This place came highly recommended so i went. Im new to the area and i was looking for a new nail place. Went in for a pedi. Sat down and they had me soaking in water for 20 minutes before anyone even paid me any attention. By that time the water was freezing. I finally get a guy who at first seemed friendly but thani noticed he kept pointing at my feet with the other nail tech next to him, laughing. I remarked to him that i havent gotten a ped in a few weeks. He than turned to the guy working next to him and continued what i believe was talking shit about me in his language. It was blatantly obvious. I paid 45 dollars for a 60 min pedi that he ruahed through. The massage i was suppose tl get was half assed because he was too busy watching the cowboys game instead. This is all while they are having a very loud bavk and forth convo amongst themselves. Not relaxing by any means. He painted my nails horribly. So bad in fact, when i got home i removed the nailpolish. It was all over the side of my toes. He also took too much skin off the bpttom of my feet and im really feeling it tonight. Im 31, and never had such an uncomfortable encounter at a nail salon ever. I paid the 45 dollar gor the pedi and gave him a tip because om not a dirtbag, but beat believe i wont be back here. read more

I went here today with my two little girls for a polish. After hearing they were only getting a polish they looked disappointed and just walked away. Two others came in for manicures and they sat them immediately while we were still standing there. After I asked how much longer they sat my daughter at a side table that's not even dedicated to doing nails. They globbed some polish on her that was on her skin and not even. After she was done they went back to other customers until I mentioned that my other daughter was still waiting. They huffed and came back to the side table and put polish on her just as messy and quickly. Their polish is already falling off their nails because there wasn't any top coat and it was cheap polish. Horrible customer service. read more

I was introduced to the Dipped Nail process by one of their employees last year when they noticed my full set nails were damaging my nail beds. I have totally fallen in love with this process and I have never looked back. The quality of work is fabulous and well, way cheaper than most nail shops using this inexpensive method. $35 well worth it. read more

Nailpro - Dipped Nails $35! A STEAL! - Nail Salons Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

If I could put -stars I would. I usually come here and my experience has been ok. This last time 4 nails broke. I have acrylic dip. And when I called and spoke to the manager he said since it's was over 3 days of getting them that I have to pay $35 to get them fixed. Didn't apologize and had an attitude. This was a male manager. Very dissatisfied with my experience and there was no negotiation or will to help me. read more

Never again. my nails don't look bad at all, but i just couldn't get what i wanted . I've paid 45 dollars for the same exact design and length ! First off, i couldn't get the color i wanted because they ran out, the lady that did my nails would quickly get irritated BECAUSE I HAD TO CHOSE A DOFFERENT COLOR THAT WHAT I ORIGINALLY WANTED . Next was the design. I asked for little red butterflies and got shown something completely different. Apparently they had them but was once again, out of stock. So i asked for fried jp flowers instead. THE COLOR I WANTED WAS YET AGAIN, OUT OF STOCK. I had to chose completely different than what i wanted yet again . she insisted on a green but i informed her my dress was read and that my nails would just look random . I also got charged for glitter that i did not want nor did i ask for . Now my mom. Her nails were nothing close to even and were all bumpy . On my way! was filed crooked even after my mom asked her to file it as even as she could . We spent $115 for bad service . They were flat out rude and i don't recommend this place at all . on the left is what i asked for, on the right is what i was given read more

I am a stylist from out of town, so I know the state laws about sanitization like the back of my hand. This place wears gloves for every client, which tells me they don't care if someone with a fungus comes in and gets a service. Fungus is highly contagious and most people get fungus from nail salons that aren't clean. The lady getting a pedicure next to me clearly had a fungus on at least 3 toes and there were no extra precautions. Legally salons are supposed to turn away clients with fungus because of how contagious it isMy pedicurist was sloppy, aggressive and lacked attention. She was watching tv part of the time and talking to the other girls that work there. She was filing without even looking at my feet. My sisters pedicurist looked like she was very attentive. She is the only reason I didn't give 1 star. She took great detail into the massage and I was envious. read more

Poor quality this is how I left the salon, I didn't notice until I got home. They where very sweet and had good prices, but, not satisfied with the poor quality of work.! The dip literally extends over my cuticles! Honestly I won't go back. I spent $75.00 total, including a pedicure and tip. Maybe it was just the tech that saw me. read more

I took my girlfriend here to get her nails done, waited for over 45 minutes, and the lady doing her nails did not listen to my gf and dipped her nails which ended up costing 2x the price. My gf repeated over and over to the lady that she didn't want her nails dipped before the lady dipped them. Bad customer service. read more

May is the best tech they have. She always makes sure that you like what she is doing and will fix it promptly if you don't like it. I have been a customer for 2 years and I always make sure to call a week ahead and set up an appointment with her. The entire staff is extremely friendly and attentive and the shop is always clean and tidy. I have been getting the dip nails since they started offering and $35 is a modest price compared to most salons in the White Settlement/ Lake Worth area. I live in Weatherford and have been severely disappointed with my results from salons closer to me. Nail Pro is the way to go and May is the only person I really trust with my nails. I could not recommend this place highly enough! read more

Tried a powder manicure for the first time. Jimmy did a great job on my nails. So far, so good.

Best salon in the FTW area! I've been getting my nails done pretty religiously for 10 years now and this is hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to. The attention to detail on every nail is a girl with OCD's dream! Every nail is always perfect. I see a gal named Lindsey. She's absolutely amazing! The salon is always really clean and nice. Since the majority of their clients get dipping powder the salon doesn't reak of chemicals. All the staff is super nice! The prices aren't outrageous. Plus they can always get you right in when one of your nails break or something comes up last minute. read more

Went in for relaxing pedicures with my daughter and granddaughter last Thursday evening, March 22 at the Clifford st. location Fort Worth. The tech used what looks like a cheese grater on my big toe and tore flesh so badly, I had to go to Dr., get a tetanus shot and take antibiotics for 5 days. I also have to do aseptic dressing changes each day and it's still not completely healed. I've made multiple calls trying to reach an owner or mgr and am always told they're not here. My toe soaked a couple of towels with blood. This facility had no first aid protocols. They also tried to apply antibiotic ointment without asking about allergies. After almost a week, I am walking without severe pain. Tomorrow, I am reporting this to the county health inspector hoping they will have to comply with safety regulations so no one else becomes a victim. read more

I went in a couple of months ago and got their version of "nexgen" it looked amazing and I was only charged $30. This time I went in for just a plain full set of acrylics that broke five days later and was charged $35! I felt like that was overpriced for a sucky set of acrylics. I'm very disappointed! read more

This place prides itself on customer service. The techs were very attentive. I made an appt and I waited maybe 3 mins before I was taken to my spa chair. The place is very clean. All the bins for pedicures are wrapped in plastic. Great presentation for services. The chairs had lights in the water. Great music. Menus for all their services. I was very impressed. I look forward to going back with my mom and having a glass of wine with my pedi. A+ read more

i went to nail pro 3 times for a refill, first time it was $25.00, next fill was 15.00, then the tech talk me into a dip and it was $ 55.00. Very sneaky about prices nothing is what they say it is. Tech tried to tell me the first time was because she did a ombre, What? the Salon before i went to pro nails did the ombre she just did a clear refilled. Also this salon uses 1 nail file on everyone and drill pieces are never cleaned. Be very care of the sanitizing methods they use, you could end up with having your finger remove because of the sanitizing practices they practice. Also the best salons out there always speaks English, and dose not talk on the phone the whole time your nails are being done. read more

Went here recently as a walk-in and I waited for about 45 minutes to receive my pedicure. My pedicure was mediocre...the lady did a great job with cleaning and scrubbing my feet and legs...however I'm always more focused and anxious about the massaging than anything else. The massage was pretty non-existent...it was more of a light, graceful rub on the legs than an actual massage. I also went to get a fill, too and I was rather disappointed to find out that they couldn't have someone else do my fill while I was getting my pedicure. So, needless to say...I was there for almost 3 hours. The fill was okay, but the design on my nails...not so much. I asked for leopard print and it looks more like just blobs on my fingers than anything else. However for fills and my sunkist pedi it was $75. read more

This is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to. The owner is such a jerk. He doesn't care about his customers at all. Worst customer service I've ever received. I have had many other people tell me the same thing. Maybe after he keeps losing customers he will realize but I doubt it. read more

I will never go back to this place. First off, the man who "welcomed" me was SUPER rude. I should have turned around then and there. I asked him if removal of an ingrown toenail was something they could do, and he replies "yeah what about it?" The pedicure itself was awful. My heel is cut, and has been super sore since I got the pedicure 4 days ago. It takes a lot to cut someone's heel, but she sure did a good job at it. I will stick to my original nail lady even though she is 15 miles away now. read more

I haven't been to a more friendly and professional nail salon. I've been a patron since the first week they opened. Great place to get you're nails done!!! Great prices too.my favorite place to come. kye U are the best ever!!!

I love this place, ann, ky, and may are the best in the world! Thank you for always being there for my girlie needs!

I was there at their place before 930 am and they weren't open at the time posted on their door which was 930 to 730.. They didn't open the door until 945.. when complained about the time, was told that they didn't have to be open at 930.. or at 10.. They open when they want to open... Was basically told tough and not only that, but I was skipped over and made to sit.. I soon left there and made a report out to the BBB on this place. It seems there are many more complaints about this business on other pages.. And I will also be posting on those pages about this Business. It's sad to think they take their place of business so lightly. I will never visit this place again and will advise others not to as well. A very displeased Customer. read more

Not super impressed. She did have to take off gel polish, which can be a pain, but she scraped, ground and peeled, (Which I think is a no-no?) then didn't even let me wash the dust off when she started painting, just rubbed oil onto my nails and started to put base coat on. So I have minor bumps one nails. My pedicure was nice, albeit a little rough with the scrubs and massage. I think they could do better. read more

Wow. By far one of the worst experiences. I'm not even going to go into it because it would take too long to type it out. Basically they were rude and my manicure was rushed for no reason seeing I was the first customer of day and my pedicure was mediocre to say the least. Beyond pissed and I will not ever go back. read more

I am giving a 3 star review due to the princess mani-pedi I got for my 8 yoa granddaughter. All the lady did was put the polish on her nails--no hand massage or any pampering to make her feel like a princess--she was so disappointed and I give myself a 1 star for not speaking up--but the lady was obviously in a rush so I brushed it off as experience not to go here and instead to go where ever her mother takes her because they make her feel really good there. read more

I went in to get a acrylic manicure and just a regular pedicure. The pedicure wasn't bad but the polish was a little messy. What was bad was the lady doing my manicure made me take off my own dip polish and then told me that I couldn't get acrylic because they took too long to do (I also made an appointment so I should have been scheduled with plenty of time... not to mention there wasn't many people in there). The dip ended up so bad. The color I picked was red like I always have at other salons and it got EVERYWHERE and stained my fingers... it wouldn't come off when I washed my hands. I also kept asking for her to shorten my nails but they also wouldn't do that because they said "they were already short enough" even though they extended past the tip of my fingers. To top it all off I was cut by the electric nail file and the shape of the nails aren't consistent. I will not be returning to this salon after this very poor experience!!! read more

The prices are affordable and the staff is friendly. I cannot vouche for all of the techs, but my nails have turned out good by some. The only thing that annoys me is when you make an appointment. You will be waiting 30 - 45 mins after your appointment time bc the tech is running late or they took a walk-in before you. Just expect to be waiting for hrs till its time for you to leave. Customers time should be considered. read more

Amy and Tina took care of my mother-in-law and I, they did a fantastic job! We scheduled an appointment one hour in advance and as soon as we arrived we picked our colors and were escorted to the massage chairs. I will say the seats have been worn in and we're not as comfortable, but the service and cleanliness of the salon distracted me from that factor. Starting with our pedicures, we were given a menu of different pedicures you can select all ranging from about $25-$45. I went with the oatmeal pedicure and she chose the green tea pedicure. The menu is very detailed in what each treatment entails. My mother then proceeded to have a fill done on her hands, it took less than 15 minutes and came out even better than she had it before. We also received complimentary drinks, yum! From start to finish our first visit here felt so welcoming, we talked and laughed with Amy and Tina the entire time as if they were our girlfriends. If i still lived in Texas, this would be my go to spot. Make a visit to Nail Pro and see Tina or Amy! read more

I am new to the area and have given this location 3 separate chances. Don't be fooled by the nice building and décor. The are extremely overpriced and if you ask for short nails...you get NO nail all three times I walked out basically with thick overlay over my very short nails. read more

Clean to the first look! But second look not clean at all! Nail files, acrylic nipper and other supply's in plastic tubs with nail dust! No disinfection takes place! Nail tech should have a jar with antiseptic solution on their work station for their nail supply's! But I haven't seen that in not a single salon here yet! Foot spas getting rinsed with water then wiped out with last customers towel and some cleaner spray. I wish this Nail Salon would keep it cleaner, since their people are very friendly and the salon looks just so nice and relaxing! Little while ago there was a news article on how bad nail salons are and that there are to many salons to keep checking up on their conditions! That's very sad! I feel for these people who went for a relaxing pedicure and ended up with a staff infection! UPDATE!!!!! I dont know what happened, but this place changed to the greatest!!!! Their foot spas now have fresh liners for each customer! On each table is a glass jar with antiseptic liquid for their nail nippers and stuff!!! I'm absolutely impressed! This is the ONLY nail salon that changed to such a wonderful and clean place!!! Relaxing atmosphere, great sevice, friendly staff, clean tools!!!! I will raise the stars from 1 to now 5 stars! read more
