I hadn't had my nails done in over six months and went in with a friend for a mani/pedi, really looking forward to some self-care time. We're both boy moms and were having a pleasant, relaxed conversation with each other and the technicians. Unfortunately, during the pedicure, the technician working on my friend asked if I was her mother. This comment was extremely rude and inappropriate, and it deeply hurt my feelings. I spent the remainder of my appointment trying not to cry and ultimately sat there in tears for much of the service. I came in hoping to feel refreshed and confident, but instead I left feeling embarrassed and awful. I strongly suggest that management provide sensitivity and customer-awareness training for employees. Comments about age or appearance can be incredibly damaging, and no client should leave a self-care appointment feeling worse than when they arrived. read more

Waited and waited with aunt while she got hers .Manager kept saying 5 mins for over 35 mins then I got frustrated and went to restroom when I came out finally someone was there to do pedicure. The female manager doesn't care about clients or their concerns every time I come here and she's here I have issues . I'm going somewhere else next time. I'm over her rudeness and not speaking to me about what's going on.someone walks in and gets someone to work on pedicure right away. Then turned around and disrespected me by belittling me to my aunt (apparently she doesn't think family talks) the manager is rude and disrespectful all the way around read more

Ive been coming here for almost 2 years and have had excellent service. I've brought my mom, my daughter and husband. Today I came in for a pedicure. Not the basic the $55 one with gel polish for $15. I pointed out areas that needed attention before we started. I had to ask twice for the technician to go back and rework areas. There was no "leg massage " with hot stones. It was a light passing at best. I requested a new polish they offered and 2 hours later you can see through it. Incredibly disappointed service for $77.00. I would not recommend Rose for a pedicure if you go here. read more

Very nice people and they do a really good job. Very professional looking. We will definitely be back

I came here for my homecoming pedicure. They were quite rude about my requests such as: I asked for a French manicure and all they did was wash my feet, put a layer a clear nail polish and a small line at the top, that was it. Totally unreasonable for the price which was $75. I felt like my money was not used efficiently. Do not recommend. read more

We had such a great experience at this salon! Everything was clean, they took our temperature when we came in which made me feel really safe. They offered us a variety of mixed drinks and I had one and it was delicious. Nicole and Ken took care of us and both of them did an excellent job. Nicole was funny and engaged which I appreciated, she did the CBD pedicure on my guest and it looked and smelled amazing and I was told it was worth the money. I had the Volcano explosion which I personally thought was a little underwhelming for the money but still enjoyed thoroughly. All in all I would definitely recommend trying this place out to get your pedicure done. read more

They need to update their prices on the website. Their Deluxe pedi is listed at $36 only to find out they've raised their price by $9. Won't be going back....dislike dishonesty. Post one price to get you in there and charge you another price. I know things go up, and that's fine, just be honest about it. read more

I've come here a couple of times to get gel pedicures and I love the work every single time, very thorough and gentle. However, today I came to get a soak off and made sure to ask my tech for a soak off after she tried to pop off my acrylic nail. She ended up popping off the nail and soaked the rest, which didn't bother me at first until she popped the rest of the nails on my other hand after she saw that they were lifting a bit. If I would've known that my tech wasn't going to listen to my preference, I wouldn't have asked for the service in the first place. Especially since popping off acrylic nails isn't recommended and very damaging to the nail bed. Kind of disappointed :( read more

Can't even rate them a "ONE STAR"... they were extremely quick with me and my daughters mani and pedi, all done within an hour but it seemed like they were just ready for the next guest/party of 5 they were trying to attend. I spent $160 for everything without tip and I still even tipped $20 for all my three techs. I wasn't looking for speed, I was looking for a nice mani and pedi but got the opposite. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was really not a hard request, she questions where the flowers would be too many times for her to forget how they were suppose to look. She knicked me twice on my middle nail and I jerked back because of the pain and bleeding she caused. Seems like everyone is in a rush to take the next guest and tips they preferably want in cash. My pedicure was okay but nail job was complete trash. Paid "extra" for gel and still couldn't get it even enough with the coating. Really disappointed and will never come back again. read more

Let me start off by saying, I come here all the time. I usually have a good experience here with plain Jane nails. I go in an ask for acrylic, they tell me they can't do that and they only have dip for colors. Which was annoying first off because I've gotten acrylic powder there before. If I want a design I go to cherry! She's wonderful. This time I just wanted a simple color and square shape, didn't think it was too complicated. I picked a see-through pink, my go to. She asked if I was okay with it being see-through, I told her yes. Usually they do a couple coats of clear and then do the pink. She proceeded to layer it so thick that it was no longer see through. She did whatever shape she wanted when I told her multiple times before shaping I wanted them square, not rounded and as straight as she could get them. She agreed. None of them were the same shape and she actually ended up having to do a wider coffin on them because that's how different they all were. I payed, I still tipped for her time even though I had to keep voicing what I didn't like, after she just kept deciding to do what she wanted. Not even 5 min after I left, I get in my car and my nails have cracks all in them, the way I left was absolutely embarrassing and I don't know how anyone could see someone's nails and let them leave like that.. i called as soon as I got in my car and saw..to ask if there was another day this (current) week I could get them re-done because I only had one day off last week (Wednesday) and had to fit all my appointments in, and he told me I could either come back in right then or they wouldn't be able to fix them .. a day later, my nail on my right hand breaks in half. 4 days later, almost every single one of my nails have cracks and are on the verge of breaking. I will not be going back here, the service lately has been horrible and they are not very nice. and I'm actually going to go have them take them off tomorrow and see if I can get my money back. read more

Used to go here often and it was always great went last Saturday to get dip nails Jason rushed the whole time trying to keep up with the lady doing my mom nails. Jason had put a nail on that didn't fit and when I went back to get it fixed the same day they told me next time don't wait until close to closing as they had a party to go to. One week later 3 nails have broke and isn't worth the drive back unless they wanna give me my money back. Jason is their best according to the man at the front desk read more

Walked out crying just because i was so disappointed. 4 people were seen and done before me even though i arrived first. only shown 2 pallets of colors even though there were hundreds of options. 3 different people started on my nails but kept switching out. I've spent so long growing my nails out long and healthy and specifically asked her not to cut them but she filed them down nearly all the way, they were chipping off underneath the dip because of how much she damaged them, very sad experience for $50. read more

I love the decorations and the cleanliness. Being that they are fairly new some would say cleanliness shouldn't be an issue but I've seen establishments that have this mindset and fall below minimum standards. There prices are a bit higher but I think overall it's worth it. 1. They offer you a drink menu and their margaritas are great! I didn't even taste the alcohol in it (I've been a few times). It's not too watery or too thick, I'd definitely recommend the mango one. It's my favorite! 2. Customer service has been great each time I've went. My technicians have made sure I liked what I've picked and if I changed my mind on something they weren't rude and impatient (can't say this for all places I've been). I would recommend read more

I give this salon two stars because it was overly priced and they did not do a good job at all. At first I really thought this would be my new salon since moving to this area. However, walking out I still had callus on both feet and with in 3 days my gel nails chipped from my hands . As the days went on they all eventually chipped. I also did not like the wax they used I can tell when a salon has good high quality wax and wax they had was not that. Everything was just not upscale like they clam it to be. Don't waste your time nor money. read more

2nd and last visit. First visit I thought was a fluke. Had a gel polished change by guy who kept hoping to the back to eat something and came back chewing and it smelled horrible! He the proceeded to yell over me about the Dallas Cowboys to a client sitting in the chair behind me. Super gross experience!! Husband bought my daughter a gift card to here, so I went along for a pedicure. My toes look good. So I gave 2 stars. The process to get them was not good. Rushed, hot stones were not hot, and zero massage. RUSHED & BORED is what I would call the pedicurist. I Slapping my legs and putting lotion on is NOT a massage. Waste of money & wont go back read more

i have been here multiple times to get a pedicure and have loved it. i love the lavender one and get it all the time, and the vibe is always nice. however, this was the first time i ever went to get a dip set on my finger. let's just say i'm very disappointed. i picked out a very light orange to go with a design i had. the orange turned out to be neon, the lady left acrylic all on my skin, and made them super thick. also, the last cut me not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR WHOLE TIMES. in addition, she was watching youtube while doing my whole set. the design came out to be alright, just very rushed. overall, if you are going for a pedicure this place is great. but i do not recommend getting your hands done. my cuticles still burn. read more

First of all I'd like to say if I could give 0 stars I would!! I'd also like to point out how insecure I am about my feet in general, so I rarely go to new places and this one was closer to where I live now so I decided to try it. When I tell you I have never been so embarrassed and just straight out uncomfortable in my life! Let's begin from when I first got there she saw my feet and said "DANG girl you got claws, how long have you been growing them out?" I said "oh maybe a month and a half" she said "ha, how about 3 months" Then goes on to tell her coworker something and then laugh, I let it be right? Next, she kept putting the light for the gel nails weird so I asked if she needed me to position my foot differently she then goes on to say "no it's just the way your toes are they're going in different directions" I chuckled embarrassingly because I was so embarrassed and didn't know what to say. As if that wasn't enough, she's asking me about if I want another kid I said "yeah maybe later" she said I need to get married first, and goes on to ask me about my daughters dad, I tell her "yeah that's the same one I just said I've been with for 5 years now" she then goes on to say "oh I thought you had different baby dads" not sure what she meant by that??! At this point I'm just waiting to be done so I can leave, my pedicure was so bad the worst I've ever gotten. She didn't even paint the whole nail on any of them, on one of my big toe nail it's all cracked and messed up from her not letting them dry under the light. One foot's nails is longer than the other and not even like close it's SUPER NOTICEABLE. Moral of the story, if you don't want to be embarrassed don't go to this nail salon. The worst experience, and for $120? Not worth it. read more

I came here once for a pedicure and the service was great. I came back last Saturday and got a dip manicure and had the exact opposite experience. The manicurist who was an older lady was rough and rushed the entire service. My nails came out okay but I already knew I wouldn't get that service again in the future. The next day one of my nails had chipped. I've been getting dip for years and never had that happened but chalked it up to an unfortunate event, until the next day when three more nails chipped. Here I am a week later with 7 chipped nails and all of them lifting from the nail. If I lived in the area I'd give them a chance to rectify the situation but since I don't I unfortunately am headed to a local shop to get them removed. Waste of money and time. read more
