to try. I got the Milk & Honey mani and pedi. Not happy with the service at all, i got a lady named Kim and she was very rude. She did not want to be doing her job at all, it was like she was in a rush. I smiled at her and tried asking how she was doing and she just stared at me!?!? She was practically ripping my cuticles off and scrubbed my foot with a pumice stone til it was raw. read more

I'm the kind of girl that goes to the nail salon as something to cheer me up and make me feel like a girl again. When I arrived, I was greeted kindly and the initial visit was pleasant. I got a set of dipped powder nails with a classic manicure. The gentleman doing my nails had RayBan glasses on but with no glasses (kind of 2008 right?) so he does my nails really fast, and when the manicure part comes I just get cuticle clippings and a one minute massage on my hands (very similar story to the lady's review below mine) I didn't think much of it but when I got home in good lighting, 3 of my nails are bumpy and the nails aren't smooth at all! I'm going up there in hopes they'll resolve this issue so I don't have to report them to TDLR UPDATE: Posted a review on their Facebook page and the manager has the NERVE to address the wine and not the nails or the poor hospitality I received from here! Just go across the street to Legacy Nails...this isn't worth the time OR money read more

Took my dog to the groomer next door and decided to get my nails done during the wait. Big mistake! Wanted simple short blue French tips and even gave a reference picture. They came out thick and wide. The French tip cover half the nail. They are not filed evenly and has visible bubbles on each nail. Customer service was okay but definitely disappointed in how my nails turned out. read more

Update: in addition to original horrible customer service i called in because day 7 two nails off and all the others seperated. Again the run around no customer service no free repair. read more

I came here with my co workers after a long day on our feet at work. We all wanted nails and pedicures, i was denied a pedicure because i didn't want anything done to my toenails, i already have gel on them and i like it. Then, i specifically asked not to have a certain tech because both times he's done my nails i didn't like them, but never complained. My luck, he was my tech. He was very rude and said he would charge me 100+ for short dip nails with gel So i politely declined, and chose something else. The nails he have me are nothing like the picture. I payed $70. When i called about it they hung up on me. read more

WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! This isn't my normal nail place but i've been here before and it wasn't bad. I didn't want to go all the way into Burleson so I thought I would stop here and get my nails done. I always do the dip powder, so i came in got them done and all was fine. I was actually pretty happy with how quickly I was in and out because sometimes it can take a while. However...around the 3rd day after getting them done one had already chipped and it continued to get worse and worse with the chipping and breaking off! that's just ridiculous especially after only 3 days that should never happen! Well I've been super busy and just now got to go back in so at this point it's been a few weeks and my nails looks horrible I just wanted to have them taken off. I brought my receipt to them, they asked what I wanted to do so I told them I just want to have them taken off. Okay no problem they said...got it done and after I wash my hands I think alright i'm good to go. Nope...they still demanded their $10 for having to take them off even though it was obviously the guys fault my nails were not done correctly in the first place! The lady said I should have called and talked to a manager, that shouldn't matter when I wouldn't of been able to come in until today anyways! Now i'm sure some of the ones that work there do their job correctly, however don't go to Blake because he's the one that did my nails. I don't usually do reviews, and i'm not one to just put a place down because everyone has bad days but this just pushed me over the limit of ridiculousness! Thank goodness I have an amazing usual nail place! If anyone else is looking for a place to go, Venus Nails in Burleson is the place to go read more

if I could give them 0 star I would. My 12 yr old niece just needed her toe nails painted and as soon as we walked in Ann approached us. Ann stated that they were ready to go home and that they were closing at 7:30 PM. We walked in at 7:12 PM, like how long can a tech take to paint her toe nails??? She was rude and advised I would be leaving a review and calling the owner the next day. This was my first time going to this place and it will be my last time. read more

They used to be amazing! I loved them because they were the cleanest nail place I have ever been to, and that is far more important than their work. I recommended them over and over. Until now. I know times are tough and maybe you're trying to cut cost. That is no excuse to skimp on sanitation. You know those pink four sided buffers? Those are one time use according to the department of health. If you see white powder on them, that's nail dust. The one they used on my hands had white powder on them. They then placed them in a plastic box to use for the next person. I also didn't see any tools come out of a sanitized pack like before. I know I should've said something, and next time I will because of the infection I got. My finger became infected the next day way at the base where they were cutting. That's when my doctor asked about the tools and I did a quick memory check of what they did. I would suggest finding another place. We used Jack and Kevin to do our nails. The pedicures were amazing. I wish I had got the names of the ladies that did them. read more

I will never do business in this establishment again ! I had gel nail polish put on 3 days after paying for gel nail polish! The polish faded from a pink to coral and looked like it had been mixed together and had both colors faded thru out . I returned to the store to get them to fix it- mind you the nail polish is intact and clearly is defective. This is the only salon I have done business with for 2 years since covid! First she (she being the owner of the store )argued with me ,accused me of doing something to the polish , we have never seen that , she asked me to show her the color which miraculously I remembered . She then wanted to see my receipt and wanted my last 4 of my card . I did not have a receipt , I gave her the last 4 of my card , she accused me of lying about coming there to begin with . She was rude , condescending and demonstrated very poor customer service . Save your money go somewhere else , they take no responsibility for their errors and refused to make it right . When I told her I would leave and not go bank take my business elsewhere . She said ok we try and make people happy if your not happy then that's fine . I did but I want everyone to know about their poor customer service and overall poor attitude . Never going back ! read more

This was probably second to worst experience I have ever had. The entire time I felt like they were in a hurry, the rushed through my set, and it really shows. I have been to this location before and they were excellent, I trusted I would have a great experience again but that was not the case. I feel very disappointed with the final outcome, and feel like I should get a refund. I've had worse experiences, the service was okay, the receptionist was kinda rude and rushed me, but my nails turned out horrible, I feel like I got them done at Wal-Mart. Please pick a different place, I will not be going back in the future. Bella Spa & Nail has always done a better job. read more

I am always very reluctant to try a new place because I am VERY PICKY!!!! BUT, OMG I am soooooo VERY GLAD I tried this one. This is my new mani/pedi home!! From my very first visit Cecilia, the store manager, was very kind, professional, and accommodating. I always knew my happiness was her end goal. EVERY time I come in, no matter the time, she always makes sure I am well taken care of. Even when that means she has to stay a little later. The BEST part is no two other f the same people have taken care of me but they are ALL GOOD!! We aaaalllll know how HARD that is to find!!! I rarely write reviews but I HAD to get the word out there about this shop!!! Ladies we are ALL very particular about our nails and don't want to waste our money. You have GOT to give this place a try. Take it from a very picky customer, after one visit I promise you will be HOOKED!! Thank you Cecilia for ALWAYS being so freaking AMAZING!!!! I've been to resort nails 3 times. The first 2 times the same lady did my nails and I honestly wasn't satisfied.. I got a white and pink ombré and for some reason it just didn't look right. The WORST!! If I could give them zero stars I would. I have a regular lady I go to but she's out of town so I thought I would try this place because it's close to my work. What a huge mistake!!! I rate pedicures based on the massage and the paint job and both were horrible. The tech who did my pedicure was Rachel T she barely put any pressure with the massage and she was going super fast. She cut my toe and left it bloody see in pics and it's about the most sloppy paint job! Super lumpy and messy. And they charged me $5 to take off polish from another salon. Wow what a nightmare. The only reason I went somewhere else while my nail lady was on vacation was because I am going to the beach and wanted mine to look good and they don't. Now I have to pay somewhere else to fix this. So disappointed. I would not recommend. read more

Worst management around. Last time I came in my nail tech made me bleed on two nails and my nail beds were red and swollen for days.
