Never again. my nails don't look bad at all, but i just couldn't get what i wanted . I've paid 45 dollars for the same exact design and length ! First off, i couldn't get the color i wanted because they ran out, the lady that did my nails would quickly get irritated BECAUSE I HAD TO CHOSE A DOFFERENT COLOR THAT WHAT I ORIGINALLY WANTED . Next was the design. I asked for little red butterflies and got shown something completely different. Apparently they had them but was once again, out of stock. So i asked for fried jp flowers instead. THE COLOR I WANTED WAS YET AGAIN, OUT OF STOCK. I had to chose completely different than what i wanted yet again . she insisted on a green but i informed her my dress was read and that my nails would just look random . I also got charged for glitter that i did not want nor did i ask for . Now my mom. Her nails were nothing close to even and were all bumpy . On my way! was filed crooked even after my mom asked her to file it as even as she could . We spent $115 for bad service . I am a stylist from out of town, so I know the state laws about sanitization like the back of my hand. This place wears gloves for every client, which tells me they don't care if someone with a fungus comes in and gets a service. Fungus is highly contagious and most people get fungus from nail salons that aren't clean. The lady getting a pedicure next to me clearly had a fungus on at least 3 toes and there were no extra precautions. Legally salons are supposed to turn away clients with fungus because of how contagious it isMy pedicurist was sloppy, aggressive and lacked attention. She was watching tv part of the time and talking to the other girls that work there. She was filing without even looking at my feet. My sisters pedicurist looked like she was very attentive. She is the only reason I didn't give 1 star. She took great detail into the massage and I was envious. read more

I took my girlfriend here to get her nails done, waited for over 45 minutes, and the lady doing her nails did not listen to my gf and dipped her nails which ended up costing 2x the price. I set an appointment on a Friday I understand they would be busy considering just a couple days opening back up, I ended up waiting an hour being positive not mad I got dip on my nails and gel on my toes and paid $75 and average considering I got a pedicure too. May is the best tech they have. She always makes sure that you like what she is doing and will fix it promptly if you don't like it. I have been a customer for 2 years and I always make sure to call a week ahead and set up an appointment with her. The entire staff is extremely friendly and attentive and the shop is always clean and tidy. I have been getting the dip nails since they started offering and $35 is a modest price compared to most salons in the White Settlement/ Lake Worth area. I live in Weatherford and have been severely disappointed with my results from salons closer to me. Nail Pro is the way to go and May is the only person I really trust with my nails. Best salon in the FTW area! I've been getting my nails done pretty religiously for 10 years now and this is hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to. The attention to detail on every nail is a girl with OCD's dream! Every nail is always perfect. I see a gal named Lindsey. She's absolutely amazing! The salon is always really clean and nice. Since the majority of their clients get dipping powder the salon doesn't reak of chemicals. All the staff is super nice! The prices aren't outrageous. Went in for relaxing pedicures with my daughter and granddaughter last Thursday evening, March 22 at the Clifford st. location Fort Worth. The tech used what looks like a cheese grater on my big toe and tore flesh so badly, I had to go to Dr., get a tetanus shot and take antibiotics for 5 days. I also have to do aseptic dressing changes each day and it's still not completely healed. I've made multiple calls trying to reach an owner or mgr and am always told they're not here. My toe soaked a couple of towels with blood. This facility had no first aid protocols. They also tried to apply antibiotic ointment without asking about allergies. After almost a week, I am walking without severe pain. Tomorrow, I am reporting this to the county health inspector hoping they will have to comply with safety regulations so no one else becomes a victim. read more

i went to nail pro 3 times for a refill, first time it was $25.00, next fill was 15.00, then the tech talk me into a dip and it was $ 55.00. Very sneaky about prices nothing is what they say it is. Tech tried to tell me the first time was because she did a ombre, What? the Salon before i went to pro nails did the ombre she just did a clear refilled.Also this salon uses 1 nail file on everyone and drill pieces are never cleaned. Be very care of the sanitizing methods they use, you could end up with having your finger remove because of the sanitizing practices they practice. Also the best salons out there always speaks English, and dose not talk on the phone the whole time your nails are being done. read more

All the bins for pedicures are wrapped in plastic. Great presentation for services. The chairs had lights in the water. Great music. Menus for all their services. I was very impressed. This time I went in for just a plain full set of acrylics that broke five days later and was charged $35! I felt like that was overpriced for a sucky set of acrylics. Went here recently as a walk-in and I waited for about 45 minutes to receive my pedicure. My pedicure was mediocre...the lady did a great job with cleaning and scrubbing my feet and legs...however I'm always more focused and anxious about the massaging than anything else. The massage was pretty non-existent...it was more of a light, graceful rub on the legs than an actual massage. I also went to get a fill, too and I was rather disappointed to find out that they couldn't have someone else do my fill while I was getting my pedicure. So, needless to say...I was there for almost 3 hours. The fill was okay, but the design on my nails...not so much. I asked for leopard print and it looks more like just blobs on my fingers than anything else. However for fills and my sunkist pedi it was $75. read more

I will never go back to this place. First off, the man who "welcomed" me was SUPER rude. I should have turned around then and there. I asked him if removal of an ingrown toenail was something they could do, and he replies "yeah what about it?" The pedicure itself was awful. My heel is cut, and has been super sore since I got the pedicure 4 days ago. It takes a lot to cut someone's heel, but she sure did a good job at it. She did have to take off gel polish, which can be a pain, but she scraped, ground and peeled, (Which I think is a no-no?) then didn't even let me wash the dust off when she started painting, just rubbed oil onto my nails and started to put base coat on. I was there at their place before 930 am and they weren't open at the time posted on their door which was 930 to 730.. They didn't open the door until 945.. when complained about the time, was told that they didn't have to be open at 930.. or at 10.. They open when they want to open... Was basically told tough and not only that, but I was skipped over and made to sit.. I soon left there and made a report out to the BBB on this place. It seems there are many more complaints about this business on other pages.. And I will also be posting on those pages about this Business. I am giving a 3 star review due to the princess mani-pedi I got for my 8 yoa granddaughter. I went in to get a acrylic manicure and just a regular pedicure. The pedicure wasn't bad but the polish was a little messy. What was bad was the lady doing my manicure made me take off my own dip polish and then told me that I couldn't get acrylic because they took too long to do (I also made an appointment so I should have been scheduled with plenty of time... not to mention there wasn't many people in there). The dip ended up so bad. The color I picked was red like I always have at other salons and it got EVERYWHERE and stained my fingers... it wouldn't come off when I washed my hands. I also kept asking for her to shorten my nails but they also wouldn't do that because they said "they were already short enough" even though they extended past the tip of my fingers. To top it all off I was cut by the electric nail file and the shape of the nails aren't consistent. I will not be returning to this salon after this very poor experience!!! read more

Amy and Tina took care of my mother-in-law and I, they did a fantastic job! We scheduled an appointment one hour in advance and as soon as we arrived we picked our colors and were escorted to the massage chairs. I will say the seats have been worn in and we're not as comfortable, but the service and cleanliness of the salon distracted me from that factor. Starting with our pedicures, we were given a menu of different pedicures you can select all ranging from about $25-$45. I went with the oatmeal pedicure and she chose the green tea pedicure. The menu is very detailed in what each treatment entails. My mother then proceeded to have a fill done on her hands, it took less than 15 minutes and came out even better than she had it before. We also received complimentary drinks, yum! From start to finish our first visit here felt so welcoming, we talked and laughed with Amy and Tina the entire time as if they were our girlfriends. The prices are affordable and the staff is friendly. I cannot vouche for all of the techs, but my nails have turned out good by some. The only thing that annoys me is when you make an appointment. You will be waiting 30 - 45 mins after your appointment time bc the tech is running late or they took a walk-in before you. Just expect to be waiting for hrs till its time for you to leave. Clean to the first look! But second look not clean at all! Nail files, acrylic nipper and other supply's in plastic tubs with nail dust! No disinfection takes place! Nail tech should have a jar with antiseptic solution on their work station for their nail supply's! But I haven't seen that in not a single salon here yet! Foot spas getting rinsed with water then wiped out with last customers towel and some cleaner spray. I wish this Nail Salon would keep it cleaner, since their people are very friendly and the salon looks just so nice and relaxing! Little while ago there was a news article on how bad nail salons are and that there are to many salons to keep checking up on their conditions! That's very sad! I feel for these people who went for a relaxing pedicure and ended up with a staff infection! UPDATE!!!!! I dont know what happened, but this place changed to the greatest!!!! Their foot spas now have fresh liners for each customer! On each table is a glass jar with antiseptic liquid for their nail nippers and stuff!!! I'm absolutely impressed! This is the ONLY nail salon that changed to such a wonderful and clean place!!! Relaxing atmosphere, great sevice, friendly staff, clean tools!!!!
