It's cheaper to buy more sessions in bulk. Available in 3,6, or 8 sessions per tattoo. After the laser, the healing went exactly as she said and there were no complications. My bigger issue was with the business practices. I was sold on a package during my appointment and was quoted one price (around $156), but by the time I got to the front desk the amount had increased to $192. The pricing structure was confusing and never felt transparent. The constant focus on packages, memberships, products, and "savings" made me feel like I was being sold to rather than simply paying for a service. I later received another charge on my credit card weeks after canceling my future appointment because of the payment structure attached to the package. While the company pointed to terms on its website, I do not feel the ongoing automatic charges were honestly and clearly disclosed when the package was sold to me in person. Good customer service is not about pointing customers to fine print after the fact. It is about being honest, upfront, and transparent before the sale is made. Customers should clearly understand what they are paying, what future charges will occur, and how the billing works before agreeing to anything. I have no issue paying for services. My issue is confusing pricing, constant upselling, and a business model that did not feel customer friendly. Had everything been explained honestly and clearly from the beginning, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was left feeling misled about the true cost and billing structure.

Unfortunately, this experience was absolutely horrible. The lady in the second chair when you first enter did my service this time, and I genuinely do not think she knew what she was doing. She took around 20 minutes just to do my eyebrows and was threading them so slowly that I was in actual pain. When she started waxing my underarms, things got MUCH worse. I don't know if it was the way she applied the wax or her technique, but the hair was not coming off. Instead of stopping, she repeatedly went over the SAME areas with wax and continued pulling until I was in severe pain. I eventually realized that I was BLEEDING and that skin had actually been pulled off my underarm. She kept cleaning the area and asked me if this was my first time getting my underarms waxed. I told her NO--I have had this exact service done here several times by someone else and this has NEVER happened to me before. I only continued because she still needed to do my other underarm, and I wasn't going to leave with only one side done. She could clearly see that I was extremely upset and in pain from what had happened to my skin. What bothered me even more was the lack of concern afterward. Her response to me was simply, "I tried my best." Trying your best is not an acceptable response when a customer is leaving with raw, bleeding skin after a service. I am now in SO much pain. When I showered afterward, my underarms stung horribly because of how raw and damaged my skin is. This was not just an uncomfortable waxing experience--my skin was actually injured. I am extremely disappointed because I was a returning customer and had never had an experience like this with the other person who previously did my services. I trusted this establishment to provide a service safely, and I should not have walked out with my underarm skin torn off and bleeding.
