We were religiously schedule every two weeks with the same nail tech all the time. There have been times where our nail techs are out and we have other people that can work on our feet. That are just as amazing as our normal techs. Everyone who is around there Mexico welcome and not just like a place where we come get our feet done but more like FAMILY. On top of that, they weren't filed into the shape I requested. By the time I realized what had happened, the only way to correct the shape was to file them down even more, leaving my nails painfully short and irritating the skin around them. The quality of the manicure was unacceptable. Several nails were filed unevenly, the polish application was messy, and the overall finish looked rushed and sloppy. I genuinely felt like they were going to let me leave with nails that looked unfinished. I finally asked them to redo one of the nails, but somehow the redo looked even worse. To make matters worse, I paid over $65 total ($45 for the manicure plus an additional $20 for Dazzle Dry), expecting a long-lasting, high-quality result. By the very next day, two nails had completely peeled off in one piece like paper, and several others had already chipped. I've never had polish fail this quickly. The customer service only made the experience worse. The woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive when I tried to provide feedback instead of addressing my concerns professionally. Between the poor workmanship, the lack of attention to detail, the polish failing almost immediately, and the disappointing customer service, this was an incredibly frustrating experience.
