It's always clean and neat and the service here is amazing. You are greeted at the door by the two young ladies who are always in a great mood and super smiling and happy all the time. We were religiously schedule every two weeks with the same nail tech all the time. There have been times where our nail techs are out and we have other people that can work on our feet. That are just as amazing as our normal techs. Everyone who is around there Mexico welcome and not just like a place where we come get our feet done but more like FAMILY. We normally talk about our days our week or our plans with our family and trips and what not when we're with our techs. They also provide you with a free drink while you're getting your services done and each person makes you feel welcome and personable. I would just like to say thank you all for the amazing time when I come not only do I feel relaxed, but I feel like a small getaway from and every day chaotic life. Below I've shown and shared my pedicure as I am a male, so no color for sure but I'll share my friends as well as hers are also amazing. I'll come give it a try I'm sure you'll love it

She was so nice, she gave me a nice Leg Massage and Foot Massage. I was totally relaxed and she noticed. Lol I decided to get Christmas Colors of Red and White on my Toe Nails. When I told the Nail Tech what I wanted, she seemed confused but she got it right. I was pleased with the result. They also have nice Christmas Decor. See my Pictures. I noticed, when I was heading out, the Kiosk was ready for me to check out. That was a nice gesture. I also got clarification on the Stamp Card. It's one stamp no matter how many services you get in one visit. So, hurry to the Galaxy. I mean the Galaxy Nail Bar to get your Pedi just in time for the Christmas Holidays.

As my nail tech started on the gel base coat, I actually had to ask, did you already do the manicure and cuticles, etc., because I had dry skin and misshapen nails with jagged edges. She seemed surprised that I asked, but then fixed things, to some extent. The color was fine, and the massage was the usual 30-second massage most places give you with a gel manicure. Overall, worst gel manicure I've received in a long, long time. The gel pedicure was much better than the manicure, though not good enough to make me return to this nail salon. It was pretty empty inside--lots of chairs, but not a lot of clients. It's got an elegant appearance, though. On a positive note, they were able to take me on short notice.

I had two girls doing me one's name was Cindy and the other one I don't know. I just have a photo she was awful. She kept going back to her boss asking should I charge her this should I charge her that it was all about the money she come back and tell me gel nails would be $54 which I only pay 42 where I go in Fort Worth. I was OK with that but then she kept wanting to add on more stuff and kept getting up to ask her boss and then her boss would come over and tell me how much it was language barrier. I have never had such a rude mean person. She kept grabbing my hands, shoving them down, was so rude to me. It was awful everything she wanted was more money piled onto what I was getting. I had never been so frustrated in my whole life most places have set prices. This woman treated me so bad. I went out and cried when I left. I am retired on a fixed income, and I have never been treated so poorly. She was mean to Me and talked about me constantly to another worker and then a customer came to me and said this is what they're saying about you. I can understand their language very hurtful very frustrated. The little lady that owns it. I love her. I did not want to tell her what was going on because I felt like the whole crew was part of the deal although I don't think she really knew what was going on her sister did an also said mean stuff in there language.they were constantly talking about me in their language and that should not be permitted and charging me higher prices because they thought I had money never will I ever go back there again they come to our country. I would have never said this before and they just think that we're made out of money and we are broke broker than we've ever been in America and all these people keep doing is handouts wanting money charging us a ridiculous prices and then talking about us in their own language it's unacceptable. They should be shut down. If I would've told the owner they would've just talked about me again. It would have done no good. I've seen how they work I go to another place in Fort Worth. They don't treat you like this. They treat you good and you know what you're getting when you go. Your prices don't change is like when you walk in the door they see how much money they can get out of you and that's not cool it gave me such anxiety which I never get that made me. Never wanna get my nails done again if I have to deal with that.

I've been going to nail salons for years, and one thing I've learned is that nails are a lot like…read morehair. Finding a personal nail tech makes all the difference. After several experiences at different salons, I finally decided to find my own nail tech, and honestly, it's been one of the best decisions I've made. The one-on-one attention, the ability to communicate clearly about what I want, and the overall quality of service have been a completely different experience. I do feel for the employees at this salon because many of them seem to be working very hard. However, from my personal experience, the service often felt rushed. There were times when staff members were juggling multiple responsibilities, including working the front desk while providing services, which made the experience feel less personalized. Unfortunately, I also had an experience where my cuticles were cut too aggressively during a nail service, and that was one of the moments that pushed me to start looking for a nail tech who could consistently provide the level of care and detail I was looking for. This review is not intended to hurt anyone's business. It's simply my honest experience as a paying customer. I always paid full price and tipped, and I expected quality work in return. Unfortunately, the nail sets I received did not meet my expectations, and in one case, I ended up removing them myself because I was unhappy with the results. If you're looking for a quick pedicure, your experience may be completely different from mine. But if you're looking for detailed nail work, I would encourage you to read reviews carefully and do your research before booking anywhere. At the end of the day, everyone has different standards and experiences. This was mine. I don't regret sharing it because I believe customers deserve to know what others have experienced before spending their hard-earned money. For me personally, I've found a nail tech who gives me the quality, care, and attention I was looking for, and I don't see myself returning.

After telling them I wanted white French tip toes multiple times they painted my toes in a cloudy clear white. I told them politely that it was not what I asked for. And that I would just like to leave because my infant began to cry. She would not let me leave the chair to get my daughter a bottle and insisted on fixing my toes. She began to painfully scrape of the polish and at that point I let her finish a basic pedicure with French tip gel. My 5 year old daughter got her first pedicure ever and they kept getting upset with her that it tickled her feet. My cousin only got a clear toe when she also asked for French tip. They wanted to charge $190 for their mediocre service and unwelcoming behavior. We were held hostage until police arrived because I refused to pay by card.
